    We were celebrating a birthday lunch. The service was very slow. The server brought out 1 salad for 1 person when 2 people ordered salads. The other salad came out with the main course. We waited a long time for our bill to come after dishes were cleared.

    The waiter and waitress did a fabulous job with waiting on our party of 10. Bravo’s food is always delicious. Love this location too!

    I love Bravo but the Turkey for the Turkey dinner was horrible. Salty Turkey roll. Chicken would be better if that is easier.

    Very slow getting drinks. Soup was Luke warm. Main course needed more seasoning and was not served hot. Wine was served when we were almost finished with meal. Desert was good but coffee was not served hot.

    We had a great experience at Bravo Lennox! Juan was our server and he did an excellent job! Appetizer, salads and our meal came out at the exact best time. Juan was attentive but not overbearing. Food tasted great too! Excellent experience!

    Server was very nice but the experience was terrible. It took nearly an hour for our appetizer to show up and when it did, it was luke warm and soggy. The main entrees, while tasty, took an additional 45 minutes to appear. Maybe it was just a bad night for them but I won’t be going back there anytime soon.

    Upon entering, I can smell the dirty carpet. The hostess was rubbing her eyes and there was clearly a sore on the side of her eyes. A waiter carrying a tray of food was chewing gum with his mouth open. The food was subpar, even the ice water tasted terrible. This is not a place we would visit ever again. My salmon was cold. The only thing on the plate that was hot, was the plate itself. The Caesar salad had grated cheese. The chicken with the pasta Bravo was not seasoned.

    We had a great dinner at Bravo. The host was very friendly and helpful and our server was so pleasant and went out of her way to make sure our meal was great. My Chinese friend who came with me really enjoyed the lasagna. I asked for a pasta dish no longer on the menu and the manager explained how to prepare it to the cook! It was done perfectly and made the evening extra special.

    My husband and I enjoyed dinner on the patio. It was wonderful. He got the spaghetti and meatballs and I got the salmon fresca. Food was great and our server was attentive. Highly recommend!

    We have dined at Bravo several times and it is usually very good.. But for some reason, it is always freezing in there. We had sweaters and long pants and walked out to the car and turned on the heat (during summer). The food is usually pretty good, but this time the chicken was dry and cool.....disappointing.

    Came before a concert. Reservation at 5:30 showed up at 5, didn’t get sat until 6pm! Felt bad for the staff due to the lack of training and support from management!

    Restaurant was not prepared for the amount of people that had booked tables before the concert. Staff tried hard to minimize the impact, but we waited well over 30 minutes just to get the drinks we ordered . We were done with the appetizer before our drinks were brought to the table.

    Good food, large portions. Service was great too. Wish they had more healthy app and meal options, and the carpet was so sticky our shoes stuck to floor - really needs a good carpet cleaning!

    Had a great lunch with friends on the patio. The salmon was excellent and we both enjoyed the preparations. Nice portions for lunch. Many good options on the menu and most can find something to enjoy. GF options also available.

    One certain waiter could use more training. Our table and 2 tables next to us all had service issues with the same guy. Another waiter helped pickup our waiters lack of attentiveness and the place was only half full. Food was excellent.

    Excellent experience. Food was absolutely delicious. The portion sizes were so big that we all had a goodie bag! Service was very good, too!

    It was a wonderful dinner and evening at Bravo Lennox! Celebrated a birthday and had their famous lobster bisque soup, pasta bravo, and desserts. Someone in our party ordered a steak - everything was excellent. Lauren was our server and she was excellent as well; on top of everything and super friendly. Highly recommend and we will be going back!
