Was terrific! Everything from food to service!
Beautiful, fresh, appealing food in a warm inviting space.
One of my favorite spots in the city. Sophisticated flavors and presentations, but don’t miss those brown butter fries. ❤️
We were WOWED by the chef’s attention to the amazing flavor combinations and the beautiful plating of each delicious dish served! In particular, we were blown away by the burrata, roasted brussels sprouts, berkshire pork chop and fallin’ apple. I cannot wait to explore more of the menu next time!
The food was not bad I expected for the value. I was disappointed
Wow! That meal was simply outstanding and the service was unbelievably good. Best dinner we had in Chicago. We had the Burrata, Roasted Mushroom Flatbread, Roasted Baby Beets, Black Truffle Ravioli, Ricotta Herb Gnocchi, and the Crispy Fried Chicken. All of them were amazing, if I had to pick a favorite I think I would go with the flatbread.
Great menu, food, service.
Everything from service to food was great. Plenty of free parking. We will make this our pre-United Center choice
Excellent food and service. Especially good choice if you are going to the United Center
Everything was incredible!
Great food! Wonderful service!
This was an amazing restaurant. The brunch was refreshing and we didn’t feel as if we over ate afterwards. The presentation of the food dishes was equally pleasing.
Loved, loved Eden! Fresh and amazing ingredients with so many more things to try. We especially loved the buratta, beets, and Branzino dishes. The whole fish was deep fried which made it so incredibly moist and absolutely to die for. Can’t wait to return! Oh... the parking lot, a major plus for us!
Great Brunch! Best in town!
Noisy but very good and great value
We ate at Eden on a Saturday evening with a reservation for 7 PM. We have eaten there several times before, including weekend lunches.
The food here is consistently excellent, and it was on this occassion. The service was good, though not exceptional. But the noise level was so loud that we had to shout at one another to be heard. It got worse as the meal progressed.
The restaurant manager came over to us at one poing and cheerfully asked whether we were enjoying our dinner. I told him, tactfully, that while the food was excellent, this was our last time to eat here because of the unacceptable noise levels, which i pointed out were ate persistent levels that were harmful to hearing and the need to shout ruined an otherwise excellent dining experience.
He pointed out that they were planning to do something about it which I found ironic since this has been a problem for three years. It is my habit to measure noise levels in restaurants using the app "Soundprint". I took four readings throughout our dinner. See the results at the end of this review.
As we were leaving we spotted people we know and one of them jumped up to say (yell) hello) and commented that this was a great venue if only "we didnt have to scream at one another."

The ingredients were fine and the menu is transparent about the Eden's aspirations. But the execution was fairly bland. Also, they steered us to the tasting menu, but the portions are simply enormous. They don't modulate down the size of a plate when they make into part of a five course meal.
Outstanding on so many fronts. The freshly grown veggies are incredible. Duck was fantastic!
Chef Bryan and our waitress guided us through the menu and helped us pick the perfect meal for our dinner! The food was delicious and everyone was super friendly. We got a birthday card signed by the staff and a piece of cake at there end of our meal
Great food. Amazing service. Beautiful room. However Aerosmith and Thin Lizzy (while both awesome) wouldn’t have been my first choice of music.
Beets were good but ravioli was average. Cake was a bit dry.
A gastronomic feast! I had the Tasting Menu with the wine pairing while my friend had the Vegetarian Tasting Menu (which is a nice option). Both were incredibly well prepared, with just the right blend of flavors. Each course was beautifully presented as well. The wine pairings were excellent, not too heavy and perfect for each corse. The waitstaff was very attentive and friendly. I must say that the food, service, and pairings were equal to or better than those of a 3 Star restaurant which we recently attended in Chicago. Eden is definitely one of my top picks for restaurants.
Great place, delicious food and terrific server!!
Wonderful service and food. Best Brunch around!
We were seated immediately and moved to a quieter area without any problem. The service is very efficient and anyone can add or modify your order with no difficulty.
The menu for brunch is short but varied enough so you don’t feel stifled.
Our food was great tasting and beautifully presented. This place is an out-the-way gem with its own parking lot.
Chefs counter was fun.
Great- food and service was nice
Food was excellent, ingredients tasted fresh and had good presentation. Very nice atmosphere and ambience. The service was spotty at times, as it took awhile for us to get our orders in and receive some items.
This was my fifth time to Eden, but first in over a year. Had a great experience with the food the last few times, but this time the taste just was not there, not even for a single item. I'm not sure what went wrong but something in the taste department was definitely lacking, which is a pity at a restaurant on the higher end of the price spectrum.
Menu and fish wasn’t as good as my first time there but still good.
We loved our drinks. I had a Pisco drink that was so good my husband actually switched over to having one as well. We had to get the bread and it was delicious, then we had Brussels sprouts which were a little different than the typical and were very good. We had the hamachi which was light and refreshing and my husband begged to get the fried chicken and under the influence of two drinks I went along and it was really delicious. Then we had to run. Service was quick and efficient.
From entering at the host stand to the finish of the meal the service, ambiance and food were all excellent.
A very busy night for them and the restaurant nailed it!!
First of all, Eden has their own parking lot. In Chicago this is a huge deal. Yea! They also have a green house. We loved the food, atmosphere, and service. The Berkshire pork was the best I had ever had. The plates were presented beautifully. My dining mates loved the the 2 swordfish and tamale entrees. The bread is so good. The Burrata was my favorite starter. Ian, our waiter, was so personable and gracious. My only critique was the noise level made it hard to converse. I really look forward to returning and trying other dishes on the menu.
I had salad and it was the best ! Service is always great!
Good food as always. Thanks!!
Eden never disappoints. Such a cool hip restaurant and my local. Great for a pre dinner before going to an event at the united center. The service is impeccable and all the wait staff is awesome!!
We thought Eden was a gorgeous venue, perfect for a date night or small group dinner. The wait staff was beyond helpful and kind and we thought the restaurant really went the extra mile to make sure my husband and I enjoyed our meal. We will definitely be back - and next time hopefully with others who have never experienced Eden yet!
Foo was very good but service was inconsistent. Served dishes together when we asked that they be separate. Serving one item ten minutes after the others
Simply Amazing. We had a party of 7 for my boyfriend's dinner and had a private room. The food was top notch and the service was incredible. Each person in the party tried something different from the menu and everyone really enjoyed their dish. The staff goes above and beyond to make the experience memorable. We will be back for sure!
This was our second visit to Eden. The broccoli spaetzle was great, and reflects the unique combinations of flavors typical at Eden. My husband particularly enjoyed his steak, with herb sauce and figs. We were blown away by the unassuming yet tremendous service, from the hostess who sat us to the busser who offered to get more hot water for my teapot.
