   Our first time at Fitz's. We arrived early, but there were no issues with seating up. Sunday lunch was excellent - one of the best we've had in a while. The wait staff were attentive and the background music was at exactly the right level, so we could converse easily. We'll definitely be back to enjoy Fitz's superb food soon ...

   I spent hours trying to book what I needed at a respected "big name" dining establishment without success so I was becoming desperate. I generally find restaurants within hotels to offer an experience that can only be described as disappointing, but I needed a table for 8 people in central London at short notice. I eventually landed on Fitz's Brasserie. Regrettably, it was, indeed, disappointing. Service for our dinner was ok, but the A La Carte menu was basic, the food courses were ill conceived and only adequately cooked. The wine list was in my opinion outrageously expensive. Their Barolo was over £200. The cheapest red wine was £50 for a bottle that I am pretty sure could have been bettered at Tesco's for something costing £5 or £6 off the shelf. I am sure that our wealthy Swedish guests were singularly unimpressed. Nothing would encourage me to return ever again.

   We went for Sunday lunch. Food and service are superb. The room is gorgeously fitted out, lovely lighting, art, etc. Very comfortable seats, excellent service, very attentive staff. Ideal if you want high quality food and service. Roasts and desserts are excellent. I've been twice for Sunday lunch and both times only 1/3 tables taken. So it was a peaceful dining experience, if lacking in a bit of atmosphere. Maybe it's busier in the evenings/non-Sundays, I don't know. Would highly recommend. I'll be going back, for sure.

   Lovely environment with marble and art deco. Fabulous food to match. All 7 of us loved everything we ate.

   Today I had lunch with my friend as a Birthday treat for her. We both felt well looked after, food was amazing and felt very relaxed. The staff took one step further and sang my friend a birthday song with slices of cake and a candle. Made the event even more special. I have been to this restaurant before for Sunday Roast dinner and remember enjoying our meal experience thoroughly. After today we definitely know the service and food is first class consistently. So we will be going there again 😀

   We had an excellent Sunday lunch. Food was great and service was exceptional. Thank you to Szabina who made it a special afternoon (Mother’s Day lunch).
