Average place to eat. Famed for their chicken wings, alas they are trading on that rather than producing top class wings. Much better wings and choice in most other comparable restaurants.
My advice? Try somewhere else.

Delicious wings and lovely staff.
Also have some lovely salads.

The food was ok. The ribs I ordered where quite dry and bland. I found the staff slow and forgetful off drink orders. Also we weren’t asked if we wanted a drink as we were seated.

Another amazing visit here at Elephant Castle! The best Chicken wings in town without a doubt and with a wonderful service! Salvador and Denisa always attentive to our table and knowing how to explain the entire menu, thank you very much for suggesting the risotto that was super appetizing !!! Francisco suggested the Garden of Gods as a dessert and we traveled to heaven with such flavor! Very good to be able to enjoy a table again and in such a cozy restaurant!

Did not receive fries ordered - these were put on the bill however this was amended when notified. One member of staff particularly cold and made us feel a little unwelcome. Asked for no hazelnuts on my sundae- lucky I’m not allergic as they arrived. Staff rarely came to check on us although the young waitress serving us was very pleasant. Not sure why service was lacking as it was not particularly busy.

Consistently delicious food (those wings 😍) and very pleasant staff. The time between ordering and receiving food was a bit slow (normally no problem but not ideal with the new time limits), but it was busy.
I would always recommend Elephant and Castle ❤️

Food was only ok, with limited options for vegetarians. Burgers were ok, desserts were fine - canned cream instead of fresh with the carrot cake (menu stated fresh), though the cake itself was nice enough. Expensive for what is offered. It is a nice space, comfortale and with good lighting, so if you don't care about good food and it is geographically convenient I would say its fine to meet friends here. A LOT of the menu was unavailable (post lockdown, understandable, but they could have informed us before we took our seats for the evening). Overall our servers were excellent, very quick and helpful.

A welcome return after 6 weeks. All staff in masks. Visible sanitization of every table between covers. A very warm welcome. Well done all.

The food was amazing although alcoholic drinks menu was limited and when I asked for a cocktail they told me they were out of prosecco. All 4 cocktails had prosecco in them, which ment there was no other cocktail option. We chose a mango lemonade which was quite bitter and didn't taste of mango but just alot of lime. We had booked a table and on arrival were left waiting for a while in a non social distant queue people were rushing past us and then when we sat down initially we were socially distant however as more customers came in they were not spaced far from us which left me abit uneasy. The bathroom had no soap either just hand sanitizer in the hallway. Overall the food was lovely and the staff very friendly. I would return however I would hope that things would run abit more smoothly.

We normally go to E&C in town but we thoroughly enjoyed our experience in Rathmines. Service was very friendly and prompt. Food was lovely. We’ll be back !!!

Friendly staff but awful service- as in scarce service but the staff were very nice, the food was awful - chicken wings soggy ! A prawn sandwich for €14 that was really terrible ! Why bother serving such crap ..

i would recommend this as a nice place for a lunch.

All in all, Elephant & Castle is a great value for money. Great atmosphere and the chicken wing are undoubtedly the best in Dublin. Great service too.

Another lovely meal. Place was reasonably busy and staff great as always. Kids always given a warm welcome. Food never disappoints will be back in a few weeks thanks

The 4 of us really enjoyed our meal and felt it was great value. Our waitress, Lesley, went out of her way to remember each of our names, which made the kids feel special, she was very efficient and jolly. We’ll be back soon

Great place to eat! Food is amazing, atmosphere amazing and staff amazing! Great prices too, only downside was the drinks menu..very wide range or beers and wines but that was mainly it.
