We went here for my mother in-laws birthday and we were all very disappointed. The food quality for $68 per person is not worth is. The side bar food was okay, the meat was not that good beside the beef ribs. Which I asked if they had beef ribs and they told me it was extra money. Then I looked up the menu on their website and the beef ribs are included in the Fogo Churrasco Experience. Then the bill came and they charged us for our two 6 year olds. When we asked why we were charged they told me it was for 5 and younger. Again I went on to their website and had to show them it said 6 and younger. I really wanted to love this restaurant because Im new to the area and love Churrascaria’s.

Worst Fogo I’ve dined. If you used to Fogo, this is below average. Meat is just not good.

We went here for my husbands birthday. The food was great and the service was even better! They acknowledged my husbands birthday with strawberry cheesecake with a candle on top. We had the best time. Food, service, atmosphere was fabulous!

Interesting that staff changes so frequently. Wonder why? Elizabeth was soliciting feedback Saturday, but she did nothing outstanding or memorable except give me her name and card.
It was our party’s first time dining here after hearing good reviews from peers. Our experience overall was subpar. The selection of meat was ok. The market/self serve table had a good selection.
The customer service and the attentiveness to our table was unimpressive.

Food is great, servers consistently come by to see if you need more meat or anything. It was my sob's birthday. I brought candles to put on a piece of cake and they created a beautiful, thoughtful, elaborate birthday plate for him, too. Amazing, kind service to go along with the wonderful food.

This was our frist time to Fogo de Chao and thought it would be a great expierence for my birthday. The waitress was pleasant and explained to us how the experience was. Similar to other Brazilian steak houses I've been to. At the start of our meal one of us with an allergy to fish/ seafood asked about the ceasar dressing and if it contained anchovy. After waiting roughly 5 minutes, not that long in respect of time a man who I can only assume was a manager came over and explained that the lable did not show fish products. He then said, I'll take a picture and show you, moments later he came to the table with the industrial size jug of ceasar dressing, not a picture the actual jug which was a very classy expierence. We started our meal process and enjoyed the variety of meats they brought around. A nice lady was walking around with a try that contained shrimp cocktails, the two of us who don't have a fish/ seafood allergy said sure we will share one. (apparently it was $22 addition which wasn't known till the end of the evening when the bill arrived. During our dining experience our table was located near a column and my back was against it, there was roughly 2 ft between me the colum. At mutiple times during the night a waiter would chose to squeeze between me and the column. At one point a different server noticed the other server squeeze behind me and said I'm sorry for him doing that. As our meal ended a man came over (not server) and said which one of you is celebrating a birthday (disclosed via reservation on open table). He said when your meals done we will bring over a piece of cake. We said thank you and he walked away. Soon after the bill came and we paid, finished our drinks and left without any cake being delivered. Overall the expierence was not at all what I expected for over $300 including tip (still tipped 20% because our server was very nice and apologetic about the shrimp not being disclosed)

Upon arrival there was no one at the hostess stand. We waited for what seemed like 5 minutes for her to show and when she finally did she was uninterested in our party, or that she was a representative of the business. She twirled her finger in her hair and without eye contact demanded our vaccination cards. Leaving what was a horrible first impression I promptly found a manager who assured me he would take care of it.
The remainder of our dinner was FANTASTIC. Since they are essentially a buffet there is no designated server however there was one girl who I wished we would have gotten her name that took excellent care of us. Checking in regularly even making a non alcoholic coffee drink for us with our deserts. Another young lady in glasses also frequently checked on our table and was the first to greet us and explain how the service and flow worked.
All things considered our experience was beyond what the flippant hostess set up for us. The food is the best I’ve had as far as Brazilian steakhouses go. The variety on the home table was fresh and delicious. The gauchos were quite knowledgeable and very entertaining. When not if you visit you must try the grilled cheese with honey. It was a smash at our table. Thank you to the management and staff for making my mother in laws 73rd birthday such a memorable one.

Had lobster and shrimp, rather than the steaks they are best know for. They on the menu as a cold appetizer, but upon request, they served the dish warm in garlic butter sauce - it was excellent as a 'light' meal. Wine list is great, and cocktails good too. Service was excellent. Has both indoor and heated outdoor seating.

It was just “okay” never got the chicken or the filet mignon. The meats that do the rounds were top sirloin. Won’t return. Also the wine list and vintages not up to date.

Came here for lunch to celebrate a special occasion with the family. We were seated earlier than our reservation time since it was not busy. The overall experience was ok. Servers rarely came and asked if we needed anything. The guys who brought meats were friendly, they asked if we wanted a specific type of meat which they brought out to us right away. Meat choices for lunch was pretty small but it was still delicious. My favorites were the picanha, beef ancho, and filet mignon. Their PÃO DE QUEIJO was really good as well.
Really the only thing I was extremely disappointed with was their market table, probably The worst experience I had. I was getting some meats and cheeses from the charcuterie section, and as I was getting the blue cheese crumble I noticed a piece of the blue cheese on my plate was moving. There was a giant fly on the cheese and it was so disgusting. I looked at the cheese on the market table and there was another fly on the blue cheese, I tried swatting it away but it didn’t fly away. I told one of the kitchen staff that there was a fly on the cheeses and all she kept saying was “it’s ok it’s ok” uhmm no it’s not. She went over and only took out the piece she saw the fly on. Now I understand that things happen and some flies do occasionally get in and I’m not mad about that. The only thing that really bothered me was that they only took that small piece of the cheese and didn’t replace the whole thing. That’s just gross. Even my husband said he saw more flies on some of their salads. I didn’t bother going back to the market table and just ate the side dishes (Mashed potatoes, cheese bread, polenta) with the meats

Second time in there and it was perfect just as the first time
The food was great, but the service was poor. I had to flag down waiter walking by just for a refill on my water.
It is pricey but very tasty and a wide variety to suit anyone’s taste. If you had a big lunch, don’t come here for dinner. But if you are prepared to EAT you will get your money’s worth and have a great experience! Every cut of beef in unlimited quantity comes to your table for as long as you will allow.
As usual we had a good meal but the service was a little slow - a waiter said they would get a new lemonade “right away” and it never came. Overall a good experience though.
Everything was good. Meat was a little too rare but overall tasted well.
We had an absolute amazing. I definitely recommend attending on an empty stomach, so much food.
Experience Saturday was much better than last week when I was seated near a table of 10 adults, one howling infant, and two misbehaved toddlers. People so poorly behaved (and dressed) have no business at Fogo de Chao.
Service from Natalie, Gavin, and Rob was wonderful. They probably hate serving such poorly behaved customers who are undoubtedly not generous tippers.
Loved everything about it
Came here for the first time with my wife on her Birthday. I had heard this was a chain restaurant so I was a little hesitant, but boy was I wrong. The service was great, I liked that the servers checked on you just enough, without overdoing it. I wish I could have gotten his name , but one of the gentleman that spoke Spanish did a great job of explaining the process of ordering more meat to the table. I believe he had curly hair, and he was nice to talk to. We purchased the option to keep bringing meat to your table , and we really enjoyed that because it comes with the option of going to the salad bar as well. I also put in a note for a birthday request that was handled, and we really appreciated that the staff knew about this as well. Thank you for making my wife's birthday a memorable experience :)

Only issue is parking, hard to find, I parked 2 blocks away at paid parking lot. There should be valet parking all day
the food was always cold, the meat has no salt, the terrible cheese bread I had the attention it was the only good thing
