Food is decently prepared, nothing spectacular by any means. Typical casual dining chain. Best value and quality are their drinks. Service is passable at best. Servers are unattentive and lack any sense of urgency. We waited almost 15 minutes to receive our check to pay.
It was my anniversary with my husband, the server took a while to take our order and the food wasn't as good as before
Love it here very attentive to detail the music wasn’t to loud either but I was loving it
Food was good like always but we wait a long time to order although it wasn't a busy time. Also cutlery weren't clean

It is commendable that Earls Kitchen Station Square follows covid-19 protocols. Their cooks and servers all wear mask and the tables are made available for social distancing.
The food is the usual comfort food quality that you can expect from restaurants like Cactus Club, Browns or Milestone.
Was surprised though that the happy hour was moved earlier to 2-5pm from 3-6pm, so if you get off work (from home) at 5pm, then you won't make it.
This branch has a patio seating area which is great for summer time. Parking is free in the building. This location is very accessible and the restaurant looks very clean.

During peak time, this specific location does not do social distancing.
We were seated at the patio and did not meet our server for at least 15 minutes. The server did not check up on us and had to keep asking other hosts/servers for our server.

Was hoping to be seated on the patio but was seated inside right next to open windows so that was fine. Food was good, I had the tofu bowl which was magnificent! Our server was only ok, abit awkward and rarely checked up on us but not terrible.
The service was great but the kitchen seemed slow. It looked like pickup orders were getting priority.
The steak my wife ordered was very tough. My food was great.
Our server and the manager on duty we’re both very good.
So, while the service and attention were excellent the food was poor enough that we probably wouldn’t come back.

The service was great but I have to admit the COVID-19 protocol was not as stringent as the Earls out at Lougheed. I think they should adopt the Lougheed way where hand sanitizer was everywhere and the first thing the server does is to give a squirt of sanitizer to the patron's hand when they first sit down. Otherwise, my experience was very enjoyable. The burger I had was delicious. Keep up the good work!!

The waitress forgot my second drink and when finally bringing it out 20 mins later, she brought my date a “free beer” because she had ordered the wrong one on his second drink...then she charged us for it on our bill. Also, someone brought us a replacement steak because the first one was not properly done and was fully grizzly all through...and that was on the bill too. Super unimpressed with that—they fixed the steak but honestly by the time it arrived we were ready to leave and charging us for something they said was complementary was annoying too.

Came to celebrate a friends birthday
I had put instructions before booking table regarding a birthday candle.
Asked the server as well. Ordered the cake but they didn’t remember the candle or birthday.

Didn’t order a lot as done items were not available, Buffalo cauliflower was greasy and the batter had no adherence, kept falling off. Sangria was good, too much ice that diluted the drink very quickly. Chocolate toffee pudding was dry and felt like came straight out of the microwave. Went for happy hour so didn’t pay full price for some items, would have been even more disappointed in that case.
Great service. Very clean. Fantastic atmosphere. Practice physical distancing in an appropriate way. Would recommend.

Nice location with easy parking. Social distancing was observed and the food was excellent. I’ll be back.
Grateful that they were open during the pandemic, and shoutout to all of our waitresses and hostesses. The food was alright, but I think they had to limit their menu for now.

My partner and her parents decided to try happy hour brunch. The hostess told us all breakfast items were $9.75 as did our server. We thought we ordered items from the happy hour section of the menu but when the bill came only 1 out of 3 items were $9.75 - the rest were full price. We asked the server and she advised us that "not all breakfast items were included" . The happy hour menu was confusing as was the conflicting messages from staff. This should not happen. Breakfast was fine but beware of the prices.

Always amazing, food and drinks were great! Sat outside and the patio was very quiet and spacious.
We went there on Tuesday afternoon. Our server was friendly and attentive. We sat in the patio. Both table and chairs are clean. It was perfect and will go back there again soon.
The restaurant did a good job on bringing the food out right away with minimal wait time. Everything was cleaned right away and you could tell that they were taking the restrictions seriously! Overall well done and would come back again.
Great new look for Earls. Much more hip and current. Lost some favorites on the menu, like the pesto shrimp pizza. Value for the meal just isn't the same as before. Ordered the lobster ravioli with shrimp but somehow it lacked the wow factor. Tasted good, presentation was decent, but wasn't at the level you'd expect for being one of the priciest dish on the menu. Service was attentive and responsive. Liked that there was a scan code for self mobile payment right at the table. One big issue was that there was very little social distancing or pandemic risk management features in the restaurant other than limiting maximum guests to 6 per table and staggering the seating to every other table. There should be more measures given the direction from the medical bodies. I'm not sick after three days of eating at this Earls but I know from speaking to friends in the food and beverage industry, there could be more done.
We picked Earl's to celebrate wedding anniversary. Food was awesome as always. Service was impeccable. Everything was perfect, just the next table couple was too loud (talking louder than music, so we could hear every single word).
Very clean. Step up sanitizer at every entrance and everyone was wearing masks.

It was wonderful to get out for the first time in more than two months. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The service was prompt. My steak was done to perfection. I was a little disappointed in my shrimp in the surf and turf meal I ordered however. I expected them to be grilled but they we’re very bland. Overall the experience was great though.

Hostesses were rude suggesting we were late for a 9:15pm reservation when it was for 9:30pm. Had called 10 minutes prior and confirmed the reservation was for 9:30pm but got attitude when we arrived.
