Perfect Birthday dinner. Plenty of meat for the three carnivores at the table, and lots of seafood options for this pescatarian. The market bar is filled with a variety of goodies. Will definitely be returning.

Food quality has gone down since we were here a few years ago. Almost all the meats were cooked well done. I was only asked once what temperature we wanted the steak because they were almost always already cooked to well done or medium. Overall I don’t think the price no longer reflects the quality of food unfortunately.

Some of the meats were under seasoned or tough. There was a hair in one of our drinks. For dessert we ordered the molten chocolate cake, and it arrived to the table cold (no chocolate was molten). We had a serious wildflower honey allergy in our party and the gaucho did not take our question seriously when we asked what kind of honey he had for the cheese. He laughed at us and said honey. A different server confirmed it was in fact wildflower honey. Seemed very unprofessional to laugh when we were serious and inconsiderate and negligent to have your servers be ill informed on the product you are serving. Overall a nice place, but if I hadn’t been to a Brazilian steakhouse before, I probably would not go back after the underwhelming and slightly disappointing experience we had here.

They have to cook meat incredibly quickly, which makes sense given the volume in the restaurant, however, it came out incredibly charred and overpowered the meat. Quality of meat and less than impressive buffet not worth the cost per person.

The food is good, and the staff is friendly. My scores were driven from the fact that I felt like the meat took too long to come by.

It was great for our first time, the server was awesome always checking on us. The only bad thing was that tables on the walkway got more attention and so did bigger parties as well the middle tables seem to lack attention. Of course we did churrasco experience, but it was still great.
