Food was so terrible that none of the three of us finished our meal.
Good lunch on a busy Saturday with friendly and quick service and good menu choices.
We had to change our reservation to a later time and the restaurant was very accommodating. Service was very good and so was the food.
Very nice meal. Excellent service. Nice surroundings.
Thanks to the staff for making this a most enjoyable wedding meal for us. Ribbons put on our chairs and beautiful while lilies and rosebuds on the table. One of our party asked if they could pull out all the stops and they did. Many thanks.

A few meals on the menu were not available and there was no gluten free pasta option available either. My meal was a little oily. The waitress was helpful and the service was good from her.
Awful experience. The restaurant and staff spent more time taking food parcels outside for delivery drivers than serving customers in the restaurant. It was cold with the main door being open and shut continually for this. Our starter arrived before our drinks. Our main meal arrived before our starter plates had been cleared away. My salad with my main meal, was a few leaves of lettuce drenched in balsamic vinegar, that looked like they should have been in the bin rather than served to a customer. I will never visit a carluccio again, they used to be nice restaurants
Not great, felt ignored most of the time. Used to be great, not any more.
Great food and service, however there is extensive building work taking place around the building which houses this restaurant currently resulting in it being covered in hoardings and scaffolding. Not a great ambience therefore.
They don’t do the set menu option anymore which was excellent value, now it can add up to a pricey meal when you add on sides etc. The Restaurant is a large space and quite empty feeling not very cosy so when the restaurant is full it’s very noisy when it’s not it’s very cold feeling
A very disappointing brunch, I am a regular for Sunday brunch and this was very poor. The foot was thrown on plate, drinks were Luke warm, had to wait 40 mins for food and not because they were busy.. did raise with management who apologised, but nevertheless seemed very disorganised
Was a shame there were no sausages for the breakfast was offered alternative of an Italian type bacon but it was very fatty. The eggs royale were lovely and service was goid
One of the worst experiences I have had at Carluccios, they should not be allowed to serve food that badly prepared. We waited almost an hour for our order, but there were Takeouts flying out of the door, their focus was not on the diners in the restaurant. The seafood was not good quality at all and smelled extremely fishy, the prawns were not properly cooked and were still translucent. Such a bad meal that it made me physically ill all night. The waiter was trying to get things moving from the kitchen but did not have much luck. The manager came over to apologise and give us discount on our meal, but our evening was ruined by the extremely long wait and very poorly prepared meal, we will not be going back to Carluccios again.
The starters took ages to come and 2 were forgotten. Then we was waiting for the mains for about an hour because delivery drivers were in and out collecting food. The manager told us that it was very busy but there was loads of empty tables. They also told us that they were understaffed and that they didn't have enough people in the kitchen cooking for the people sitting in. The food was horrible.
The service made up for the poor and overpriced food. Tomato Bruschetta: lacked flavour; the tomatoes were watery, no sense of garlic. Caponata Siciliana: the cheese wasn't baked and the dish was stone cold.

No bread or pastries available for breakfast, but they didn’t tell us that until we tried to order them. It was a bit disappointing. Wasn’t very busy but we waited a fair while to be asked for our food choices. Previous visits have been good but based on this one, I’m not sure I’d visit again.
1. Served us wrong food. We ordered std item from their menu, requested no add-ons or changes and ended up with different dish altogether.
2. The food was cold. Not lukewarm but cold.
3. The food was cold. They replaced the wrong dish with right one (after a long wait and chasing them a couple of times) and the food that arrived was cold. Again.
4. By the time we finally they got the order right, it was close to an hour. BUT STILL FOOD WAS COLD.
No, we did not order an ice-cream. We ordered Full English. No part of that order should be servered cold.

Whilst the food was nice, my meal was made wrong. When asking the waitress said oh no there is an option to have this breakfast with or without mushrooms? This wasn’t in the menus, and she had not given the option at ordering. The coffee was burnt as well..
Food, service, and ambiance were very good as expected. Great to have outside tables but seating could be more comfortable.
Good service cold food continuous arrival of Deliveroo drivers spoilt the whole evening
Food was delicious!! And we were able to sit outside with the heaters and our dog could join us:)
Our table was in front of the toilets facing the window and an open door to the restaurant where we
bombarded with blue bottle flies throughout our meal. In addition we were facing a continual stream of Uber food pickups standing in the doorway flashing their phones with pick up numbers trying to get the staff attention. A very unpleasant experience to say the least.
My pasta was particularly hard and just warm and quite tasteless. My partner enjoyed his meal though again only just warm.
Good menu choice although miss the sharing platter. The food came quickly and was delicious. Very enjoyable lunch. Good service from Anna.
Not as good as normal. Eggs Benedict. Toast was burnt and the sauce seemed curdled
Even allowing for it being a Monday lunchtime, we were disappointed with the food which was not hot, the plates were not warmed, the coffee too was cold and to cap it all, we were troubled by flies around the food. This was not the quality we had come to expect from our previous visits. We did mention this to a member of staff at the time.
This visit was better than the last few times.
Disappointed my first choice wasn’t available 🙁staff very polite and efficient.
Look forward to are next visit.
A lovely meal with attentive service
Food was awful and steak (described as pink on menu) was dry and dark. We politely complained but our waitress did nothing more than a quiet “ok I’m sorry”. No discount, she didn’t offer to take it back or even speak to chef.
Fantastic food, excellent services and very friendly staff.
