Restaurant was closed. We drove 46 minutes to get there, it ruined our evening.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but this location has been permanently closed.
This is my "go to" restaurant close to my home
& office with good food.
Amazing Saturday night meal with family. It took a few minutes to get seated, but once we were seated the service was amazing and the food was as good as ever. There were 9 of us and they were able to get all of the food out to us together and tasting wonderful. Always a dependable restaurant - especially good for larger groups.
Food, Service was GREAT! Kevin was our server. However, when I presented an email I had received regarding $10 towards 2 adult meals the manager said I was not in the system. They did honor it finally, but said we needed to register with their rewards program and did not have a number for me. They gave me a card to register. Will that cancel my information with open table?
Great! Even though the waiter could not locate my number and membership the fact that I had received Brio's email for a $10 off for two meals he gave me the $10 off.
Service was excellent and food was amazing! I got the Chicken Marsala and I definitely made a great choice! This was our first time visiting and we will be returning!
The food and service are always exceptional. It's convenient and is a great meeting place for friends.
We were given our salads first, half way thru our cocktail showed up and then 5 minutes later the bread. We had about 5 minutes before our dinner was served and the wine we ordered to be served with dinner came half way thru.
Completely rushed and wrong order!
We were counting on sipping our cocktails with bread, then enjoy salad before dinner was served.
Mixed emotions on the evening dinner at BRIO - Fair Oaks. First, remember to bring a sweater, or coat as the dining room is rather cold. In fact, looking around the room more than half the people eating were still wearing their coats. You would think that would be a hint to management. The evening was to start out with the Carpaccio appetizer, however, the main menu was served with no mention, or even a sighting of the Carpaccio. No bread was ever provided until another server over heard us talking to each other at the table that we realized that no bread was served to our table. Our main entrees selected were the Gorgonzola Crusted Beef Medallions, and Grilled Chicken Marsala "Under the Brick". Both entrees were acceptable to taste except for the lack the Mushroom marsala sauce covering the chicken and mashed potatoes. The Capaccio was served at a course after the entrees, and was very light, and enjoyable with our bottle of Roxanne, red blend. There was a lack of attentiveness, and detail of our server for the evening as he never realized our need for service until another server reached out to him. Unable to provide his name as he never provided to us when welcoming us to Brio for dinner. BRIO - Fair Oaks the service needs to step up a notch, and it is important to pay attention to the details!!!!
A perfectly enjoyable evening at Brio!
My wife had the Lasagna which was excellent. I ordered the Spaghetti Carbonara which was not very good. The pancetta was more raw than browned, the sauce tasted buttery but was very thin, the Carbonara also had onions in it which is not a normal ingredient
Our first time at this store. Menu is varied food is good and on a very busy night service was very good. We made a reservation which turned out to be a good idea. Will eat there again. Doesn’t come across as a chain restaurant.
Our waitress was good. However, the plates at the table had dried up food on them and I had to ask for more plates. The salmon I ordered was not fully cooked. I honestly expected more for the amount of money I spent. Not sure if I would ever return.
Everything was great, just didn't receive an appetizer that we had ordered.
food was small and my carbonara was so dry. almost inedible and forced myself to eat it
It was a nice Valentine’s Day dinner. I’m glad I got reservations because if we didn’t we wouldn’t have had a chance to eat there. Nice settings, very crowded but still nice
Yes. The food quality WAS OUTSTANDING! I know outstanding is an over used word , but in this case it is merited. I have some knowledge of Tuscan Cuisine from my months in Italy Brio serves the real thing. Also the waitress we had was totally knowledgable of the menu and fast in delivery.
The food was just ok! The ambiance was nice and the wait staff was pleasant. We just expected better quality of food. I took my wife and daughter for Valentine’s Day and none of us were very impressed. It wasn’t awful, but we will probably find other places to go for Italian.
The food is always outstanding, the weigh staff is pleasant and i believe the value for the food is good. However the Fair Oaks location is FREEZING! I had to put on my coat while eating!
Gorgonzola-crusted beef medallions entree was awesome!! I would definitely go back for it.
Gorgonzola-crusted beef medallions entrée was very good. I would definitely go back for it
The food was definitely not worth the hefty price. Would not come again
Our waiter must have said, "I apologize for..." at least a dozen times. We sat there without our drinks or water for a long time. No olive oil was served with our bread. Our food order took a long time to arrive as well. When my spaghetti bolognese finally arrived I noticed it was the exact same size as my child's spaghetti plate. No parmesan cheese was offered with our meal. We requested bread that never arrived. To top all of this off, our food was a bit on the salty side and my friend was charged for the entire table when we attempted to split the check. They charge it correctly at the restaurant, but he noticed the full bill was charged to his bank account the next day.
And yet, this is the cool trendy place to go. The chain Italian place that served good food at a good price closed down last year. Too bad.
The chicken soup was cold so they replaced it. It was a bit warmer. Overall it was bland. The other things were good. It was a very busy time. Server was ok, but little things like when he took the order, he just walked away. Maybe he could have said ok I will get this in and be back soon to check on you... maybe just inexperienced?
All your ground beef dishes have pork so then options are limited. Perhaps you could have ground beef dishes without pork. I
We celebrated our girlfriend’s birthday! We all enjoyed the delicious food. The presentation and the freshness of our dishes were great!
Great service. Good food. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.
Absolutely recommend. Food is outstanding. Bar tender keeps us in drink, We had a wonderful time and I will bring other friends.
The filet mignon was raw (purple inside) medium rare was ordered.
The Salmon Fresca was well done and very dry. The Shrimp Capri was all pasta, not as described in menu. The cheese cake was the worst I've ever had (very gritty) The Tiramisu was served frozen solid. I do not know what the chef was thinking. There is no excuse to serve the food that was served to us. I will never eat there again and I will not recommend Brio Tuscan to anyone. I hope this review gets posted.
Excellent location. Food and atmosphere. Would highly recommend this restaurant!
The food was amazing and the staff was very accommodating towards our dietary needs
The poor level of service we received overshadowed all other parts of our experience. After taking our order, we never saw our server again until she brought our bill. Our food was delivered to our table via a food runner and at no time did anyone ever come to check on us to see if we needed anything or to inquire if our food had been prepared correctly. This was all magnified by the fact the restaurant did not appear to be terribly busy on this particular night. We probably will not ever go back
We have been to this restaurant multiple times and were totally disappointed on Christmas eve. They ran out of specials had no fish and seemed very overwhelmed. They were out of fish by our seating at 6:p.m.
Went with family on Christmas Eve. Food was excellent as was the service. Enjoyed ourselves and have absolutely nothing to complain about. Definitely recommend.
Meal was good and enjoyable. I think our server was just average - the restaurant was not busy but she had trouble keeping up with service requests such as lemons, missing knife, water refills etc. And we were never offered Parmesan cheese for our salads or mains.
Very slow service and the quality and taste in their food is lacking
Level of service has improved significantly. Thanks
Very relaxed atmosphere. Lunch specials were good.
