Acoustics in restaurant very, very loud, difficult to have conversation with others around table. Service incredibly slow. Food is good. In the end, we will go to another Brazilian steakhouse where we can get comparable quality food yet be able to enjoy a quieter atmosphere and better service.

To loud, food was over cooked with no taste. Offered at least 10 cuts of meat only 2 were consistently served. Waited 15 to 20 go get the cut we wanted.

Poor experience. Drinks were slow to the table and we had to ask multiple times for the same drink of different wait staff because they did not arrive after first time they were ordered. We also had to ask for the sides as well because they were empty on multiple occasions. We also ordered a birthday dessert because we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and again, had to reorder because it never came out, then the wrong one was brought out. Overall, it seemed like the waitstaff was overwhelmed.

Service was great, salad bar was a bit empty on cure meats, I understand it was a busy night. Steaks were a bit bland.

Steaks were very good, I do feel like I wasn’t able to try them all. We did let our server know, she said she would get us a variety sent to the table, never happened. But what we did try was good.

This experience was ok. Honestly, there are other Brazilian steakhouses that are much more elegant and upscale. I had an expectation that this was going to be super upscale with great choices in food and dynamite service. It was mediocre at best. They offer a lower priced dining experience or a higher priced experience. The higher price you get a couple more varieties of meat but overall it isn’t really worth it. The salad bar was subpar, nothing really exciting about it and they were adding ice at the time I went through so not a lot of variety and nothing that caught my eye about the salad bar food. The meats were ok, but I have had a better experience and choices at other Brazilian steakhouses. The service was mediocre, they didn’t bring out clean plates initially until you asked and I had to get my own plate for the salad bar. You’d think with this being a downtown location and upscale eatery that you’d have those little indulgences that make it stand out as an upscale eatery, but no. Simple salad with tomatoes and cucumber, cold asparagus and variety of pepperonis and salamis are what you can expect at this Brazilian restaurant. Nothing elegant or distinctive about this salad bar, it’s the same as a Golden Corral salad bar. We had like three or four servers just randomly switching out so didn’t know who was serving us at any given time. The most irritating part of this experience was the marketing for more money for a children’s fund at the entrance of the restaurant and even during my dining experience. We had a random employee come to the table and ask if we wanted to donate to an organization while we were trying to enjoy the meal. Definitely not the experience I was expecting for a high end, upscale downtown restaurant. Even if you’re offering a lower priced meal the little indulgences should be there and I don’t feel they were.
