Wait staff were amazing. Food was great. I haven’t been to BJs in a while. I was pleasantly surprised and will go back sooner than later.

Our waiter was great. The hostesses were quite rude and not friendly at all. Not impressed with this BJ’s.

Pizza, soup and salad great! Server great. Burger was a failure….. cold, raw bacon and cold fries. Yes, it went back and they were very apologetic.

Service was not great. Server disappeared and we had to ask a server assistant to find her so we could get the check to leave.

I’ve been to BJs multiple times and it’s never good i only go there for the pizookies which are good but everything else is TERRIBLE especially the service.

The service was terrible and the waiter dropped a whole tray of iced tea on top of us! There was not rush to try to help people get the mess off their clothes. The manager finally came over and covered the bill, after I said we would not pay it.

Everything was great, but the bathrooms were really really bad. Out of toilet paper, paper towels, and overall really dirty :(

We have liked BJ's (different locations) for a long time. One of our party has mobility issues and we were accommodated easily. The food is always good. There is a good selection of beverages.

BJ’s is always a good place! Good food portions, good pizza and good drinks. The wait is a little too long even with reservations they sat us 15 minutes late when there were 4 open tables in the area we were eventually seated in. The waitress was polite but had too many table for her experience and our appetizers were brought out with no silverware. Unfortunately she wasn’t able to be as attentive as was required. A bit short handed it seemed although it was a Sunday night. But it has a very good atmosphere

Celebrating our sons bday. Restaurant less than half full but took forever to get served, half an hour & 2 reminders to get first glass of wine. Food was sub par & took 45 min to come out. Would not recommend

BJ's restaurant is very pleasing to the eye - not many tables are available and a reservation is necessary. The food was very tasty - the cocktails are mostly ice cubes. It was really nice just to be able to go for dinner.

- I made a reservation for 6 - showed up on time and had to wait 22 minutes to be seated - those that walked up with no reservation were told it was a 25 minute wait - ridiculous - we had a toddler that we asked to be served 1st / immediately - we was served LAST and at least 4 minutes AFTER everyone else as well as our appetizer - UNACCEPTABLE - Toddlers burger was well overcooked - fruit side considered of 10 blue berries and 5 grapes - ridiculous - no requests for refills on beverages were asked nor given from the server - menu was only thru a scan able app thru your smart phone - we only had 1 smart phone at the table able to make this work - FYI kids menus is still in a printed format separate from the app - i had the Jambalaya - portion served seemed like it was a lunch serving - small bowl - The only thing right was the Blond beer that was served from the keg. I will not go back NOR will i recommend to others in fact I have asked everyone that I have spoken to since to avoid it

Would have been nice to not have to have depended on a cell phone to pick your menu items, pay your check. Was very inconvenient. The food was good. The waiter was as helpful as he could be.

Because of this virus, the place is very quiet. But the service was great and the food very good. i feel for the servers wearing masks all the time so was sure to leave a hefty tip. Will look forward to a vibrant bar in the future. Right now, no one can sit at the bar.

We felt very safe and well looked after. I was originally nervous about going to a restaurant during COVID restrictions but I quickly saw how much care the staff where taking to make sure everybody was seated with heaps of space between them and the ordering process was completely contact free. This family will be back again soon!

For all of you reading disparate reviews of BJs and are confused, that is because the experience there is indeed inconsistent. I live only 1.5 miles from the restaurant and have eaten here a number of times. I've experienced pretty much all of the behaviors mentioned in the diner reviews. Everything from almost not being acknowledged upon entering to bad food and everything in between. I've also had extremely pleasant and relaxing experiences with excellent, attentive and friendly service with servers trying their hardest to make your day/night enjoyable. In analyzing the inconsistencies, I think they have a leadership problem that results in the food issues, service problems, timing issues, etc. If you have patience for your dining experience, give them a try. Just do not expect perfection. It is a chain restaurant with a vast menu that can appeal to everyone in your entire party. That comes with its own set of issues. The food is quite good and I can say, every server I have had is cheerful and trying their hardest to make your visit the best it can be. Just ask for what you need.

BJ's continues to be a very good go to place where the food is consistently good, a large choice of menu items and craft style beers. The only small downsides are that it can be quite crowded, leading to a bit of a wait, and there is a somewhat limited wine menu. However, all-in-all, BJ's never disappoints.

We got a couple of the pizookie deserts to share. Very good, even after a filling dinner. Looking forward to trip back in a year or two as we're from MI.

The waitress was desperately trying to take care of us but was obviously overwhelmed. The bus boys could not give a care. Brought dirty bowl, no place settings available, no appetizer plates... just frustrating and no one coming around to check on service. Terrible dining experience...

A comprehensive menu for both food and drink and a great atmosphere. The food arrived in good time (neither too quick or slow) and was delicious. What really made it for us was our server, Katy, who was absolutely magnificent. She was super helpful in answering our questions and providing recommendations as well. She has a very engaging and bubbly personality and quite simply, we all loved Katy! We came back a couple of days later just because of her!

We three ladies had the Swiss and Mushroom Burger and I tell you. . . we all ate it like we had never had a burger before!! LOL The meat was the BEST!!!! Our nice waitress even went to check for us to see where it came from as we would LOVE to find it in our grocery store! Delicious!!!!!!!

Server spilled the surprise about his candle and took too long to bring it. I went to the bathroom and the pazooki with the candle and a lighter on the table next to it. VERY upset with that!

Wasn’t real busy, but our server a bit slow. Had to keep asking for drink refills & when food came we had no napkins/forks. Food very good tho.

I was texted saying my table was ready, but then had to wait 15 more minutes. Once were seated, we waited 10 minutes before being greeted by our waitress and that was only after asking the hostess to get her. It took an hour to get our food from the time we ordered. Bottom of the pizza when we finally got it was soggy. We wanted Pizzookies, but chose not to order them in fear that our already hour and a half experience would be extended even more. We had 4 kids with us, and they were troopers with waiting.
