    Seated next to a large group and noise made it difficult to converse. Waiter on made mistake on our daughter’s drink and we we charged $28 For a single cocktail Great food especially shrimp and grits and will definitely come back

    Decent breakfast - but they did get one omelette wrong. Took a while to get attention but once we got it our server was very pleasant and reasonably attentive. Food was good.

    Wonderful meal everybody enjoyed their plate. I would go back anytime. It was slightly loud on a Thursday night, very quiet when we went on a Monday night.

    My guest and I had a wonderful time. Our server Aynalem approached our table with our preferred beverages in hand, for she remembered our preference from prior visits!     Surprisingly disappointing. I had the chicken Parmesan and had to laugh when it came out with a cold, square slice of Parmesan on top. Downhill from there. Pasta was boiled to the point of mush, and the sauce was apparently from a can. The chicken itself was clearly pre-frozen and deep fried.

    We were delighted with the service, food, presentation and ambience at Chef Geoff's West End. My dining partner's mushroom ravioli was scrumptious and my blackened salmon was perfect. We shared a beet & burrata that was also a hit. Our server from Guatemala was exceptional. We highly recommend Chef Geoff's West End.

    We were seated in the interior away from open side. No real ambiance there. It got really busy and service was a bit slow but waiter was good.

    Great food choices but you must be prepared to yell at your companions during dinner as the noise level is soooo loud. We were lucky enough to have a reception going on at the bar with additionally large groups at nearby tables so conversation was a challenge.

    Our food and drinks were great. Our server struggled with the language and because of the excessive noise communication was difficult but she tried very hard and no mistakes were made after the drink maker came to table to clarify order. Wasn’t extremely busy but noise level was akin to a busy train station. Food excellent, was relieved to get outside to the quiet of the sirens and traffic of a busy city.

    We were staying in the hotel attached to this restaurant. Usually these restaurants are not at a quality level. This was not the case here. It was so good that we ate here two evenings in a row. The first night I had the blackened salmon and the second night the short ribs. We ended the meal with the blueberry crumble. Our waitress was Nina and she was a pleasure. Bright, funny, and made excellent suggest. Bravo.

    Made reservations for 6 people. They sat us at a round table in the middle if the restaurant. Round tables can be great for groups, so I get that, but middle of the room is loud and can be frustrating for older diners. Our server was friendly and helpful, menu had gluten free options listed, food was yummy.

    The food was just ok and the decor was not very exciting. Also, the bathroom is outside of the establishment and attached to the hotel very inconvenient. There drink menu was very limited, but I was able to get two of my favorites (tequila sunrise and lemon drop martini) and both were exceptional. If you are looking for a quick bite then this is your place. I have to say that customer service is 1000% amazing, the wait staff, bartender, managers were all attentive. And this would have me come back again.

    Great solid place with a wide variety of food options and everything we ordered was pretty good. It is a beautiful clean and friendly restaurant to eat at- perfect for a nice dinner that isnt overly formal with friends and family. The kids menu is great!

    Chef Geoff is always a place to go for good food. The shrimp and grits were outstanding. My friends enjoyed the healthy menu of shrimp and broccoli, parmesan chicken and spaghetti & meatballs. Very filling so we skipped dessert.

    The service was really slow especially considering there were hardly any other customers in the restaurant at the time. The brunch menu was pretty small but the food was decent. The food wasn’t bad but I thought it was a little overpriced. I wouldn’t have a problem eating here again but it’s definitely not my first choice.

    A good place to meet a friend for a catch up. Decent food and on Wednesday half price bottle wine - can’t argue with that. For sure will return.

    We had a large group and the team did a great job managing all three tables. Everyone really enjoyed the meals they ordered and our server was SO friendly.

    The food was pretty good, the service was a tad slow but still not too bad. We made a reservation and were seated right away. Great options on the menu and our meals were pretty tasty. Nice casual place that was a convenient walk from our hotel after a long day of travel.

    Our server was courteous, but did not check on us periodically - we had to flag his attention more than once. The food was borderline inedible. The calamari came with only like 10 pieces. The lobster roll was complete trash for $32. Just go to Mason’s or Luke’s lobster for a proper roll. The steak was fatty in a bad way and not cooked to order (medium). The poke bowl was an embarrassment to poke bowls. Would not dine here again. But the server was nice, must’ve just been assigned too many tables…

    Great experience overall. Our server Carlos was very attentive and patient and even when he forgot something we didn’t mind because he apologized and got it for us right away. He had to cover a lot of tables so it was understandable. The food was delicious. We started with Brussels, avo toast, bagel with lox, then moved onto mains of burgers and crab cake Benedict. All delicious. The blue berry cobbler for dessert was our favorite. I do have to say I wish the ac was a little higher . We felt warm in the spare private dining room.

    The place is really nice and well located. We got some restaurant week options which were great for the price. The food was good and well portioned. The service was slow but the people were nice.

    Went for Restaurant Week 2023 brunch. Chef Geoff's did NOT disappointment. Service was super nice, the serving sizes were incredible, and the food itself was delicious. I'd absolutely go back!
