My wife and I had a delicious prime rib meal with all the trimmings including a dessert for each of us. We always enjoy the service and atmosphere.

Gathering together with new freinds on my new job Food was average had to send my chicken tortilla soup back to be reheated. Chicken wings were ok? Salad was not fresh but I ate the chicken out of it. My new freinds enjoyed their meal. Our server was very attentive. We tipped her well. Cannot remember her name. Ambiance was ok?

Our waiter was wonderful - very attentive but was cognizant of the table conversations and did not interrupt. The food we ordered (chicken parmesan and chicken alfredo, was absolutely fabulous. We were pleased to find the food such high quality, as during our last visit a couple of years ago it was not as good which led to us not visiting for a while. We were pleased and will be back soon for sure! We also were celebrating a birthday, and they treated our birthday nicely with a pazookie, which can't be beat!!!!

I almost don't want to tell you all what my favorite thing on the menu is because then they will be out of it. But I'll risk it. I usually order an appetizer for lunch because I love the avocado egg rolls. Was so happy they had them this time.

very warm in there. our server was sweating. there were 5 of us and he tended to deal with the other tables around us, and there were seated after us. I kept asking for more water and he just wouldn't bring it. once the other tables left his attention was more on us 5. nice guy, but maybe the sweat dripping from his face was too much for him that night. prefer the location at Rookwood much better

I had the Enlightened Ahi Tuna salad, a meal in itself. And the final touch was a chocolate chip Pitookie with Vanilla bean ice cream. Absolutely priceless!

Went there to try a specific appetizer and they said it would take an hour to prep. We went at 6 pm on a Friday night. I feel like that should have been ready to go.

We had a Christmas celebration there with opening of gifts, etc. The serving staff were attentive but not hovering. Food was great. Atmosphere was festive. Highly recommend.

WE had reservations for early (5:00) and it wasn't packed like we feared. The server (Rick) was attentive but not intrusive. Everyone enjoyed their food except for one who had some problems with the spice level on the Philly cheese steak. She picked it off and enjoyed the food otherwise. Sometimes this unit is uncomfortably cold but it was fine yesterday. The meal was enjoyed by all. Hope they are able to remain open during the upcoming construction.

We were having a reunion lunch with old friends and Tiffany took wonderful care of us. The ac was apparently broken and made the lunch much more uncomfortable physically than we and all staff should have had to endure. PLEASE close in the future when this happens.

The food and atmosphere was great. However, our server was extremely slow. A simple lunch took over an hour and a half. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. The other servers were fast and prompt. They came after us and left before us.

Went for a business lunch, set reservation as such. Food took really long, was late getting back for a meeting. Overall good quality food, and waiter was friendly, but they may be short staffed.

Service was very slow. Took 15 minutes to get water. Food was delicious, as always. A server dropped a tray of food next to us. Staff came to clean up & asked us to be careful not to slip. Another server dropped a tray of drinks nearby. Staff asked us at one point to look for someone’s keys in our booth while we were eating. Server didn’t clear any plates while we were dining, even after ordering dessert. Had to request silverware when our food was delivered. Celebrating our kids accomplishments and BJ’s is their first choice. Love the pizza & pazoukis!

It wasn't bad, but it wasn't what we expected. I had the Ribeye, with white cheddar potatoes and grilled asparagus. The asparagus was definitely over done and very small spears. The steak was so-so. Two in our party got burgers that were very dry. One ordered the chicken alfredo which she said was good. Our server tried her best, being it was her 3rd day. Didn't really know too much about the selections. Very limited selection of bourbons and didn't even have Budweiser in bottles. If you enjoy slightly upscale dinning, this is not the place. If you enjoy paying slightly higher prices for average food, drinks and service then you will fit right in.

Celebrated son’s 15th bday. Greeted by server after 10 min. Took another 10 for water. Took another 15-20 min for my beer. Ordered salmon on cauliflower rice- given chicken. Fortunately it was comped. My husband was charged extra for a small house salad that was supposed to be a sub for a side of grains. Pazookis fantastic as always. Server seemed stressed.

We were seated right at our reservation time, which was nice. Then we sat at our table for at least 20 minutes before I returned to the hostess stand to let them know no one had been to our table yet. A few minutes later our server, Donna, came to the table. She apologized for not coming over earlier, and stated there was a miscommunication on who our server was supposed to be. Donna was very friendly, and provided us with great service. The specialty drinks we ordered tasted great. We all ordered different meals, and really liked them. I ordered the Mediterranean Chicken Pita Tacos, and they were amazing! Everything was hot and fresh when our food came out. The only drawback was our appetizers came out at the same time our meals did. All in all, it was a good experience, and we would come back again.
