    At so much I wasn’t sure I could walk back to our hotel! Food was amazing! I especially loved the lamb. Salad bar had a great selection. Drinks were great and not as expensive as I thought they would be.

    The servers lacked etiquette you would expect from the image the restaurant provides. The ambiance is nice. The removing of the dishes and the lack of simple cutlery in the table made the experience awkward.

    I usually patronize Texas De Brazil but my wife suggested that we try Fogo de Chao for our anniversary. I was impressed with their service. Absolutely outstanding. The food was good but the service made it a great experience.

    Very poor service from waitress, paid over $400 on a dinner for horrible service, this woman must have been having a rough day, food was great as usual but didn’t meet my customer service expectations, also, churrasco experience used to be like $40 before, too expensive for bad quality service. Will not recommend this time.

    What a wonderful way to celebrate Thanksgiving! Fogo de Chao is always our go-to special occasion choice, and it did not disappoint! The delicious food and stellar service made our holiday the best in recent memory. Favorite dishes included T-bone steak, filet mignon, and lamb chops. I highly recommend the San Antonio location- it is the best of the three Fogo restaurants where we have dined. We look forward to celebrating many more special occasions in the coming holiday season and in the new year!

    The food was top notch as were the drink selections. We went there yesterday for Thanksgiving dinner and everything was amazing. The meat was really tasty and well seasoned. The carameilzed bananas were really nice also. Loved the chicken salad and street corn salad. The prosciutto and salami were really nice.

    Bummed to go on Thanksgiving and have such a mediocre experience. Granted we came with a toddler and newborn for lunch… our son wasn’t interested in eating anything offered, and a manager noticed and offered to get him some french fries, which would have been so sweet, except she forgot and never came back. It was awkward and kind of annoying that servers were also walking around with drinks and shrimp, trying to up-charge your meal, while other walk around with the meat/foods that are included. You instantly feel cheap during a $200 meal for asking if something is included. The meat, which really should have been the highlight fell short. It didn’t have a ton of flavor and sadly all the red meats had a similar taste, and slightly gamey. The highlight was the Thanksgiving add-ons, but they couldn’t keep them full. The salad bar is also always a highlight. Our servers were lovely and attentive, despite being very busy and a holiday, so that was also redeeming. Overall, probably not going back.

    This was our first time at this establishment. We were greeted right away. The decor was amazing! We were the first to be seated for the 5:00 PM reservation by a very polite young lady. Our server immediately approached us and took our drink order and began explaining how the dining experience would work (as we informed them it was our first time). We ordered the Lobster & Shrimp appetizer and proceeded to the Salad Bar. The variety of items were magnificent and I absolutely loved the Butternut Squash Soup and the Beet Tartar! I opted to just have the Salad Bar & my Appetizer, and my husband enjoyed a wide selection of meats. We definitely need to go back to try the Wagu Steak Selections!

    We were there to celebrate birthday and Veterans Day. We had made reservations and checked in when there. It took them 20 minutes to seat us. Then our waiter came and introduced himself and told us we might not see him again and one of his partners will help us. He never showed back up. The partner hardly came to table to refill our drinks or remove dishes. The guys walking around carving food came to our table last with one or two pieces of meat on their skewers. They hardly came and we only got offered chicken and garlic steak for over the first hour even though we requested specific types of meat. So after 2 and 1/2 hours we were offered only 5 different meats out of 15 supposedly available. We had to flag someone down to get anything we needed. The tab was wrong but she did correct it for us but never told us thank you for coming or any other greeting. This was the worse experience of any restaurant I have had in over 20 years. The price was $60 per person and would have been ok but we barely got $10 value per person. Please do not waste your money or time at this restaurant!

    This was absolutely the best dining experience I’ve ever experienced. The food was amazing and the service was unparalleled. I’d suggest ordering the ‘full experience’ that comes with a delicious all you can eat charcuterie that is amazing. Then while you nibble on that, different gentlemen with different types of meat walk the restaurant and ask if you’d like the selection of meat that they’re serving. So delicious you can’t say no….but no to-go allowed unfortunately.

    While waiting for our party to arrive, Veronica at the bar was cutting fruit for beverages and offered us some orange slices and some strawberries for our 1 year old. Completely out of the blue, it was a really great customer delight. We finally were seated and within 1 minute of us sitting, she brought an ENTIRE fruit cup with berries, and apples, and it was so great and such a surprise. She deserves so much credit for making our experience incredible. After that, all the staff was set to that bar. They were great. The food was great. I am very happy with the experience. My only suggestion was that the music was wayyy too loud to be playing some of the tunes. Some were fine but others had a strange vibe and it was just a bit too loud for the atmosphere they were going for. Otherwise again, it was perfect. Thank you Fogo de Chao.
