Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza.     There is a good variety of foods to eat here at BJ’s by Fairfield Mall. The meals are very tasty and well prepared. The servers are wonderful and very cordial. They work hard to give you exactly what you want.

    Fries were cold, steak was asked not to be spicy/ seasoned and was, and we asked for a game to be put on a tv (took 35 min bc someone forgot). We had a party of 5 and 3/5 had meals that weren’t good. So I was disappointed bc I brought this place up and talked it up. I’ve always had good experiences before. Also, it was someone’s birthday- put that in the open table notes and no acknowledgement of that. Most places will do something for a birthday at the table. Just overall, disappointing.

    Food was awesome. Timing was perfect. However, the noise was excessive. We couldn't hear each other talk. And the lightning was too low. I couldn't read the menu.

    Wonderful dining experience all around. The food was great, but the service was even better. To be honest, I have trended towards not eating out largely because service has seemingly gone downhill the last few years. This was not the case at BJ's Beavercreek. From the hostess to the staff that brought the food out, to the waiter, the service was excellent. The waiter was fantastic. He checked in on us frequently and quickly attended to our dining needs. More importantly, he did it with a smile and made us feel welcome. That is not common anymore in my experience. Keep up the great work BJ's Brewhouse - Beavercreek!

    My husband and I are vegetarians and would not have normally picked this place because there are practically no meatless options. But we wanted to try try their deep-dish pizza and it was okay but only lukewarm when it arrived. The restaurant was really noisy and it was hard to carry on a conversation. I had a reservation for 6:30 on a Tuesday but we still had to wait 20 minutes. The hostess was rude and was upset with me because I didn't respond to a text saying our table was ready. I was never told I would be getting a text so my phone was in my purse and I couldn't hear it amid all the noise. The waitress, however, was very friendly and attentive.

    Service was very slow and our waitress only checked on us once. Said she would be right back with drinks and never came back. Had to return a dirty fork then one of our wedge salad came with a hair in the dressing! Since waitresses never checked we asked for manager and all he said is “that’s odd, all our food workers wear hairnets”. No real apology. Pizza was warm at best with very little sauce. Waitress didn’t check on us even after we tried to wave her down. Got up and found a bottle of ketchup on another table for our fries. Horrible experience.

    We went to BJ’s with our kids and grandkids, a party of 6. We made reservations and were a little early, but were able to be seated immediately. It was early, our reservations were at 4:30, night before Father’s Day. The menu has a good variety of options (American food). There were menu items the kids liked. Our waitress was nice, seemed happy, and did a great job for us. Our meals came out quickly. The food was good. We were comfortable - not too warm or cold. It was not so loud that you could not have a conversation. The kids enjoyed some special drinks - orange crème sodas in mugs. I recommend this restaurant.

    Place was loud. Server wasn’t (could barely hear her; didn’t help that she only made eye contact with the ordering iPad). Jambalaya wasn’t even remotely spicy

    This is the BJ's location to visit in the Dayton area. I've been to the other Dayton location recently and had multiple issues. The wait staff in Beavercreek is great, the restaurant is clean, and food is great.

    We made reservations almost a week ago for a family gathering on Christmas Eve. At 2:00pm we received a call that the BJ's had suddenly decided they were going to close early and cancelled our reservation. Unfortunately, there was no other restaurants that had openings for our Christmas Eve dinner. I asked the person when did they decide to close early and she said 15 minutes ago. If a restaurant is scheduled to be open until 10:00pm and takes your reservation, they must honor it and not decide at the last minute to close and ruin customers plans. Very disappointed in BJ's whom I dine with often. Corporate management needs to now how this location ruined our Christmas Eve plans!

    I had a 6:30 reservation for Christmas Eve dinner. I made this reservation three weeks early. At 1:30 on the 24th, I received a call telling me the restaurant was closing at 5:00. Of course I was unable to find another restaurant to take my family on such short notice. This restaurant ruined a holiday plan with no explanation, no notice.

    The service was awesome. Our waitress, Brittany, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She gave us and all her customers individualized service. The food was particularly good. The servings sizes were generous and everything was served hot and fresh from the kitchen.

    Music was too loud to hear our server. She seemed to be frustrated a couple times by not being able to hear us. Lighting was very dim, too hard to read the menu. The food was great and came quickly.

    Usually we really like BJs but the service and food were really below par tonight. The hostess REALLY needs to be replaced!! She's been there the last few times we've been there and it's clear she hates her job and doesn't care about the customers. The other 2 hostesses were constantly having to fix her errors and make up for her rudeness.

    Had reservation for 6, but when we arrived we let the Hostess know we were going to actually have 8. She then tried to sit us at a table that held only 6, and when we asked about a table for 8, she got real huffy and snarky and told us we would have to wait and go to another section. We waited, and got seated in another 5 minutes. Food was good, server was good, but hostess and her partner were rude, made sarcastic comments about our group, and was almost, nearly flat out rude to our group.

    We made a reservation for 2:30 on Sunday on 8/28 for my birthday. We were sat within 5 minutes of our reservation. We had an appetizer for the table and we had meals. Everything I tasted was great. I was given a Pazookie for my b day. I chose S’mores. I wish I could remember our server’s name. She’s African American with blonde short hair. She was the sweetest I would go back to your restaurant just for her and the Pazookie. Our visit was wonderful and I will definitely return.
