Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - New Lenox
We had the most amazing waitress and I don't remember her name, haha! She and the restaurant were so accommodating to my allergies! I can't have any gluten and certain dairy but she was very thorough in asking questions to make sure my food did not contain any! We never felt rushed! Great time!
Great service. Was unsure about what I wanted to order and the waitress was great with recommendations. When I received my food I felt one of the sides was cold and the manager quickly replaced the item. Great customer service! Love this location!
Our dinner was wonderful! The only complaint I have is that the dining room was a little loud which made conversation a little hard. The waitress went out of her way, bringing my daughter a small dessert to celebrate her birthday. We will most definitely return to this location!
Our server was very helpful and gave great advice. We had a wonderful evening and everything was perfect.

Highly recommend the restaurant. Though the gal who helped us at the wine bar was very friendly, I believe she wasn't very helpful. I don't think we got the highest value for our money, and it was so busy she was helping 3 customers at once. Not sure if we will drive 3 1/2 hours again. May have to rethink wine club.

Food was great. The one thing that really upset us was that the waitress gave us our bill before we were finished eating. Also, she never asked us if we wanted dessert or coffee.
Waited 40 mins for a few burgers. Little interaction with server until we complained. Some excuse about the kitchen being backed up. Passed on to manager who again apologized. Fries were cold.
Our server John C was very good. He made sure that everything was perfect.
Date night was awesome! Our server was awesome! Overall an awesome experience!
The staff is always friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. The food and wines are fabulous.
Not great today
We've been there three times in the past two months. We've tried different entries and all have been very good. The parking lot is huge yet the restaurant has plenty of seating. If I had one complaint is that the noise level can be a bit overwhelming during peak dinner times. Overall, love the place
As always, had a great dinner!! Cooper's Hawk never disappoints. The service and food was great!! I had the Gnocchi butternut sqaush pasta with chicken and ot was delicious.
Cooper's Hawk is great. My server, Roseanne was great. Will definitely be back.
Service was not good, grouper was terrible. Would not recommend the grouper. Ahi tacos were fantastic as an appetizer. My husband got the sausage flatbread and loved it. Server didn’t check back on us and when I told him the grouper wasn’t good (not cooked all the way) he replied, “well at least you were adventurous and tried it”. Didn’t do anything to try and fix it.
We had a large group and our server took very good care of us.

We had a wonderful Valentines Day dinner, food was excellent as always. Our waiter Tom went above and beyond expectations, he really made it a perfect dinner. He explained to us about the wines and how they pair well with what we were eating. He brought quite a few samples of different wines we had questions about.
Wine tasting was great and food was awesome
They really need to do something about how they handle wine tastings during busy hours. I was disappointed this one was built with such a limited wine tasting space. Other restaurants will allow tasting from the carry out side, but this one doesn't. There's a lot of wasted open space dedicated to retail junk, that could be redesigned for wine tasting space. Additionally, there has to be a better way to wait for a space. I got there at 6:10 to get a space for my group. But rude other people would come in well after me and jump into an open space I was waiting for. It happened 3 times. I ended up not getting a spot until almost 7pm,and only because a nice group saw what was happening to me, and made sure I got their space when they left for their reservations.
For dinner, our server was nice. However, when I sat down, I asked about the Valentine's dinner since they only gave us a regular monthly specials. As a wine club member, I knew they had this special surf and turf with lobster. She told me they had run out. But about 1/2 hour after we were served our food, the table next to ours was served the Valentine's Day special. I was a bit angry about being lied too. As a wine club member I will undoubtedly continue going to Coopers Hawk locations, but I'm this is the first time there's been issues including poor service by someone at this location. I already know of a few other members who drive out of their way to go to a different CH now. But I'll be giving them one more shot to see if their service all around has improved. If they fail again, I'll won't be recommending the New Lenox location to anyone. Just be a pick up wine bottles location.
