   Despite a gazillion number of people they served on Mothers Day they did an admirable job keeping food replenished & the champagne flowing. Reservations were honored a bit late, but all else was up to par.

   Horrible experience. Hostess sat us at a table with no utensils and took 15 minutes to get menus. Waitress took our order and after took 40 minutes to get food. Server/cook came out with food and asked what we ordered then put only one plate down on our table. Went back for another plate and asked again what else we ordered. 5 minutes later brought children’s food. One of our plates had uncooked food and was not prepared as requested. The other plate was cold like it had been sitting in kitchen. Item was returned and taken off bill. Overall, horrible experience and will not be returning.

   We were a party of 13 and the server did a great job. The drinks and food were very good.

   My wife and I had a reservation on Friday at  1 PM. They were extremely busy but we were seated right away.  Our waiter I think his name was Felipe was very attentive, even though he was extremely busy taking care of all the tables.  I had the fish tacos, they were very good. The service we got is what made our lunch very enjoyable.

   Not enough servers so poor service. Hot water machine for tea broke. Asked for mild table side guacamole and got super spicy could not eat. Waited 30 minutes for it to be made. Soup came out without a spoon they had none clean. Could not get refills. Food was cold.

   Always the best experience when going to el torrito the management is amazing and sonis the staff food on Sundays is fantastic way worth the money. And making reservations on opentable is super easy and convenient way better than waiting an hour or more.

    Easter Brunch Very busy, lots of good food. BUT where are the tortillas? The place to get them was the TACO line? There wasn't even a chips and salsa The server stated the Cadillac margaritas were included in the price....yes they did charge us on the bill. $42 + $6 ? I think will try a non-holiday brunch.....at least we will not be on folded chairs and tables in the mall!
