One of the best casual restaurant options in Manhattan. Wonderful food - burrata ravioli, lasagna, truffle roasted potatoes, salad nicoise, any pizza, tiramisu. Attentive service. patient with young children. Cute, welcoming decor.

Sad, the cafe used to be a hip place to go -- now, the interior lost its vibe and the food is barely passable. It was empty on a Thursday evening, and I know why.

We love Cafe Paradiso. The staff is helpful and responsive, the food is good, the prices fair, and the convenience to Lincoln Center is an enormous plus. We also really appreciate the discount for moviegoers. This time, the wait staff helped us get our order in quickly and make our movie date. The noise level can be a little challenging during rush hours (we were there from 6:30-7:30). One small complaint: Sometimes we've had dishes (especially soups) arrive at our table in a less-than-hot condition. Wonder if this is a problem for others besides us -- and if som, can you can do anything about it? But overall, Cafe P is our go-to choice for dinners anytime we're in the Lincoln Center area -- and we often drop by for lovely lunches, too.

After attending the opera’s season finale, I persuaded my colleagues to join me for dinner—and I couldn’t have been happier to discover your charming little restaurant. You are truly a hidden gem in the midst of a tourist-filled area, a place that feels like it was made for local

Great location to eat before a show at Lincoln Center. Food was OK, nothing outstanding. Restaurant was out of procecco, which was necessary for all three drinks we wanted!

A convenient pre-Lincoln Center option at decent prices but neither the menu nor the atmosphere retains the charm of the space's much-missed previous occupant. My salad with salmon was certainly healthy if unexceptional. Server skillful enough. The already loud and somewhat crowded room was fatally undermined on a Friday evening by a very unsatisfactory, heavily overmiked saloon singer. I'd counsel avoiding nights when live music is threatened.

The ambience is better for socializing at breakfast and lunch, you'll be shouting at dinner. Best value is sandwiches, or soup/sandwich combos, which are delicious and satisfying. Be aware the entrees at dinner are more on the "small plate" size; although tasty, well prepared and priced, you may still be a bit hungry when you leave.
