Good food with nice decor. A really nice place. The service was tough with the translation of English which lead to issues on the bill, but just talk slow and go over your order 2 times to ensure it is right.

Ok for a "tavern" . But, we were surprised by the check. 4 people with 2 drinks each was over $300. Too much for a bar. example a makers was $16 . just be careful. I am a New Yorker so am used to pricey ... but this was obnoxious for what it we got.

Good pub food. Vegetarian burger and fish and chips were fine as expected they met the mark for a not pretentious but reliable place. Good cider that had just been tapped. Great value for NYC

It was fine but given the plethora of choice in the neighborhood I wouldnt go back. It was not busy and service was still really off. Food was ok but nothing special- basic pub grub.

In NYC for a show at MSG. It was a busy night in NY, a lot of holiday parties. Our dinner was excellent, we had salad w grilled chicken. Much better than the usual.

Good dependable place for lunch. We were downstairs which is much quieter than upstairs, so you can actually talk with your lunch companions. I had the chicken sandwich, which I thought was very good. I do recommend that you have a reservation as the place can get quite crowded.

Consistently solid place for food and drinks.

It was better than expected! Ambiance was great for a casual dinner with friends who were visiting from out of town! Food was flavorful and fresh! I had seared salmon with couscous, it was perfectly cooked and spices! The pretzel bread was also a hit on the table! Will definitely visit again!

The food was good but the service was not.

Picked the place because they had burgers for my son who is picky. The only buns they had, had sesame seeds. My son is allergic to sesame. Surprised they didn’t have an alternative in this day and age with so many allergies.

this place is a go-to for lunch because it is close to my office. tho the decor and seating has been downgraded, the food is just as good as ever. Bavarian pretzels are sinful.

Fit the purpose in terms of location and ambiance etc. Nothing special, food was fine, wouldnt rule it out but would not call it inspirational.

Nice casual bar restaurant with balling bar and table seating upstairs and a social bar downstairs. We were seated at a table upstairs and there was a constant stream of traffic coming past us to go to the bar downstairs. The food was mediocre and overpriced. I had their special salad, the portion was very small. My husband had a burger. Again small and not so tasty.

Good food, fun atmosphere, casual but not divey, very quick service. Perfect for weekday lunch get-together when you want something a little more upscale than a traditional pub, bar food, or takeout, but not a white tablecloth/giant wine glasses midtown corporate power lunch. Great quality and great value.

Unfortunately, we were seated downstairs and it was very noisy. We were told it was quiet downstairs!

The service was outstanding, everyone was helpful and kind. Our waitress was attentive and offered suggestions. They paid attention to my opentable notes and made sure our dining experience was enjoyable, we'll definitely be returning.

Place was quiet and yet service was slow and riddled with errors. We had three wrong orders at our table. We also shared that we were on the clock to get to a show, yet the service was really slow even though very few tables were occupied.

First time here. Ambiance was nice. Made a reservation ahead of time. Food was very good and was service.

Good choice for dinner in a local vibrant bar and grill. Had the kale salad and added salmon and the salmon was delicious.

We started our evening with beers and soft pretzels. The pretzels came with what looked like and tasted like a Velveeta cheese dipping sauce. Our entrees- very good hamburgers cooked to order and grilled mahi mahi, also very good. As the burgers were not served with fries, we ordered tasty sweet potato fries.

The service was excellent. We finished our meal in little over an hour and did not feel rushed.

The restaurant was noisy with a happy hour crowd and there was no quieter back room.
