I cannot fault the welcome on arrival at Bill’s for lunch, however the food was not great, came out very quickly which was a concern for me (less than 10 minutes after we ordered) and my nephews burger was raw. I was told it was medium rare which I knew it wasn’t and I wasn’t asked how we wanted the burger cooked when ordered. My nephew is 7 so wouldn’t know how much he would want his burger cooked?! My fish finger sandwich was soggy and served with the butt of lettuce inside. I did not want to eat it in the end. I paid the bill because I didn’t want any fuss and the waiter was very accommodating, but I won’t ever go back. Overall I was disappointed and not value for money

Amount of fruit served with pancakes minuscule probably equated to quarter of a banana and one strawberry and a teaspoon of maple syrup!!

I have been to Bill's a couple of times now, mostly for breakfast but decided to spice it up and have dinner there.
The food and service is always outstanding! You may pay a little extra for the food but it is definitely worth it.
Bill's also has decent options for vegetarian and vegan, which is very nice to see.

Bill’s restaurant is an excellent place to eat. Not cheap but good. I marked it down this time because the yolks on my fried eggs were hard not soft. Apart from that - all good.
My friend and I were on a shopping trip with our daughters we stopped for lunch. Booked for lunch, very easy and plenty of choice for time slots.
Arrived they took temperature and asked us to scan QR track and trace.
Showed us to our table, waitresses very attentive, and very complementary to our daughters. Plenty of choice on the menu, and reasonably priced, food took a little longer than expected but not complaining.
I would definitely visit again.

Cannot fault the standards of the food at Bills Camberley.
Me and my girlfriend decided to come here for breakfast, we both decided to order the Bill's Brunch. The food was delicious, however it was very overpriced. For the 2 breakfast, 2 orange juices and a latte, our bill was £45. We could get the same thing at my local cafe for about £12.
It was lively and vibrant.

Food was ok but nothing special. Breakfast in a 'greasy spoon' would have been better and cheaper.
I resent an optional service charge being added to the bill when that charge goes to the company not the servers. I suggest you refuse the service charge and leave a cash tip if you wish.
Every time I visit Bills I have the best meal. Service is always great and value for money.

Food was nice but had to wait 20 mins to be served - went and asked the waiters for a menu etc and they were very prompt after I asked :) Only downside is I asked for a soya latte and got one with milk ( I have a dairy intolerance). Only realised this when we got the bill and one latte was normal one soya ( I had both ). They did offer to remove the £3 service charge but it seemed a bit pointless.
Food was very bland and underwhelming for what seemed like an extortionate price especially compared to neighbouring restaurants. Fairly limited choice too. We did complain at the table. Manager dealt with us superbly but it seems like she may have had plenty of practice dealing with complaints which is unfortunate. Other wait staff were very friendly and bubbly but perhaps not quite as attentive as they could have been. They delivered the basics well but didnt go above and beyond. We had a similar experience in the Bath restaurant in September. It seems to be an organisational issue rather than just local.
Bad service, had to ask for condiments like salt & pepper and butter for toast after had received food.
Never received water we ordered.

Lovely ambiance, food was nice, but the service from SOME of the staff (not all) was well below anything I have experienced at Bills elsewhere. We waited a long time for our initial drinks order to arrive (the drinks came after our starters!), then we were rushed to order our Mains at the same time that our drinks arrived. We asked several times for tap water which was a long time coming and the second time just never arrived. When we tried to order the Bills beer on draft, we were mocked by the waitress that 'our bar is far too small to have any taps', which frankly is rubbish and the website was misleading by having this on the Camberley drinks menu.

Started promisingly with a friendly welcome and prompt service, by the end of our mains we hadn’t had anyone ask if we needed more drinks (which we did) our empty plates were left on our table in front of us for 25 minutes, we ended up stacking them up at the end to entice someone over to clear them. We asked a waiter passing by for the dessert menu, 2 of the 3 desserts were fine but the strawberry doughnuts describes as coming with strawberries and white chocolate sauce arrived with 3 sad, soft raspberries and a bowl of milk chocolate Ice cream sauce. No one had told me there were no strawberries or white chocolate or I’d have chosen something different. Had run out of time to reorder (been there over 2 hours) the family next to us had arrived after and left before…had only been for breakfast before and enjoyed Bill’s probably wouldn’t go back for an evening meal
Whilst we had a nice meal it didn't "wow" us I'm afraid. My husband's cider was not chilled in the slightest and had either only just been put in the fridge or hadn't even been in a fridge. My gin cocktail with Fevertree tonic and prosecco was completely flat (we sent it back and were not charged). I declined another. Nothing at all wrong with the food, it was tasty and flavoursome, although a little on the pricey side.

Went to Bills for a breakfast and really pleased we did. Recommended because of food choice and didn’t disappoint. Quality of produce was high, lovely decor and good service. Clearly coping really well with COVID19 alterations. Definitely go back.
Not happy at all. Chicken was very dry I couldn't eat it. I haven't been told a special. Will not come back again. Also I have been told I have to pay service charges. Don't know why as was no service
