From the ambiance, the staff, the drinks and the food Chashu excels at it all. All the ingredients are high end/high quality and taste great. One of the best places in Mass.

Chashu is amazing! You can't go wrong with anything on their menu. They have an excellent selection of sake and delicious cocktails. The specialty edamame is a must try! This is one of our favorite spots in Worcester.

What a wonderful surprise!! First time at this restaurant. Food was fresh, creative and delicious!!!! Will definitely return. Service was fast and super friendly. Restaurant is hip with a fantastic vibe.

Our first time having restaurant ramen - my daughter’s request for her 17th birthday. Waitress was super helpful with navigating the menu. Food was delicious, service was excellent, and we loved the modern atmosphere.

Ramen portions run small. Spicy miso ramen wasn't nearly as spicy as other ramen shops and came with very few toppings, broth flavor was on point however. Shoyu ramen's pork belly was more fat than actual pork meat, but the broth's flavor certainly made up for that. The gyoza's were amazing! Tender chicken with an explosion of flavor when combined with their sauce. Some of the best gyoza's around. Durian ice cream was one scoop of ice cream, which left you wanting more. The nutella cake was heavenly. Fluffy, not too sweet, and was a perfect way to wrap up dinner. Amazed they had anime playing at the bar. 10/10 for ambience. Overall, some closest place for good ramen in Central Mass other than driving out to Boston, but be prepared to order more food if you want to leave stuffed.

A ton of great options, both food, cocktails and beer. The Woo-Bap is huge and so tasty. And they have mock-tails too, if you still want something tasty without the booze.

The Ramen is very good with the soft boiled eggs being done correctly every time. The price is a little high for Ramen but you are paying for quality and the trendy environment.

Way too costly for tiny amounts of food, speacially the small plates.

Great variety of options. This is not only a Ramen place. They have 4 categories of the ramen alone with multiple delicious options within. The appetizers are great as well and the cocktails are well done. The Anime on the 4 screens is a very nice touch as well!

Stellar service the minute you walk in the door . Amy N was our server; she had great recommendations and never let our drinks go dry. The Woo- Tiki cocktail was awesome. Maybe my new favorite drink. The ramen was the best I’ve had around Worcester. The sprouts and wings were great. Can’t say enough about this place. Plus it was extremely clean. Thank you for a great first impression- I’ll be back.

We've been wanting to visit here for months before it opened, and finally got a chance to go this past weekend. Everything was outstanding! Couldn't recommend Chashu Ramen any more!!

I had been waiting for this place to open! I love ramen but it’s hard to find authentic places in the area. SO GOOD! We went here for my birthday and I was not disappointed. It is on the pricey side but it’s worth it.

Meals are a bit pricey for the portion size. Probably not a place I’d revisit casually as it seems like they take themselves as more upscale. Food is excellent, just wish there was more for spending $50

Chasu has great ramen, and that was the reason I wanted to try this place! My mom was really pleased with the overall service, our waiter was super friendly! Drinks were great; overall a good experience!

Best Asian food I've had in Worcester. Both ramen and small plates were exceptional. Everyone that I talked to, from waitstaff to management, were passionate about the place and what they do. My girlfriend, who lived in Japan for some time, nearly cried when she tasted the food because it was so authentic in its flavor that it brought all those memories flooding back. If you are looking for that authentic flavor, or just craving some dynamite ramen, please check this place out!

We’ve been twice and have had Jo as a server both times and will request her in the future. I love the attention to detail when it comes to dirty dishes and scraps of paper left on the table. The food and drinks are unbelievable!
