   We recently dined at **Confessions** in Houston and had a generally pleasant experience. The ambiance was inviting, the service was warm and attentive, and the food had moments of brilliance but could benefit from minor refinements. **Drinks:** The drinks were good—crafted with care and well-balanced. However, they didn't quite stand out compared to other cocktail experiences we've had. A bit more creativity in presentation or depth in flavor could elevate the drink menu to something truly memorable. **Brussels Sprouts:** The Brussels sprouts were a bit of a surprise. At first, we found that the glaze and sauce didn’t adhere well, likely due to the temperature or tossing technique. However, after mixing from the bottom of the dish, we discovered that they were actually packed with great flavor. A small adjustment in preparation—ensuring the glaze properly coats each sprout and allowing them to cool slightly before serving—could make this dish outstanding right from the first bite. **Service:** A true highlight of our experience was Fray, our waitress. She was absolutely phenomenal—attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. She made sure we felt taken care of, checked in at perfect intervals, and provided thoughtful recommendations. It’s clear that Fray takes great pride in her role, and her professionalism and warmth made our dining experience much more enjoyable. **Overall:** Confessions offers a solid dining experience with a beautiful setting and fantastic service. While some refinements in food preparation could bring the dishes to the next level, the restaurant’s strengths—especially its service—make it well worth a visit.    The place is beautiful , the one thing u did not like was that you had to wait until your entire party has arrive before you get seated , we had 3 of the 4 people there waiting to be seated to a place that was almost EMPTY. Then they feel as if they’re doing something great by offering you complimentary champagne when you ready to order food and drink’s. I just think this process needs to be rethought, especially if there are not a lot of people..

   I visited for happy hour and cannot wait to go back. Staff was super friendly and suggested some really good starters. The strawberry wings are amazing and I haven’t stoped thinking about the blackened salmon and mashed potatoes yet. Will be back!

   Wonderful service food and drinks. Enjoyed the ambiance with great music. The strawberry wings, hummus, mac n cheese and candied yams were delicious!

   We had Diamond as a servant, she was incredible. Let me tell you the vibe was amazing, the atmosphere was pure a Sunday funday too 1. Oh and the food was hit, from the Mac n cheese, to the lamb chop Rockefeller, to the chicken kabobs, the black salmon, the cacuan chicken wings….confession missed nothing. Everything was everything. Drinksssssss is a complete requirement. I forgot the names of the manager and the other lady…she was in a brown set, sweet and I already planned my next two Sunday funday with my sister. Oh hookah smooth as heaven $50 for hookah. Worth it. To the confession team. Thank you.

    Great food and atmosphere. The decor was 🔥🔥and the dj kept the hits coming. I definitely recommend the strawberry wings and the Mac &cheese
