   We had a late lunch and throughly enjoyed our time and our food. Everything we ordered was amazing. I do wish the jalapeno poppers had a little heat, the flavor was really good but there wasn’t any spice at all.

   My daughter and I went on Mother’s Day and it was easy Valet and 1st floor entry. Although we were not offered Champagne or a Rose as promised our hostess was very professional and courteous. Our we just came to see us right away after being seated. I ordered the honey chicken with potatoes. It was very good. I just wish the chicken had a little bit of spice to it, but it was flavorful, but I just like a little bit more kick with mine. I also ordered the macaroni and cheese, which was very small for the price , it was missing something maybe salt it had some spice trip but there was no salt and it’s just a very small portion. My drink was good overall with just a nice cute spot. I think it would be great for a cute date night in the evenings and during the day maybe a nice you know meet up for your girls to just go hang out and they played a variety of 90s R&B music all night. It wasn’t too loud. You could hear yourself talk the outside. Patio was cute. Cute cute definitely try it.

   Honey Chicken was good, potatoes are mashed soft and fluffy broccolini was savory. 10/10 for food, the only complaints i have is they pick and choose who they give the confessions topper on the espresso martini so dont expect everytime you order one and lastly the hookah , i feel should be done outside not indoors but if you dont mind then it that's cool

   We recently dined at **Confessions** in Houston and had a generally pleasant experience. The ambiance was inviting, the service was warm and attentive, and the food had moments of brilliance but could benefit from minor refinements. **Drinks:** The drinks were good—crafted with care and well-balanced. However, they didn't quite stand out compared to other cocktail experiences we've had. A bit more creativity in presentation or depth in flavor could elevate the drink menu to something truly memorable. **Brussels Sprouts:** The Brussels sprouts were a bit of a surprise. At first, we found that the glaze and sauce didn’t adhere well, likely due to the temperature or tossing technique. However, after mixing from the bottom of the dish, we discovered that they were actually packed with great flavor. A small adjustment in preparation—ensuring the glaze properly coats each sprout and allowing them to cool slightly before serving—could make this dish outstanding right from the first bite. **Service:** A true highlight of our experience was Fray, our waitress. She was absolutely phenomenal—attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. She made sure we felt taken care of, checked in at perfect intervals, and provided thoughtful recommendations. It’s clear that Fray takes great pride in her role, and her professionalism and warmth made our dining experience much more enjoyable. **Overall:** Confessions offers a solid dining experience with a beautiful setting and fantastic service. While some refinements in food preparation could bring the dishes to the next level, the restaurant’s strengths—especially its service—make it well worth a visit.    This was my second time dining here just to get a very personal experience being that my first visit was for a birthday party for a large group. That experience had some kinks so I decided to double back and give them another try! This experience was great our waitress Diamond did a great job. She checked on us regularly and all our food came out together this time which was a plus. The blueberry lemonade drops was 10/10 as well as the hookah. The lamb chops were cooked good and my sides mashed potatoes were delicious I would most definitely go back for a third time! Price better two were about $230 which was great you pay for what you like and I love me a nice restaurant
