Very disorganized restaurant. Went there for Valentine's Day 20 minutes prior to our reservation time and I told that I had to wait 2 hours because they were overbooked. They ruined my V Day plans.

We had four servers attempt to serve our table, after 30 minutes we still did not have any beverages on the table, finally thankfully we were served by Nancy who has served us in the past who gave us impeccable service as always and made our visit bearable, the food is always fantastic but if it wasn’t for Nancy we would’ve had a horrible experience

I prefer the Northridge location a lot more and the food wasn’t as good and fresh as I remember. The bread was not warm and toasty.

Our server Brian was very attentive and nice. Food has improved. The coconut shrimp was perfect, not over fried. The Cali sandwich and the impossible burger were excellent.

Love the produce salad bar. At the height of the dinner hour, there were only two plates available. We asked twice for more plates. Although it wasn't very busy at 6:00, service was slow.

The food was horrible. It was like going to a chain restaurant, but worse. I was not impressed at all and this place should not have been an opentable option -- as I wouldn't make a reservation for TGIFridays through opentable, this place doesn't need it either.

For being among the top 10 restaurants in Trip Advisor, we were disappointed. Service was slow to start, took extraordinary long to get food and beverages after they were ordered. Then at the end if the meal, it took well over 15 minutes to get the check after the waiter was notified. Food was so so at best. The restaurant was not very full, so the delays all around were a mystery.

Service shockingly bad, never got a starter that we ordered and then also got the mains wrong, waiter couldn’t have cared less.... too busy blaming everyone else

They did comp the meal and the food we got was actually nice which is the reason this review isn’t a 1 star

Three of us ordered the weekend prime rib special and the server returned 5 minutes later to tell us they ran out and didn’t tell her.

No one seemed to care. Hostess, bartender, waitress, kitchen- they all seemed to just want to go home. Hostess tried to get us to eat at the bar despite our reservation. Salad and entree arrived at same time. Salmon was undercooked, veggies and rice over cooked. Waitress didn’t want to bring our dessert. Manager tried to make it right but it was just too late.

Food came out cold (all 3 of our dishes) and our waitress acted like she really didn’t want to be there. Apple pie at the end was a pile of crust with a little bit of apples. No pie shape to it at all. The cold food we got wasn’t worth the $26 price at all.

Your meal IS your Server. They can make it or break it and our Server was terrible.
No personality, No welcome, no "Happy Thanksgiving". We felt if your that upset @ 3:30pm why did you take this job? Dont you work for tips? We received cutlery, 5 minutes after meals were served, the food was luke warm and the apple pie was literally served in pieces not resembling a triangle pie cut. A sloopy,
non caring holiday meal for $160 and like fools we tipped $40 so we paid $200 for this abuse.
Thanks Claim Jumper!!

We had a great Thanks Giving Dinner with Excellent Service at the Claim Jumper in Burbank.
They have a Thanks Giving Menu with a wide variety of choices so everyone in our party got what they wanted.

We were there for Veterans Day and although the food was typical Claim Jumper the service was very poor and we felt a bit like 2nd class citizens. We went there for veteran’s day last year as well which was a lot of fun but we won’t be back.

This is not a fancy place, but it's convenient to our office and quiet enough with larger booths, so we made a rez for 5 for a simple business lunch with a group from work. Arrived to find that half the restaurant had been taken over by some kind of sales and marketing presentation, complete with microphone and slide projector. Staff was utterly hapless, complaining that Open Table should never have allowed us to make the reservation, and literally scratching their heads trying to figure out where to put us. After waiting 15 minutes, we jammed into a booth for 4 just to make it work. No management presence, no apparent skill at problem-solving, just a lot of griping about Open Table. Will not be coming back ever, no matter how convenient.

We were very disappointed in this Claim Jumper. My husband's meal came out cold and we sent it back to be warmed up, however, it never came back! By the time we found the waiter we just said forget it. He did comp us for both meals and we only paid for our wine, which I think was the least they could do. The hostess was not very friendly and seemed annoyed when we asked her about the parking in the area. Overall, I would not recommend the Burbank Claim Jumper!!

The server was terrible! I was traveling with a group of Adults with developmental Disabilities. From the start, I tried calling the restraint several times (4) to make a reservation for our group. I never got a hold of anyone so I used open table to make one instead. When we got there, there was no hostess and it took several minutes for someone to acknowledge us. It had been over 45 min since I made the reservation and the waiter had no idea we were coming. So we waited another 10-15 min while tables were moved to accommodate our group. After that, the same server showed up once to take our order (from me, not the individuals themselves) then didn’t come again until we were nearly finished. I counted 4 servers for a nearly empty restaurant, plus the bartender and at least 4 kitchen staff. I don’t remember the last time I tipped less than 18%, but I definitely did this time.

The mac and cheese was dry and bland. The bread was salty. And my BBQ chicken sandwich had so much BBQ sauce that it was soggy. Very disappointed. The power went off for a second and apparently affected the way they order. Our server said we could not order dessert because of it. Seriously?
