Overall, this was not a good visit to this restaurant. We had a reservation, but the hostess just added us to the queue and we were seated in the order that we walked in instead of the restaurant honoring the reservation time. We ordered soup and salad and our main entree at the same time. The server even asked if we wanted the soup and salad before the meal. We told her yes. Twenty minutes later, a runner brought us the main entree. I asked him to take it back and put it under the heat lamps and to bring us the soup and salad first. He left and shortly after a manager came over. He told us that the restaurant no longer serves the soup we ordered and that was why we never received our soup and salad. When I questioned why the server hadn’t told us when we ordered, he just said that she hadn’t worked in a while and didn’t know. Clearly, someone wasn’t doing their job in preparing the servers. We ordered a different soup and about 5 minutes later received them. After we had eaten the soup and salad, I asked for the main entree to be brought. I had ordered the prime rib, medium rare, but after sitting under the heat lamps for 20 minutes, it was more medium. It will be a while till we go back. Hopefully, management will help the servers figure out the menu before the next time.

We arrived early and they were able to seat us. Very pleasant hostess. Waiter was at our table very quickly for drink and appetizer orders. It was quiet but it was early for the dinner rush. The food came out timely and was very good. Good menu options, much better than your typical Brewhouse bar food.

This was our first visit to BJs and will be our last. It took almost an hour for food to come out of the kitchen. Waitress apologized but we were never offered any compensation for the very slow service. We arrived at 6:30 but food did not arrive until 7:35 leaving us about 10 minutes to eat as we had theatre tickets for 8:00. For the prices at this restaurant, this is unacceptable and will not be returning.

It was good dinner. I was disappointed when the waiter told me they didn’t have a recipe for a Tom Collins and asked me what to put in it. That’s really disappointing that the restaurant is a full bar establishment and can’t make a top 5 standard drink, or even Google a recipe for goodness sake. Just not appropriate for a full bar restaurant.

I’m not sure what was going on in the kitchen today. Both of our entrees came out without the sauce sides. We had to ask for tartar sauce for the fish and horseradish sauce for the prime rib even though the menu states that it comes with it. I never did get any au jus sauce but I really prefer the other anyway. The server also didn’t understand that we wanted the salad/soup before the main entree so they basically came out one right after the other. Usually, we enjoy Sundays at BJ’s but today they were a little off.

The server was awesome. Food was great. The portion of tri tip was great. The last time the tri tip portion was small but this time it was great and cooked to perfection. Had a very enjoyable dinner

Pretty good experience. Burger wasn’t cooked properly but the waitress was very helpful and got it fixed. Over a decent night for our anniversary.

We really enjoy BJ’s Sunday prime rib special. It’s so much food for a good price. This visit our server was a little off. I asked for salad dressing on the side and she didn’t let the kitchen know. After she quickly dropped it off and before I noticed what had been done, she didn’t return to our table to check on us. So, I ate it as served. She was also in a huge hurry to get us out of the restaurant. She had us pay before we were even served dessert.

I love the salad that I get all the time but last night it was subpar it was smaller than normal I ordered the seared ahi salad and I was finished in 5 minutes the waitress listened to me about no cucumber I was happy about that but the serving size was horrible. Everyone else’s meal was great the waitress Samantha I think her name was excellent.

We really love the prime rib special which is served all day on Sunday. It’s a huge meal, and we always go home with leftovers. The prime rib was cooked a perfect medium rare at my request. Our server did a good job and checked on us often.

Amazing experience!! Our server, Ms. Jackie was outstanding. She was very friendly and checked up on us several times. Super sweet, funny, and caring. The food was great. We had pizza and it was delicious. To end the night off, we got pazookies and they were incredible!! Highly recommended this place!!

The food came out cold and the waitress misunderstood the order. The meal came out in separate parts due to this reason but overall the food was not of good quality even though the restaurant did not seem busy at all.

We have eaten here a lot. Today’s experience was the worst experience we have yet to have. Our server, Charmoniqu, was untrained and completely incompetent. She was super slow, but if that had been her only problem, we could have dealt with that. When we ordered a pizooki, that’s when the incompetence shown through. We placed our order at the same time as a table next to ours. The other table placed their order to go. We specifically told Charmoniqu that we wanted to eat ours at the table. 20 minutes later, we saw her bring the to go pizooki to the other table. 25 minutes later, we asked her where ours was. She said it would be up shortly. 5 minutes after that she finally brought our pizooki in a to go bag. I was not happy and re explained that we had wanted to eat ours there. I happened to take a look in the bag, and realized that when your pizooki is to go, you only get the cookie and ice cream. Ours was supposed to be strawberry shortcake so I would have expected strawberries. Nope! Anyway, Charmoniqu said she would have the kitchen redo the pizooki. We told her we really didn’t have another 25 minutes to wait. She said it would be fast. At that point I asked to speak to a manager. The manager came to our table 10 minutes later, listened to our complaint, apologized, and said he would take care of it. 10 minutes later (Yes, if you’re keeping track that’s 20 additional minutes) the manager came back with another pizooki also in a to go bag! Wow! After 2 hours, we left absolutely not pleased. It will be a loooong time till we return. At the very least I would have hoped the manager would have offered us a future pizooki free of charge. If you’re expecting average service, this is not the restaurant for you.

I ordered the same thing I always order, and the portion size was markedly smaller! Not really complaining, because I understand, what with the current economic situation. Just acknowledging it. Still, I was disappointed that it wasn’t really enough to split in half for a second meal later! I will add that the peanut chicken with soba noodles was every bit as delicious as usual. Mmmmm.

I can’t say enough about the Sunday prime rib special. It’s the best! So much food that I actually gave one of my sides to my dinner companion. The prime rib was huge and cooked just like I asked for it.

Unfortunately, kitchen staff walked out after our order. Over an hour to get our food, which was prepared incorrectly. Offered free dessert, but still charged for badly prepped food.

My tri tips were over cooked and my husband’s fish was soggy on the bottom. The waiter replaced my tri tips with baby back ribs. I was upcharged for the ribs even though it was the cooks fault.

I had reservations. The person came over a drink waitress, I think she should ask if we would like appraisers, and taking our main order took longer than I expected.

BJ's menu offers a broad variety of tasty eats, including a number of speciality dishes and drinks. Food is well prepared and attractively presented. Service is attentive and promptly responds to requests. BJ's ambiance is conducive to an enjoyable meal with friends. Be sure to finish up with one of their delicious pizookies, and don't forget to pickup some of their yummy $6 Take-Home Entrees. Thanks to BJ's for honoring Veterans on Veterans Day.

I came here for date night and had a great time. I’ve eaten here about 4-5 times and each time the atmosphere was great, staff was friendly and food was delicious. It’s a bit pricey but no more than other restaurants like it. I strongly recommend BJ’s.

Prime rib dinner was very good, generous portions and tasty. Bison burger also good- don't order the Ahi tuna salad- the tuna seemed low grade- it was a little tough although cooked properly, and the salad flavors were unbalanced. The monkey bread/ ice cream dessert easily served 4 and the plate was scraped clean!!

They have increased there prices significantly since the last time visiting. We enjoyed the service but won't be back due to pricing. An Entree Salad with 3 chicken fingers on it was $14.95, Small side of Brussel Sprouts $7.45, and a house well drink $8.25 a piece.

As always, the weekend prime rib special was outstanding. We had a new server, and he definitely needed some additional training. He had problems figuring out how to place our order and overcharged us because he didn’t know what was included in the prime rib special. A manager solved our problem, but we ended up spending about 15 minutes just waiting to get the final bill.

Outstanding service and great tasting food with a wide selection of dishes to choose from. Miss Jackie waited on us and she did an awesome job!
