Our first drink we ordered tasted like JUICE. We asked the manager if next time they could use less juice and they told us we needed to order an extra shot. I’ve been coming to this chevys for YEARS and I’ve never had a Margarita like that. The Manager was also rude to us when we asked for our money back. The food was cold, none of my friends orders were right and they still didn’t care. Very disappointed with this location.
Unbearably cold outside. Had to ask three times to adjust the space heaters. We were seated at our table at 8pm and didn’t receive our food until well after 9. No refill on drinks or chips and salsa. Not a great experience at all.

We had a reservation for 1PM and we showed up on time. Asked for a window table but we were given a table looking at the front door. We asked if we could change to the open window table but some people after us without a reservation also wanted that table. So it was a very awkward and uncomfortable start that wasn’t handled well.
We got chips and salsa to start but most were broken in small pieces.
The main course for me was chipotle chicken enchiladas. They were pretty good and my dad had a combo which he enjoyed.
We had high expectations for a special occasion and could’ve been much better but unfortunately didn’t start off well.
WE HAD ABOUT 20 PEOPLE AND THINGS WENT GREAT! THE STAFF WAS GREAT AND FOOD WAS AMAZING. SEE YOU EVERY TUESDAY
Loud, long wait.
If you sit in the cantinas a there are 2 speakers with 2 different types of music blasting. Hard to talk to each other at the table.
Dessert took 25 minutes to get.
Even though I made a reservation, my family was seated in the patio area (it was way too cold and we were the only ones). The service was horrible. We will not return to this establishment.
this is the 3rd time and we enjoyed it as we were able to sit outside .The staff wore their masks and had gloves on when serving the food. Would come again.
Service was quite slow but they’re dealing with COVID restrictions, so I’ll give them a pass this time. The view is spectacular!

Great service and delicious food
I had a reservation at 6:30p. Didn’t get seated until 7:23p. I have two eight year old kids with me and they were hungry. We waited over 10 mins after we got seated before anyone came to take our orders. While we enjoyed the ambiance, I would not likely going back there due to the waiting experience. I have never waited close to 1 hr when I actually had a reservation!

The food was absolutely terrible, it tasted like it was reheated from yesterday's serving. The serving sizes were very little for the prices they were charging for!! I had no problem with the service, the waiter was very kind and on top of their game when it came to quality service and checking with our party of 14 if everything was okay. In the end, I was greatly disappointed with the food quality that was served to us; I hope this place is able to take this review into consideration and give the customers the proper dining we want!

Poor all around. Very sad. I think they are doing the best they can with COVID-19 in their county.
Our server was very good and patient. However, when the salads we ordered arrived we were informed the custom dressing for them was "unavailable". They tried to make us accept some other yucky dressing, but I ended up eating my salad dry. Also yucky.
We should have been told when we ordered we could not have that dressing. The server was very specific to clarify we wanted the dressing as specified on the menu and we said yes. So it seemed lame to deliver the salads and THEN tell us couldn't have the dressing.
We did convince the manager to comp some desserts. That involved some back and forth as they only wanted to comp ONE dessert. The whole experience was not as hoped.
Food was awful, but the waiter was a great guy. There was a really loud obnoxious group shouting and arguing without care. Overall it's a chain and I wasn't expecting much but it didn't even meet the expectations I had. I'm trying to give it two stars but it keeps setting it to 4 stars so keep that in mind.

It was a perfect day to eat outdoors, it was quiet and the food was very good. Our service was just what we wanted. She was patient and her service was great.

Needs improvement for distancing bar to close to table and customers to close with no masks. Customers socializing at back like nothing. That’s a no no coming from a medical perspective . Customers also not wearing masks when checking in. No one asked them to put masks
I love this Chevys and will continue to support, but the service was beyond lousy. They sent our server on a lunch break after she gave us out chips, drinks and took our order. From the time we sat down, it took us an hour and fifteen minutes before we got out food. It seems the person who was to take over for our server never came to check our table. When we finally received our food, the food server never brought us tortilla shells to go with our fajitas and we only received them when my husband complained, which was 15 minutes after we received our meal.
The hostesses tonight was great they were very accommodating everything was sanitized it was a lovely experience the team did a awesome job under this pandemic quarantine conditions they did great I appreciate it thank you stay safe
I recently made a reservation for 2:00pm . I came to the restaurant at 1:56pn . Upon arrival to the restaurant waited 15-20 mins prior to getting seated . Due to covid there were outside seating , Today was an unfortunately 86 degrees . The waiter finally sat us directly in the sun . I requested a shaded area with an umbrella because there were plenty . He told us it would be a 5 min wait and never came back to seat us . He moved on to the next guest and proceeded to sit them in a nice shaded area . I waited 10-15 mins before leaving . I will not return

The service was slow and the waitress had a bad attitude. After waiting about 45 minutes for the food, it was dry and overcooked. Lastly, they bring me someone else’s check. I could have paid it and left, but I didn’t. I would go back for the drinks, but not the food.
I would like to thank the bartender who was not only a bartender but also the server thank you I forgot his name but his shift started at 5pm.
Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were told that they do not participate in Open Table. I showed my confirmation and their response was that Open Table takes too long to take the restaurants off their program. We asked to speak with the manager to see if we could be seated faster than the 30-minute wait they quoted. His response was, "No, I cannot put you at the top of the list. It is not my fault that Open Table let this reservation go through." We asked for something to compensate while we wait and he offered chips and salsa. Chips and salsa at a restaurant that gives FREE chips and salsa. Wow. So, we left.
Awesome drinks. We had fun celebrating our friend’s bday.
Got seated immediately with open table. Chicken fajitas were delicious with a peach margarita ! Excellent service!!!
My experience was horrible. Reservation was for 730 didnt get seated until after 8. 7 out of 25 people didnt ever recieve their meals and when they removed their items from the check they didnt remove their taxes. This is the worst experience i have ever had @ Chevys and unfortunately it was my daughters 21st birthday! Our waiter left without telling us, which unfortunately wasnt good for the next waiter who had no idea what was going on.
Im never going back again.

-faster service, but we were fine with karina, she was just over worked and we understood, no complaints about her, but she and others certainly needed help that night
They were short staffed, didn't even have Coke or diet Coke. Our appetizer came out with the dinners. Our waitress was nice but she was clearly too stressed.
