Earls Kitchen + Bar - Boston - Prudential Center
Kelsi our server was excellent. She was very accommodating and patient as we were a party of seven with three children. We started with the new hot chicken sliders which were delicious. After that it went down hill. Everyone’s entree protein was cooked to temperature but all the sides were cold. Most of the people left the whole plate except for the protein.
Went here on a recommendation from a friend and was really looking forward to it! Did not disappoint - food was amazing service on point & great buzz about the place
Great menu. Excellent service
really nice place, food was amazing, I will definitely go back.
Good Food, and for brunch before 12pm its only $10! Booking is required.
The location and ambiance are both great; it feels like you're in a fancy restaurant but have affordable food and drinks. Service was great too!
Happy Hour menu has a very nice selection of Food items.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. A nice mix of classy and casual. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, and the food and drinks were great!
Food arrived 45 minutes after we order and it was just an hour lunch
Such a great find!! The decor is awesome and the staff are all very nice and the ambiance is super chill. The lobster tostadas were super tasty, citrusy, spicy, flavorful! The hot chicken sliders were quite possibly the best little chicken sandwiches I've ever had: JUST the right another of breading, JUST spicy enough, juicy and tender, and the slaw and sweet/sour pickles and honey mustard all compliment it so perfectly; the flavor was AMAZING!! Will definitely be back next time I'm in town!
Food has been great in past, but wasn’t this time.
I work in the area, so I eat here often when I have clients come into Boston. a great variety and everything so far has been fantastic. All my experiences here so far have been positive. I would definitely recommend .
Our service was terrible. My colleague ordered a steak medium well and it came rare. The server never came back to ask how the food was so I had to find the server. Overall, the service was very unresponsive the entire meal. We did not pay for the steak but the experience was not positive. I would not recommend Earls.
Earls Kitchen is a fun place for perhaps a younger crowd - but a well heeled younger crowd since it is expensive. Our appetizers, burgers, steaks and fries were good. A salmon/mashed potato dish seemed average. The interior seemed nicely designed to us, and the atmosphere was friendly and energetic but overall the experience came across as rather generic. There is a sports bar vibe with TVs showing the football game. The noise level was high but we were able to hear each other. The restaurant is situated in the Prudential Center mall. Service was very good, and the parking validation appreciated!
We happened to come in for happy hour brunch which is before noon on Sunday. They had several entrees that were 10 dollars each and a great value for the money. The truffle fries were phenomenal. The chorizo hash and breakfast burger were very good. The service was great.
Food was delicious, the wait staff was extremely sweet, and space is beautiful!
Really enjoyed celebrating my birthday at Earl's it was an awesome time with my friends!
I think Earls is a great place to grab apps and drinks! The ambiance is delightful and I had a great time celebrating my birthday there. I'll definitely return!
Great place. Always go for my Birthday. Perfect for dates, friend gatherings and special occasions. Great value and one of the best places in Backbay.
The food here was excellent! We had the dynamite roll to start as we wanted to try the sushi -- so glad we did! The chicken tacos, the bigger better burger, and ahi tuna bowl were all phenomenal. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. We barely saw our waitress and she did not check in on us once during our meal. I also asked for various sauces from our waitress and food runner and received none from neither. Disappointing considering the food and ambiance were so lovely. Overall, it was a great time and we will be returning!
Loved the Prudential Earls much like the one in assembly row, the outdoor patio looks amazing to be around and sit when it’s nice out, food and ambiance were perfect and cocktails too!!
Excellent food with friendly and attentive staff. Definitely would recommend
I would recommend this restaurant. I was a bit disappointed that I was charged for requesting to replace mash potatoes with vegetable. I also thought that $12.50 is a bit costly for a 9 ounce pour of Prino Grigio. The pour was just not that generous.
Best restaurant ever!! Would definitely go back!!
I set a reservation two weeks in advance for 6pm on a Saturday. I didn't get seated until 6:30. I understand it happens sometimes. They may have been short staff or something just went haywire. But we didn't want to wait because we had another event to attend after dinner. That's why we made the reservation in the first place. I did ask for complimentary appetizers for waiting and they gave us that which I appreciate. My boyfriend didn't enjoy his Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. It wasn't seasoned enough and a little over cooked. However, he said the sushi was good. I enjoyed my fries and buffalo cauliflower. It might've been a bad day. However, the ambiance is great and I did like our cozy stylish seating area.
All good food excellent
I came here about a year ago and loved coming here for brunch. But now things have changed--the restaurant seems to be skimping on their foods. Example: my avacado toast last yr had two pieces of toast with avacado. This year, just one. And the toast size itself was half that of last year. And my boyfriend who came with me today ordered the steak brunch. He got only 4 tiny pieces of steak and plain bread (the description on the menu said it should be garlic bread). His eggs were overcooked and potatoes cold and dry. If brunch has changed, the staff should have adjusted their menu descriptions accordingly. We definitely feel cheated out of our money.
Very disappointed and will not be coming back.
It was good
They called to cancel my reservation less than 15 minutes before I was to arrive.
great food with something for every, exceptional cocktail program, fun ambiance for a variety of events
We were sat very far away from the rest of the people in restaurant, I don't know why, which made for an awkward ambiance and people staring. Then our waiter barely came over, because we were so far away from the rest of his tables. Then our food was cold, like not lukewarm, cold, which is never a good look, especially with sunny side up eggs. Overall, not a great experience.
Enjoyed lunch while visiting Boston. Food was nicely presented and very tasty. Room is quite busy but still pleasant.
Chicken tacos is delicious, personnel is very kind and helpful.
We were stuck in traffic and were a little late but they were able to usher us to our table right away. Thanks Earls Kitchen & Bar that was very nice of you!!!
Great food. Food took awhile
Overall a great experience. Food, ambiance, wait staff all great. Will definitely return. Highly recommend it!
I love coming to Earls for happy hour at night, so I thought I would try it for brunch. I went around 10 am so that we could do the brunch specials. It wasn't too packed which I liked, but it got busier around 11:30 am. I got the $10 chicken and waffles and a $5 mimosa, the mimosa was good but I didn't love the chicken, although it was spicy it wasn't very flavorful. I would definitely go back again and just try something different because that wasn't my favorite.
During my most recent visit there was a minor issue with the food I had ordered they promptly corrected the mistake all the while being very attentive and helpful. Very polite wait staff and very professional management. The food was great and I would recommend as out of the multiple times I have been there has only ever been this small issue
We ended our cruise in Boston so opted to spend a few more days in the city. We ate at Earl’s not once but twice. Each meal was fabulous. The second was brunch which was very unique and delicious.
The food was terrible at Earls the salmon was like a rock the service was awful . I had to ask for lemon three times by the time it finally came I was done with my meal. We had to ask for water over and over again andthey were not attentive at all and I actually had to go up to the service desk to pay my bill because the waiter just disappeared and never came to ask if we needed anything or how the meal was. I would not recommend this establishment at all there are many many other great places in Boston to eat do not waste your time going here
Really good food and a great waiter. We will definitely be going back.
We were so looking forward to dining at Earl's Kitchen and Bar at the Pru. Food was good. We really wanted to try the Buffalo Cauliflower appetizer, however, the waittress explained that they were out of it, at 1:30 pm. We then decided on the Sushi Dynamite Roll, which was good. For the main meal, I wanted to try the Beef Bimbimbap, although, that too was unavailable to order. I had the chicken street tacos - they were pretty good. The main reason I wouldn't recommend this restaurant was because they did not have all the menu items available, at lunch service.
