My waiter did not attend to us for 25 minutes after being seated . I then had to go to host to be seated with another waiter.

This is supposed to be one of the best and recently restaurants. I was looking forward to sitting in the new area which is nicely lit for brunch but they sat us the older side that is kinda of dark. Perfect for dinner but not as nicely lit as the new area. The waitress Paula was pleasant and nice and tried her hardest. But she was new. I was served a Grand Manier shot that I ordered with a very large set of lips on the snifter glass. I walked up to the bar to get more ice and tequila. I was very formally told I would be charged for the extra tequila. I was thinking, does it look like I’m broke. Im at a pricy restaurant with a suit on. That sort of response is insulting to a patron. So I asked that I’d be served a full shot then. I think it was $10 bucks no big deal. I ordered their well known arachera steak and to made it a surt and turf with a lobster tail. Later I was given a bill for surf and turf for $45.00 charge several lines below the steak charge. They told me it was the market price for the lobster. So I understood it and paid. They went through the trouble to tell me that was going to get charged for the extra tequila but they didn’t make me I was aware of the market price. I think they need to come forward and explain it like they went out of the trouble to explain the extra tequila charge. Be consistent please or just put the price on menu. I was more disappointed in the manner that the situation was handled. The mgr kept sending the poor new waitress to explain. Poor thing. She did a great job considering she was nervous. The mgr made no effort to visit our table and to make sure we had an overall nice experience. It was our anniversary and it just put a damper on our day a little bit. I’m nor sure if we’ll go back.

Last 2 visit I’ve gone they never have flan. They need to have more flan available. That’ll be my only complaint.
