BRIO Tuscan Grille - Fairfax - Fair Oaks Mall
We celebrated our girlfriend’s birthday! We all enjoyed the delicious food. The presentation and the freshness of our dishes were great!
Great service. Good food. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.
Absolutely recommend. Food is outstanding. Bar tender keeps us in drink, We had a wonderful time and I will bring other friends.
The filet mignon was raw (purple inside) medium rare was ordered.
The Salmon Fresca was well done and very dry. The Shrimp Capri was all pasta, not as described in menu. The cheese cake was the worst I've ever had (very gritty) The Tiramisu was served frozen solid. I do not know what the chef was thinking. There is no excuse to serve the food that was served to us. I will never eat there again and I will not recommend Brio Tuscan to anyone. I hope this review gets posted.
Excellent location. Food and atmosphere. Would highly recommend this restaurant!
The food was amazing and the staff was very accommodating towards our dietary needs
The poor level of service we received overshadowed all other parts of our experience. After taking our order, we never saw our server again until she brought our bill. Our food was delivered to our table via a food runner and at no time did anyone ever come to check on us to see if we needed anything or to inquire if our food had been prepared correctly. This was all magnified by the fact the restaurant did not appear to be terribly busy on this particular night. We probably will not ever go back
We have been to this restaurant multiple times and were totally disappointed on Christmas eve. They ran out of specials had no fish and seemed very overwhelmed. They were out of fish by our seating at 6:p.m.
Went with family on Christmas Eve. Food was excellent as was the service. Enjoyed ourselves and have absolutely nothing to complain about. Definitely recommend.
Meal was good and enjoyable. I think our server was just average - the restaurant was not busy but she had trouble keeping up with service requests such as lemons, missing knife, water refills etc. And we were never offered Parmesan cheese for our salads or mains.
Very slow service and the quality and taste in their food is lacking
Level of service has improved significantly. Thanks
Very relaxed atmosphere. Lunch specials were good.
The quality of the food keeps us coming back. The hostess was not good, we had a reservation for 7 people and all arrived a few minutes early yet they were not ready for us and we still waited another 10 minutes after our reservation time before we were seated. many other parties were seated immediately though, sure they had a good time.
Second or third time we did not get the appetizers we ordered. No explanation or real concern
We had a nice young man named Brandon as our server and he was great! Very attentive, was always there when we needed something, and just a very nice young man.
It was the worst dining experience ever. The food came out late. We did not get any utensils to eat till 15 min after the food came out. The manager was not accommodating. Did not get birthday treats for the kids either. Will never visit this location again.
Food was average
This is a very pleasant setting to meet friends who want to enjoy a fine meal and carry on a conversation. The food is good, reasonably priced and service is great.
Our dinner at BRIO was fantastic! I am always amazed at the consistent quality of the food and the service is always great. We had the lamb chops and the lobster ravioli appetizer. Each item was expertly prepared and delicious. I am a member of the BIO frequent diners club and it is a great benefit to use the rewards.
The food was great! Our server was very nice & attentive. I will definitely be coming back!
Service was awesome. Our waiter was attentive and made great recommendations. The food was lacking. Just felt mediocre. And the dessert menu is seriously flawed. No great options.
Food was good. Service was worse than terrible. We had reservation for lunch. It took:
3 minutes for hostess to show up
20 minutes for server to first show after we were seated,
12 minutes for food order
15 minutes to eat
20 minutes for check to come.
43 minutes of unnecessary waiting. Not good for lunch items
It was horrible- food was late with no explanation why; food was horrible (2 upset stomachs tonight; my salad was the worst, practically an entire shaved carrot instead of healthy lettuce); and the soda was flat. This is my only bad review ever - I’m 52. Brian
Catch-up lunch with friends. Food was great - chicken and chocolate cake for dessert. Server was great, he did not rush us and kept the ice teas full. Great place to have a nice lunch and NOT noisy.
Great service and the food was great.
The place was crowed, but we did not wait long and the service was very good.
Service at this location was terrible! Long wait for food, never cleared plates, long wait for check, had to ask for dessert, long waiting overall. Place wasn’t even busy. Like the food, but probably won’t return.
Our server was overwhelmed. We got our bread late, the iced tea tasted like light iced coffee, and the lemonade replacement was way too sweet.
It has great outdoor seating on days that the weather is good. Waiter did not attend to our table properly. They were out of fish that we wanted and no soup of the day !
We had reservations and were seated quickly. The server was very accommodating. We even received a visit from the manager. He was very polite and we saw him assist other servers with their food orders. I had the lasagna and it was flavored well and the portions are large. Very good first experience.
Delicious pasta and salads. Nice ambiance. This was our first visit and we'll probably do it again.
Ladies birthday party — we were running a little but we did indeed make and enjoyed our dining experience
Far superior to the one in Tysons. Excellent service, the food was very good as well. I had not gone to a
Brio for quite some time because the experience at the other location was not good. Also have a very nice bar
Visited with friends for dinner, party of 5 adults and two kids. We chose to sit outside on veranda. The appetizer of Margherita Flatbread and Artichoke Dip with Chips was excellent. The main entree of Chicken Marsala was juicy and tasty as expected with enough mushroom gravy and mashed potato. The Pesto Spaghetti was very dry and not enough sauce. The Chicken Milanese with Spaghetti and Chicken Pesto Spaghetti was OK. Chocolate Cake dessert was very good. The most disappointing experience was service. It took us almost 3 hours to finish the dinner. The server always forgot to bring things out and apologized every time. Finally he gave us one dessert free but that was not enough to justify 3 hours. I also ordered a non-alcoholic drink which was extremely sweet. The cost of entree was as expensive as a four star restaurant ($18 to $21).
Changed in the past year, and not for the better. Poor management, mediocre service, decent food but reduced menu. Probably be closed in the near future and nobody’s fault but their own; too bad.
Food has always been excellent as well as the servicr
My cocktail was fair, not the first time there. I would only order wine if I were to go back again.
The wedge salad was good but the lobster ravioli was fair in taste and barely lukewarm.
At first they placed us at a table, that was in the main walk way to and from restroom, and where the waitstaff use a terminal
We aasked to be moved, and they did.
Their service was not good at all
We waited 20 minutes for our bill
Tonight I had not only the best meal, but also the most enjoyable evening in recent memory. The food was excellent, the service was pleasant and efficient and the price was fair for what we received. Highly recommend.
