    It seems to me that they act in bad faith when handing over the bill, as we don't have the option to choose the tip percentage, the amount is already added to the bill, but when you swipe your card they ask for the tip again. I felt deceived.

However, you don't need to include any more when you swipe your card and select "No tip". Some customers feel free to select it anyway as a form of gratitude. For groups of less than 6 people, the tip is selected after swiping the card, in a conventional and uncomplicated way. If you are still in doubt, please contact us.

    This was our second trip to BGP and despite it being a much busier night, we were not disappointed in the slightest. The pizza itself was and remains the star of the show. The individual pizzas are plentiful enough to allow most people to take home leftovers in boxes. Service remains exceptional (ask for Natalya).

    Loved the pizza and crust as well. However, the flatbread crust is made from yucca plant - so it does have a different taste. If you aren't ready for it, it can be off putting. That said the pizza is great!

    It would be awesome if more pizza would come our way. We spend most of the time just waiting and the servers would literally walk by us and not offer the pizza they had.

    The food was great, we had the all you can eat pizza and also order some entrees. The drinks were delicious and brought to our table quickly. They only thing we weren’t that happy was with the music, I was too loud and we had to scream at each other to have a conversation. Also, I feel like the waiting staff needs a bit more training and polishing. Quicker and more attending to the clientele.

    This genteel Brazilgourmetpizzeriagrill has kind staff, service , amazing food and best place to celebrate B-days. In this time we ordered “ The Churrasco Misto”. IT WAS FIRE ! and the delicious Grilled Wild Salmon with yuca Puree which is my favorite. The only concern was that we had very small table for this family platter. I highly suggest to visit this sweet place in Damascus,MD.

    We have been here several times and have always loved the food and atmosphere. This time, we felt that the service was not up to the usual standard but perhaps the server was new. Our main gripe is that we were charged 3.5% to use our credit card, not something we’ve ever encountered and we dine out often. The fee was buried with the food charges so not clear and further racked up the amount on which the gratuity is based. While it’s not a big deal in terms of dollars, it seemed underhanded. The practice of charging to pay by credit card, and the fact it was not clearly conveyed, has soured our impression of the establishment.

    This was our first visit and we loved it. We loved everything about it, perhaps aside from the open door to the outdoors on a cool evening. The extensive, imaginative menu was most impressive. Three of us each ordered a personal, new-to-us gourmet pizza. Service was prompt and supremely professional (Natalya could give lessons to anyone in the restaurant industry), and the food was outstanding. We definitely plan to come back.

    This is our new favorite restaurant! It’s so close to our house, and the food was ALL absolutely incredible. We went for our two year wedding anniversary, and we had our five week old baby. The staff was so accommodating to our unique situation. We could only stay for about 30 with our little baby. We sat outside, and it was perfect for us and the baby. THANK YOU!

    We’ve arrived on time for our reservation but we had to wait an extra 15 min to be seated. We’ve waited 30 min for a glass of water. For about an hr of sitting at our table, we were served barely any pizza only 2 small slices while everyone around us was getting served multiple slices. Waiter and has spoke to management to serve our table multiple time but nothing has been changed/improved. Management didn’t even bother talking to us or apologize for the neglectful service. I was excited to dine in and experience the unlimited pizza on Wednesdays but I will never come here again.

    My family and I had a good experience during their Rodizio pizza night(all you can eat pizza night). Kids 12 and under are free, which is nice. Price for adults is $30 each, which I think is reasonable. Having experienced Rodizio de Pizza in Brazil when I was growing up, I feel this was a very accurate experience. I really miss the style of Brazilian pizza. These are not your average pizzas that you'll find anywhere else. If you get a chance to take a look at their menu you'll see. Kids might not embrace the style of pizza if they only stick with plain cheese, or pepperoni pizza, but the second the dessert pizzas are served, they'll be all smiles and their appetite will somehow return. I really enjoyed the pizzas they served. There were plenty of creative combinations that were excellent. I kind of wish every type of pizza from their menu could have been served, but I understand that it might be difficult to make. The only negative from my experience, would be that we had to wait a while between pizzas being served. But this is coming from having previous experiences in Brazil where the pizzas are coming out constantly, and you barely have a chance to take a bite out of one slice, before another server is placing a different slice on your plate. If you're interested in trying Brazilian pizza, I think the Rodizio service on Wednesday evenings is great!

    I was so excited to try this place out! The food was good and the atmosphere was nice and fun, but loud on a Saturday night. The service however was problematic, it took us an hour and 45 min from sit down to leaving for a party of six. Hope this improves as its wonderful to have a great place to eat in Damascus!!

    It was our first time and it did not disappoint. The food and drinks were amazing. Just one little note for improvement, I would have put more carne seca in the escondidinho, it didn’t have enough. You should not charge extra for another portion of rice as the dish is supposed to serve two people. Overall it was wonderful.

    Went there for my birthday dinner with my daughter. We had the best time and the food was delicious!! Just wish they had more to choose from on main dishes. I am a chicken dish lover and I only had one choice. Next time we will try their pizzas!!

    This is a great little find in upper Montgomery Country. It has a cozy feel with wonderful decor, and the menu has a fantastic variety of pizzas.
