    Weeknight specials are a deal! Service was great. Servers were quickly willing to oblige our request to put the Astros game on a tv where we could see it.

    Good quality had dropped way off. Bartender needs obvious training . People stated as we came in the service was horrible. Our waitress was good. But several other tables were complaining.

    We were a party of 6 at 6:00 pm on a Monday. I'm guessing they were short staffed as it took 25 mins to get most of our drinks. Two of the ladies had issues with their drink orders. One received the wrong cocktail after waiting an additional 10 minutes. The other had ordered a sparkling water and never did get it. Turned out that they had run out but never bothered to tell us. Food was ok but nothing to write home about. Been there many times and it's been great but this was the first Monday night experience.

    Our server was attentive, friendly and professional. My steak filet and husband's Tri-tip was tender and delicious. My roasted asparagus was a bit over roasted and stringy. Overall the meal was enjoyable

    This was not our server's fault......Insanely busy with a promotion for free dinner for Veterans Day. Understaffed, and existing staff not happy. Management needs to improve

    I made a reservation via OpenTable for dinner on a Saturday night. There were people already waiting outside the restaurant but the inside was actually half empty. We were told to wait for “a few seconds” for our table to get ready. After about 20 minutes and seeing about 3-4 parties being called, we checked with the hostess who apparently forgot about us. She took us to one of the many empty tables and we waited another 15-20min for our server to show up. Needless to say it was another 15-20min before our drinks came. Our food arrived at a decent time but we did not have any silverware. Since our server was nowhere in sight, I had to walk to the hostess stand to ask for silverware that the hostess forgot about in the first place. I have been to other BJs locations before and this one definitely has the worst/slowest service.

    Poor service. Late to the table to take our drink orders. Over 10 minutes just to get our drinks. Had to flag someone down to get out order taken.

    Their pizzas have changed. Had to ask for napkins and then for silverware. We got a Buffalo chicken and a sweet pig. Also Nachos and queso as an appetizer. The chips were horribly chewy and greasy but we were all starving so we ate them anyways. The queso itself was good and the food came out fast. The pizza was extremely doughy with very little toppings. A few pieces didn’t even hardly have anything on them. It was bad. We ordered pazookies for desert for my daughters birthday. They were good and the beers were good our server was nice and prompt. Overall it felt like a complete waste of good money on poor quality food.

    Food took over an hour. Dietary requests were not honored and then purposefully contaminated when requested fix. Normally this is a solid option for us but no longer.

    Took forever to get our order! Not server’s fault though. Manager came on his own and apologized, but this is 2nd time this has happened to us @ this location. Food used to be better too. So definitely a downgrade in service and food quality, overall.

    Service was the main downside to this visit. It wasn't bad, just lackluster. Had to repeatedly find a server to locate our server to get refills on drinks. Table wasn't cleared of dishes before desserts were served so we had to navigate around those when sharing. Food was good, but may have sat a bit before being served as it was warm but not hot. Our party of four had ziti, fish tacos, babyback ribs, and a salad with chicken. Two pizookies finished it off. We'll go back as I think this was a one-off situation and it wasn't particularly busy; we haven't been there for a long time but when we did go back then everything was very good.

    I don’t even know where to begin because there is so much to unpack. When I placed the reservation I asked for a booth. We were seated at a table that could comfortably seat maybe 4 people and the table was not clean. There was also a booth open that could have accommodated us just fine. We sat at the table for almost 20 minutes before the waitress even came to take drink orders. When she got there she seemed all over the place. When the drinks came 2 of the cups were visibly not clean so the drinks had to go back. It took her even longer to bring the drinks back and 1 of them was just water and we had to remind her about the drinks because she had forgotten to bring them back. We finally ordered appetizers, those were fine but our waitress was no where to be found. She finally came back after the appetizers were done and took our main food orders and she was gone missing again. Our food came out and the 2 pasta orders were not very good. They were under seasoned and it would have been okay if we could locate the waitress to ask for extra spices or something from the kitchen but as I mentioned earlier she seemed all over the place. She did the very least and finally came back over to the table after the food had gone cold at that point. I also noticed that there were 3 other tables in that same area who seemed to be having issues as well. A manager went to one of the tables but did not bother to come check to see if things were okay at the surrounding tables. We didn’t get refills, barely got waited on, and the food was not good as it normally is. When she finally brought the check out she made excuses and started apologizing and saying how she kept having issues with the kitchen messing up orders at other tables. I think that bothered me the most because we literally sat there and were under serviced the entire time and she felt it was ok to say that when she didn’t even check with us once to see how our food was. By far my worst time at BJs.

    BBQ ribs were so tender that they fell off the bones. We celebrated my daughter's birthday and the staff made sure that everything was wonderful. The hostess was keeping us informed on our waiting time, which was nice.

    Service wasn’t good, we were brought one of the entrees first than everyone else’s. When the appetizer were brought no napkins, plates, or silverware was brought to us (we had to ask the busboy because the waiter was no where to be seen). The food was alright good thing my friends were at least satisfied with that.

    They seem to be struggling. They serve their own beer and were out of their most popular flavor - at 5:30 in the evening. They also ran out of glasses so they gave me a paper cup. The waitress was doing her best but it was her 4th day.

    It took 45 minutes for an appetizer and a chicken sandwich to be served. We ate in 10 minutes just to make the movie reservation.

    Enjoyed the bbq root beer ribs but loaded potato skins were not. Barely anything on them, a couple only had cheese. The chicken and mushroom pesto pasta was good just not much chicken for the price. The BJ's chicken sandwich was greasy, not crispy and was missing toppings. 3 small slices of tomatoes like the size of pickles. When they took the plate away to add the toppings that were missing they came back with the same plate, with one leaf of lettuce. At that point the sandwich and fries were cold.

    I booked table for 945 and still they put me on wait till 1015 . Host was rude when I mentioned the waiting time to him Food was cold and my steak was way too hard . It was my bday party and I was completely disappointed ☹️ They ruin my day .

    Our waiter wasn't really present. Three people at our table ran out of drinks and he was nowhere to be found to order more... Finally what looked to be the manager came to clear plates and we were able to order our pizookies but we didn't order more drinks because we knew we wouldn't be there that much longer. Had he come by earlier we would have spent more money... (3 adult beverages= roughly $25) My husband and I shared the nachos. While there were a ton we didn't have much chicken on them at all. We would not order them again.

    Our waiter was excellent, but service was very slow. I requested my salmon medium rare but got it well done. I am very sensitive to MSG, and I'm pretty sure my food was loaded with it, judging by my headache and dry mouth afterwards.

    Telvin took really good care of us! They need more like him, great personality and so good at his job. They are practicing social distancing, I felt very safe.
