Bondir Cambridge is a tiny restaurant with 9 tables & 5 course Tasting Menu.

BONDIR RESTAURANT is located in a residential neighborhood in the center of Cambridge which is known for it's sense of community &pride in it's diversity-a neighborhood filled with murals, parks, and public gardens.
OUR CUISINE is based on a simple premise: The ingredients we use are a story about the people who produce them. The most expressive ingredients are the freshest, coming from the ocean or the field, directly to our door. Relationships - cultivated over the years through time spent with foragers, fishermen, farmers, ranchers - color the daily menu.
OUR SERVICE is the most important aspect of our job. We want to create a personalized evening for each guest.

Amazing. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I want to do this at least once a week. 😊 The food was so perfect. The wine was delicious. I can’t wait to return when you open for the full experience.

I am generally not a fan of takeout since as the food sits between cooking, delivery and finally consumption it often doesn't lead to a great eating experience. But I ordered from Bondir's takeout options (during the shutdown) and all the food was excellent and the portions very generous. The food was prepared with careful consideration of the time lapse and with a quick re-heat for the steak, it was a fine dining experience. We tried the steak with roasted parsnips, the lobster roll and the chowder- it was delicious and such a treat to have such high quality cooking at home. Apart from the entrees, the salads were very fresh and flavorful and the baked goods were absolutely delicious (and great to stock up on). The rhubarb pie was a taste of spring with a great crust. While we dearly miss eating at the restaurant - the takeout option at Bondir does not disappoint!

Order up Bondir for take out on Friday. It was excellent. I ordered the lamb,veal,pork Bolognese sauce with Buckwheat pasta and the Akashi steak with new potatoes. Also got the strawberry rhubarb pie. It was all amazingly prepared, fresh and delicious ! Seriously Order up from Bondir the next time you can, you won’t regret it!

The pasta was fresh and the bolognese rich in flavor. The rhubarb Pie was also delicious!

Bondir is offering an amazing take out menu during the pandemic. We’ve ordered twice and both times enjoyed a lovely meal. I have many dietary issues and food allergies, and they have taken great care to assure me the food has been prepared and cooked safely for me to eat. It’s a pleasure to support a local business while of course enjoying an amazing meal!!!

During a global pandemic, it’s tough to feel that your life isn’t coming to a grinding, boring halt. Luckily, places like Bondir continue to make awesome food and wine for pick up. My husband set up a nice table on our tiny porch and we had a really great dinner. It wasn’t overly expensive and it’s good to support our local businesses when we can. I highly recommend the bread!
