Sunday lunch at 1130, the dining room was almost empty but we still had to get up multiple times to get our own drink refills. Servers and other staff noted to be chatting with each other at the bar. Served ranch with my 11 year old son's chicken strips, the ranch spilled on to them and when he complained he was told to deal with it until I spoke up and noted he is allergic to dairy. He was told his replacement strips would be right out but he waited for over 10 minutes until the server came back and noticed he still did not have his meal. My boneless wings were lukewarm and the pizza was almost 75% crust. I normally meet people here as a halfway point between where I live and Seattle. I will be choosing elsewhere going forward.

Service was very slow and the dishes that we ordered were incorrect when they were served to our table.

We Were seated right away, service was slow for the restaurant being somewhat empty. Our waitress wasn’t overly friendly, she seemed irritated to be there in general. There were things that were out in the kitchen and the bar, as well as items listed the online menu that were no longer offered. Mediocre experience

Making reservations and getting seated was easy. However we waited an extremely long time for our appetizers to come out. We had small children who were hungry and getting antsy. Mozzarella sticks finally came out but were cold and the cheese was hard. Then it took another rediculous amount of time to get our main courses. And once again another 25 minute wait to get our desserts. The restaurant was not busy at all and there was no excuse for the excruciating delay in receiving our food.

We visited on Mother's day, which is not the best day to go anywhere. I was pleasantly surprised that we were seated promptly, and our drinks and food arrived timely. I had the atlantic salmon which was a big portion of probably 8 oz for $26. The entree salads were good sized as well.

The location was great. There is tons of parking. The restaurant was well-kept, and the food and service were good.

Prime rib deal is a steal! Can’t get better price for meat, soup or salad, AND dessert! Rib tip (sauce was great!) and shrimp scampi was good. We also rdered the BJ’s favorite pizza. Though a generous portion of ingredients, there was not a proportional amount of cheese to hold it down. It was also a bit too salty. Bottom Crust was doughy but not enough tomato sauce to give it flavor, no crispy side crust to give it crunch and hold everything on. As a pizza, it’s average just ok. If you’re a fellow Chicagoan, looking for Chicago style “deep dish” pizza, this is NOT it. What is served here is really a “thick crust” pizza. It is NOT truly a Chicago style Deep dish (ie Gino East/Giordano’s/Lou Malnati’s).
