We go there a lot but unfortunately yesterday we were ignored when we complained that the teriyaki boneless chicken had too much salt with a response from the server that shocked us “not possible, no salt is added” as she turned around and walked away leaving my teriyaki wings on the table.
Terrible service,30 minutes to sodas for the table, another 20 for an app and another 20 after that for our meals. Waitress was in no hurry to help, but great effort to shoot the breeze with the other waitresses. Quiet night there, would not rexommend
Horrible service with Chris, he gave lazy service, didn’t care about his tables and took very long to check in. The silverware was dirty and he snatched them out of our hand once we told him they were dirty. The manager was talked to but it did not improve the quality of service. Would not recommend this place.
BAR NICE SERVICE AT BAR HORRIBLE
The waitress was rude and we only saw her three times the entire time we were there- she never asked us for a 2nd round of beverages- and the 3rd time was only to ask us if we could pay our check. The wings were tossed in sauce but they were sitting for so long that all the sauce had actually dried in the bottom of the dish- and they were cold. The burger we ordered was also cold- and had been sitting for so long that we could not eat the bun and had to eat the burger itself with a fork. One of the salads we specifically asked for no onion and blue cheese dressing- we got extra onions and lime vinegrette and the bread was soaked in buffalo wing sauce so we couldnt eat that. The other salad we ordered, which was the Sante Fe, was missing half of the items that were listed on the menu and we had to request dressing as it was forgotten. This was our first time at any Buffalo Wild Wing establishment- and we were actually excited to go- but we would never go back after our recent visit and were highly dissapointed.
Bottom line up front, do not expect their best performance on Sunday .
Sunday night may not be the best time to judge a restaurant. We had just left the movie theater next door and had reservations for 7pm. When we got there at 6:50 there was a significant backup at the maitre d counter, and no one in sight. With the staff there appeared to be a lot of back-and-forth activity to the kitchen and in passing one of the staff asked us if we had put our names in, to which we said we had a reservation. I asked how long we should expect for a table and she said "maybe 10 minutes, I don't know". After 5 minutes of watching frenetic activity that avoided the maitre d console we noticed one of the managers talking to the staff and appearing to try to get a sense of the situation. After that the movement of the staff appeared to be better organized and soon after we were called to be seated. Our waitress was prompt and attentive so no issues there. We were near a table with a group of parents and at an adjacent table where the things of their children. Their kids were running amok in the restaurant presenting both a hazard to themselves and to the waitstaff trying to serve food. The parents interest seemed only in additional rounds of booze and off color loud conversation. We put in our orders and within a quite reasonable time, served. The Boneless chicken wings were overdone and quite tough on the outside. The boned wings we're fine as were the fries and coleslaw. With two beers, 2 combo Wing dinners 1 kids mac and cheese and one side snack boneless wings, the tab was over $70. Throughout the dinner the kids continued to run amok, and on our way out one of the kids ran into the missus causing her to finally make a comment to them. In summary it's very mediocre food and a steep price on a Sunday, with not the best Ambiance to boot. For their sakes I hope that they know how to shine on the night of the big game, and staff ahead and kids have babysitters.
Extremely slow, cold food. Took an hour and a half to get appetizers!
Last Tuesday was terrible less staff .No quality in food.waited for 45min to get food
Family together celebrating last day of school!
Unfortunately service seems to be declining over the past few years. Food is still great. Wait times for everything gradually increasing during all times/game like situations.
Typical experience, good wings as usual. Our server took a while to get to us and then forgot certain specifics of our food order, water, etc. Wasn't too busy (not every table was taken) but moderate business and they could have been understaffed as we overheard the folks at the host stand talking about how servers had been cut early.
Service was terrible- over 45 min to get a drink. Appeared to be very understaffed.
They need to hire more help. Waitress was working too many tables thus the service was horrible (not her fault).
Will not be going back.
This particular buffalo wild wings experience was out of character. I was with a group of 12, so they seated us outside next to the garage doors that they open when it is nice out. This made the dining experience very cold. Our waiter didn't seem thrilled to be serving us. The Food that came out was ok, but some people's meals were cold. Above all, it took two hours to get through the engagement.
Usually when I go to buffalo wild wings - fast service, great wings, and an upbeat vibe make the dining experience unforgettable all across America. I will still be a loving customer, but the Burlington, MA location needs to make some operational changes.
The wings are really good. Sit at the bar for the best service.
The wings are very good, everything else is ok to good. Surprised at the beer selection, was very happy with the beers that I ordered.
We had made a 6pm reservation for a “quick bite” before our sons’ hockey game. We explained this to our server right off the bat that we were kind of in a hurry. We also asked to have the checks split a certain way and he said none of it would be a problem. The restaurant was not crowded in the least, actually it was really pretty dead. But after many reminders to our server that we were running out of time, it was 7:15 and we still hadn’t gotten any of our meals! We had to take to go containers for the boys to eat their meals in the car on the way to the rink in order to make their 8pm game. PLUS, many of the meals were already cold when he brought them to the table. So obviously, our food had been ready and he just forgot to bring it out. Then, the checks, which he said he would be able to split up for us were all incorrect.
This isn’t the first bad experience I have had at the Burlington location either. With the plethora of choices for places to dine in Burlington, I am pretty sure if you don’t get your act together, your fate will soon be the same as Chili’s and Macaroni Grill in Burlington.
Service was slow as they looked like they were low staffed. Restaurant not busy for a Saturday night, many open tables. The table next to us cleared out soon after our arrival remained dirty the whole time we were there. Friendly waitress,
It was amazing we had so much fun our waitress was such a lovely person amazing food and great service
Still a disaster. After promising not to visit again due to poor service two years ago, we went because we wanted wings... and Chili's is no more. Booked on OpenTable, arrived and was promptly told they don't take reservations. Sat at the bar and waited 10 minutes to get a drink. Staff was disengaged all around. On ordering a simple small and medium wings with fries was told it would take 45 minutes. Looked around and noticed the place as less than 50% full. Huh, how long to fry 25 little wings? Food arrived an hour later. Wings were cold, fries had withered under the warmer and carrots looked like they came back from being freeze dried. To hungry to complain we ate and left. At least the beer was cold. Place had filled up by that time. Seems plenty of folks today accept mediocrity. Not me, never again. New owners promised changes. I guess they are still coming.
You get what you expect from Buffalo Wild Wings. Not great food, but bar food. The chicken fingers were dry and needed sauce to eat them.
Not really goog overall. Wings were good, the rest not so much. Terrible dry chix fingers, mediocre salads, onion rings etc.
