   Service from the time we got there with the hostess to the time we left was poor. This was the 3rd time I was here and it has greatly gone down hill compared to my other two visits to the restaurant. I do y think I’ll be going back.

   Unfortunately the experience was not even close to what one would expect. The main server was great, however when it came to the meat servers they fell short by a mile. Even though our cards were turn to green they consistently passed us by over and over again. In the 45 min we were seated we were served 4 times, with chicken, sausage and house special (twice). The server did try to address this but the meat servers must have had other plans.. we ended up leaving and going someplace else. Extremely disappointed is an understatement and would not recommend this restaurant for any occasion. This sum it up I have been to several Brazilian steakhouses such as this all around the country on numerous occasions and know how they work extremely well, this one did not function in any order at all..

   Food was either burnt or raw, kept asking what meats we want and would never bring them. Kept bringing cheap meats (sausage, chicken with bacon) and not the nice red meats (ribeye, filet) We go to Fogo all over the country this is the only bad experience we have had , it was not on standard with the other 5 star locations

   honestly, the meat was so bad we spit every single thing we got out and only indulged in the salad bar… highly disappointed in the quality. all the meat was wayyyyy over done or wildly under done and i love a mooing steak but come on .. some were just flat out raw. and not many people like that. also, completely unsalted!!! we spit out so much meat, we should’ve just got the salad bar. we have been many times and enjoyed both meat and salad bar but after we got the beef rib that tasted of almost a fish, we were sooo turned off. the service was good, we only got our drinks once and had to ask other people for help. and the side dishes never came out besides one time for the little cheese bread. just was an overall meh. I prefer other brazilian dining.

   We made reservation ahead of time for 10 people, when we got there our table was not ready and had to wait 15 minutes. While food was good, the gauchos were ignoring our table and we had to wave at them to stop by. Chicken was never an option while we ate and as we were leaving we saw gauchos with chicken walking around. So I guess we missed the chicken window. As expected it was pricey, but good.

   My family had reservations for Mother’s Day at 3:45pm. We arrived on time and were seated within 15 minutes. The waiter came and took our orders. He asked what temperature we prefer our meat cooked and we said “medium-rare”. I ordered buttered lobster tails for the 3 moms at our table. The first meat brought was well done and had no seasoning. The only meat we were offered for the 2 hours we were there: bottom sirloin x 2, top sirloin x 1, hot sausage x 2, chicken x 1, and Parmesan pork! No filet, no lamb, no ribeye, etc…Meat was so overcooked it was like trying to bite into a rock- so dry it wasn’t edible. Waiter brought us 3 truffle butters (we never ordered them, we thought they were for our lobster tails). After 40 minutes, we asked about lobster we never received and he said he would place the order(he missed the initial order apparently). Finally received 2 lobster tails about 15 minutes later, 3rd lobster tail came about 30 minutes later and it was not edible- tasted freezer burned. Manager came over we told him lobster was terrible and he removed 2 of them off our bill; however, we were charged $24 for the truffle butters! Buffet table was over-picked and not replenished promptly. We had to wait 20 minutes to have our waters refilled. It was a very disappointing experience. Every time we saw server with meat we tried to flag them to our table, but we were consistently told to wait as they served the larger table next to us then brought us what was left, if anything. After 2 hours, no more meat was offered, the manager again came to ask us how it was and we were disgusted and asked for our bill. Bills were calculated incorrectly twice! I was overcharged $60. Also, we paid $10 to park as no one told us they validate parking tickets!
