Top notch food and fun first time experience. They gave my girlfriend a $15 gift card for her birthday. Every bite was not enough

I took my family out for dinner on Labor Day, and the restaurant had an offer where kids eat free with adult full-experience orders. We were three adults and three kids. I informed the waiter about the offer when he asked at the beginning. However, when I asked for the check, he brought it to me without excluding my kids. I asked him to fix it, and when he brought the check again, he had counted one of my kids as an adult, charging me an extra $61. I explained that my child is 11 years old and will turn 12 next week. He consulted his manager, who then told me they couldn’t adjust the charge because they consider him 12 years old. In the email I received from the restaurant, they didn’t specify any age criteria, and when I pointed this out, the manager said he couldn’t change it. It’s not fair to treat an 11-year-old as an adult.

We have been several times and this last time our experience was disappointing. The sides they brought to your table: mashed potatoes and cheese bread were both cold. We waited several minutes for meats to be brought to our table, we were often skipped over as our table was in a corner when we had our cards flipped to green. We were so disappointed that we didn’t even enjoy the experience and ask for our bill after only being there 20 minutes, and left very disappointed. We felt like we were being ignored and didn’t feel like we got to enjoying celebrating our wedding anniversary. So we decided to leave. We spent $125.00 on a very unpleasant experience.

We enjoyed our visit to Casa do Brasil. The service was excellent and the food was great. We did the full experience. The salad bar had a wide variety of offerings for both brunch and lunch diners. I particularly enjoyed the fresh cheese and salad selections, the candied bacon, the lobster bisque, and the prosciutto. When it came time for the meats, the staff asked what our preferences were, and they quickly brought those cuts to us. We prefer our meat to be medium rare. and it was for the most part. However, some of the pieces they served us were medium to medium well done.

This is our go-to spot! The salad bar is unparalleled and will satisfy anyone’s tastes. My husband enjoyed the meat experience in addition to the salad bar. Service is also top notch, and you can tell that every server or manager intends for you to have a great dining experience there.
