Very good under Coronavirus circumstances. Staff is very good and Theo is a better server than he is a bartender.

We had a very nice dinner at Fogo to celebrate my birthday. We were sat at our table right away. We felt a bit rushed with the service but we slowed everything down. We like to take our time with dining out. Fogo’s quality of food is outstanding.
Fogo de Chao is an experience to be remembered. Everyone should do it once. Best wait for a real event to celebrate.

Have been to a couple different Fogo de Chao restaurants in various cities and this one was probably the worst for service. When we first sat down we waited at least 10 minutes just for someone to attend to our table. When a server, not assigned to our section or table, noticed we had been sitting there he happily helped us with drinks and initial starts for dinner. Serving meat started slow.....In most locations, when you have your chip green, the servers come around regularly for offering meats. I waited at least 20 minutes at one point in dinner for them to bring around meat. The service just seemed really slow and they weren't as attentive in other locations. We ran out of polenta and there was no new sides brought out. As long as we stayed, I would have expected better service. It won't stop me from visiting another Fogo but I was expecting a better experience than what we got.
They made too many reservations still ended up waiting over an hour for a table.
Even we have reservation we still have to wait for 45 minutes. It was not worth the wait. I like the waiter but the food was not worth it. Won’t come back. Never
valentines weekend was a little different then what im used too for fogo, slowed the service a bit but still had a great time

I made reservations a week in advance, showed up an hour early to my reservations, and it took 3 hours for me to be seated. By the time i was seated they didn’t bring much meat out.
Horrible, waited for over two hour. Was skipped to be seated. The meat rarely came by table because they want you to get full off of salad bar. Waiter didn’t come by much, blew through a lot of money but would’ve had a better experience at an Outback Steakhouse for 1/4 the price. Had high hopes for this place but typically it’s management that lets a place deteriorate. Not going back
Didn’t even get past the door. Obviously overbooked or didn’t prepare well for Valentine’s Day, even with RESERVATIONS. I arrived @ 8:55 for my 9:00pm reservations and people were waiting in line to check in still from 8:15. I was then told from the front of the line it was a 40min wait, then they asked me to go wait in the back of the line (because I walked past the line to inquire about my reservation). They also mentioned they still intended on closing @ 10:30. Ridiculous.
$125 for a babysitter. $40 for an Uber. Waiting in line in the cold for an hour to “check-in” for our 8PM Valentine’s dinner RESERVATIONS only to be told we’d have to wait another hour for our “reserved” table: priceless. We spoke to others who had been waiting for closer to two hours for 7PM reservations and knew we just all got suckered by greedy management who overbooked reservations on they biggest date night of the year. The writing was on the wall and we weren’t about to give up any more precious kid-free time. We bailed after an hour and went around the corner to the Thirsty Bear. Thanks Fogo! That’s the last time we skip every meal of the day because we were pining for you.
Worst experience ever. Booked a reservation for 8 pm. When I arrived we were “checked in” to then wait 1.5hours for a table. Technically you “reserve “ but it really means nothing. They over book the table and make you wait. Everyone in the place was upset and waiting and the hostess didn’t do anything to a peace. Just lie to you that your table will be ready soon.
Then the food arrived cold to the table. Over salted. If I were you I would try a different steakhouse.
This was no doubt my worst experience at a restaurant. They have no idea on how to handle a big occasion like Valentines day, instead they overbooked and made people wait around for over 2 hours.
“Have a reservation? Great, hang outside the waiting area and we’ll text you when it’s ready” Guess what, you wait outside and you no longer exist. because they constantly bump you down the list for someone else with a later time slot who wanted to be seated.
Here’s what went down. My reservation was at 8pm, by 9pm they said it’d be another 20min. At 10pm still nothing, so I go back inside and check to see whats happening. As I’m in line to speak to the lady in charge of reservations, I over hear her giving tables to people with 8:30-8:45 time slots! Mind you there were still people outside with reservations for 8-8:30.
I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt now that I finally got in but things didn’t get better. There were several empty and ready tables for at least 10min. Our waiter must of had another table to serve in a different building because she completely disappeared after dropping off the drinks, only reappearing at the end of our meal. However she was very quick to process our tab as soon as I put my card on the table.
The meat servers now took their time too. Apparently the trick is to have your plate filled with food already for them to notice you. Don’t bother with the green side card.
Now for the food, not much to say. Mediocre and half the meat was tough/chewy. The only good thing from this place was the grilled cheese, bacon wrapped filet mignon and salad bar (for once, no waiting involved)
Don’t get me wrong, the servers were all really friendly and I don’t blame them but the place is just slow and run inefficiently. Not worth the money or hassle. Find another brazilian steak spot that will treat you right and have better cuts of meat.

My most recent Fogo experience was in Chicago which was incredible all around. The quality of the food at this location was very inconsistent; the meat was cooked overly well done or rare(blue/moving) and didn't have much flavor. The service was fine and the atmosphere was nice but the quality of the food really missed the mark compared to our last visit.
Completely overbooked for Valentine's day! The restaurant was full of people waiting to be seated and the tables were squished in very closely together. They were not able to handle the number of people so the meat cuts we got were very repetitive and basic versus the selection that I'm used to getting from Fogo. Was hard to flag servers down to get the included appetizers and we were never even offered the mashed potatoes. When we left there was a line out the door and around the block of people waiting to get in for a reservation. We also didn't even get our Valentine's day promo card that was promised.
Might be better on a less busy night.

Overall quality food and large portions, although main area to improve on would be speed of service, as at times the meat is passed out relatively gradually (possibly by design). For lunch, I would say it is ok, and for dinner, I would say it is a good deal.
Interesting that 99% of Saturday's staff was new. Staff was good, but wondering what happened to familiar faces. I hope that Bartender Thomas lost his job in the transition.

Valet parking took awhile in arrival
I ask on my reservation for a quieter area for a business meeting dinner. They set us in a table beside the entrance door that was hammering each time someone comes in or out of your restaurant...
Drinks took about 15 min. to be orders and served. Cheese brad was not original, no fried mandioc or beef filet, garlic filet, cupin etc . I didn't see any deserts and was expection doce de leite , figo, flan, traditional ones in Brazil... Black beans and farofa was hided out side the buffet area. The buffet, no fresh cheese or canastra, no goiaba, pinha or figos etc...and we paid much morethen any Brazilian rodizio system in Florida or anywhere in Brazil. Total frustration!
The food was so good both the salad bar and the cuts of meat. We came for restaurant week which included dessert and it was so good I left full and satisfied it was amazing! I love fogo and the people who work there!
Meat was over seasoned and over cooked. Service was good.
Food was often times undercooked. Lamb was raw — not rare. Nothing was cooked more than medium-rare, except for one cut. this fogo failed to meet the expectations of the ones I have been to in DC or NYC.
Market bar is great for lunch- fresh ingredients.
