   We go there every trip to Caymans. Food is great and sticky toffee pudding is to die for!

   We ordered a $200+ bottle of wine to enjoy a relaxed evening, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. Our entrees arrived less than 10 minutes after ordering—well before the appetizers—which made the entire meal feel rushed and poorly timed. The tuna entrée was dry and overcooked, and when we politely raised our concern, the server removed the dish. Moments later, the manager returned and abruptly placed it back in front of us, dismissively stating, “Our tuna is pale in color.” Before walking away. This was our third visit, and sadly, it will be our last.

   The staff was amazing! They were friendly and attentive! The food was outstanding and the views were breathtaking! We had the blackened ono and grilled mahi mahi - with the burrata and homemade crab cakes! All the food was prepared to perfection! The sticky toffee pudding was the perfect ending to the perfect meal. I would go back every time I’m on the island!

   Never fails to be great food and great service. One of our go to restaurants on Grand Cayman. Great thin crust pizza. Great fish. great pasta dishes.

   Are experience at Calypso was absolutely amazing!!! The food, oh my gosh, so good!! We felt like we were in Italy eating again!!! Being on the deck in the water made it even next level.

   fantastic. all of the locals recommended this place to us. We are so happy we went. Best crab cakes ever. Best grouper ever. Best meal during our trip. MUST GO. sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view and breeze. perfection

    The service starting from the hostess to server was amazing! They treated us like kings and queens. We tried the specials did not even open the menu. Was the best dinner we had on island. Make sure to have the Mango Shrimp and Mahi Mahi special.
