Serving meat is not good as before.
They have a offered chicken, sausage, etc.. more than good quality beef.

Our first visit to Fogo Tyson’s was in August for my birthday. We decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary based on our past experience. We were so disappointed with the service for our special occasion. Our reservation was 6:15, when we arrived, the lobby was full and only ONE hostess to seat the customers. We were finally seated at 6:40!! Our waitress was Sophie and was ok in the beginning, however the service she provided went down hill throughout the evening!! Apparently she was having a bad day and her attitude showed it!! After receiving our check, she was no where to be found and had to flag down another waitress to take our tab. The meat servers were okay, however the meat skewers were much better in August. It will be along time before we visit Fogo’s Tyson’s, especially for a special occasion!!!
The manger needs to get the staff together on SERVICE!!!!

They ruin our celebration! The sangria came 20 min after and it had coconut rum! then we asked for a glass of wine and it took another 10 min to arrive when we had almost finished dinner. extremely expensive for the experience. the meat was not great at all. the pao de queijo super greasy! the smashed potatoes from a box! the one in DC is more decent. dont go to tysons Fogo do Chao. there are many other options for the same price.

Last time I came here I was not satisfied so I stopped coming here for 2 Years! I was like I’m just gonna come and try again I came for my birthday with my husband and kids service was ridiculous and super slow! Salad bar was empty! They knew from the reservation I came here for my birthday they didn’t offer anything!!!

We enjoyed an amazing brunch at Tysons Fogo de Chao this weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Food was delicious and service was exceptional. Did not appear to have staff shortages at this restaurant like many others in the area. Highly recommend a visit.
This was my second time to Fogo and first time for brunch. It was ok. The meats were amazing as always, but the waffles were cold . . .even when the lady brought out fresh ones, those were cold too. Also, there was something going on with the bacon, it was too soft and had some type of cheese or something sprinkled on them. Lastly, most of the salad bar was great, but the pineapple and kiwi tasted funny, like something was added to keep them fresh. Again, most folks come for the MEATS, and the meats were great, but I love waffles and fresh fruit- sad those were disappointing.
First time visiting. The food was great and the staff was very friendly. We had a great evening.
Good food just when the restaurant is busy it is very noisy.
I have been here before but this time, when a member of my party asked for well done beef, she got char burnt picanha. Also used dirty plates piled up on the table several times. we had a good time so my guests did not notice much but i did.

Great service & delicious food
Nice food, nice staffs and beautiful restaurant.
Food - Good, not great. Picanha was the best choice. Ribeye surprisingly lacked flavor. Never saw the filet, saw the beef ribs only through the window. Expected more from the salad bar. Enjoyed the hot sides. Can’t complain about the quantity.
Service - Our waitress was clearly overworked but she did her best to manage all her tables. Nice touch with the complimentary birthday dessert.
Ambiance - quite nice; enjoyed the outdoor seating.

Waited 30 min to get seated despite having a reservation. Took another 30 min for someone to come by with the meats. Eventually things recovered but not until we complained. Not what I have come to expect for this chain in the past.

I've been to Fogo many times, always enjoying the experience. This time was different. This location is apparently understaffed. Although the staff that was there did their best to be attentive (the manager was serving as well), they did not have the bandwidth to keep up with the guests that were seated. My party of eight did more waiting for food that eating it. This was a very disappointing experience, although we paid for much better.

Underwhelming. They sat us near the salad bar so lots of people walking by our table and breathing on us.
They are also quite stingy with the beef. Chicken and pork came around every few minutes but the red meats were nowhere to be seen for up to 20 minutes at a time.
Parking is pricey.
Service was adequate but often cannot communicate clearly.
Overall, unimpressive for the price and brand.

Great experience as always at this restaurant. Dedicated, attentive staff made my mom’s birthday really special. The food was outstanding, the ambiance was very relaxing. We arrived at 2pm on a Wednesday so there was hardly anyone at the restaurant.
Poor quality of food and service. Despite asking for medium rare meet, the server kept bringing well-done meet and looked as if he was going to kill me for making a comment. Compared to the location in DC, this restaurant is poorly managed.

There’s no AC, service is terribly slow. My husband had to get up and asked for a check because nobody was going to check on our table. I asked for ice and I had to ask for it 3 times.
We had to wait 20 min for our dessert to finally come, we’re celebrating my son and my birthday but we weren’t happy about the service at all

Air conditioner wasn't work since they opened that day. Failed to call or notify customers with reservations. The restaurant was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Would have been nice to have an option to change our plans, but without notification and it being a Saturday night we had no other possibilities.

Very hot inside
I was disappointed with this experience. I was expecting much more. The bar area was mediocre and that is being generous. There really wasn’t that much there. The gentleman with the meat came infrequently and only some of the meat was just ok. I figured this big name Brazilian restaurant was going to stand out but it really didn’t. I left hungry, and I had a birthday coupon and I wasn’t even offered a birthday dessert. We were in the outside area and I was surprised to see a family with a little dog(not a service dog) in a stroller! Just overall disappointed.

Made reservations but didn’t get seated till 40 minutes later. Several people came after me and was seated first. My spouse wanted to order some other than main course took 30 minutes for them to come get the order so we just decided to leave. Spent over 150 for nothing. Other locations have outstanding service but not this one

Drink table service is too slow.
Service was bad. AC broke down and everyone sweat during dinner. I booked for birthday day and no one offer complimentary dessert.

Valet parking was #5, which I would suggest since you will park in the same garage anyway for probably more. We made a reservation and only had to wait a few minutes since we arrived early. Jaime took care of and provided exceptional service, and even suggested some good drinks to try. All the food was really good, but the price was about $50 a person. I would have liked it to be a little cheaper of course, but it was really good, flavorful, all kinds of cuts of meats, and I was full when I left. Will be back.
Great food and experience for 17th wedding anniversary celebration. $$$-level, but selection of meats was outstanding.

salad is very good the bar....the meat is below average. you can't compare this to Copa cabana of toronto or Texas de Brazil of Florida...not seasoned well...dry meat...and not great stake came to us except when the manager interfered....they need to get good dishes like garlic filet mignon and cheese prime rib...and shumishoury steak....dry meat not well seasoned

The salad bar was awesome. Nice selection and great choices. We had to keep our server Daniel, track down the meat servers to come to our table as we were seated in a corner. The wait made me lose my appetite. Overall, we managed to enjoy our evening as it was my son’s birthday. We would come back again.
