Fork - Chicago
Artichoke panini - my new brunch favorite!
Daily special was white fish with fresh vegetables and mashed potatoes. Just came from San Fransisco, and this dinner was just as good if not better, and neighborhood priced. Ate so much, didn’t have room for dessert.
There is a real charm that fork exudes
The portions are a bit meager but very tasty
The people there are so friendly and professional
Really good vibe
Excellent service and food as always.
Highly recommend the artichoke panini at brunch.
Typically love it but there’s one server that just seems to not give two hoots getting a second cup of coffee was a battle mainly because she never came back.
I love Fork so I’ll keep going back and hope I dont get her
Outstanding bartender. Great pasta special. And delicious seasonal tart. Top rate management.
The pasta special was so excellent I ordered a second one to take home. Topped it off with the seasonal fruit tart for desert, my only regret is I didn’t order a second tart for home too.
Good food, good service.
We were a group of 8 having dinner after an early play at Windy City Playhouse. We sat outdoors because it was a beautiful summer evening. Our server was super helpful guiding us through shared plate options. Octopus and the duck poutine were table favorites. Highly recommend and it’s a good value, too!
Fresh corn ravioli special was phenomenal.
Gazpacho and cauliflower flatbread an excellent summer dinner!
My favorite brunch place in Chicago.
Food was good but it took me 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee over brunch. I made eye contact and hailed three different servers only to have them look straight through me/ignore me and walk by. There's room for improvement with operations if the servers are THAT busy.
We had excellent service but the food did not live up. While apps like the mussels and octopus were very good, the salmon with saffron dish-water was boring and the chicken was dry/over-cooked. Also, we just happened to have a shrieking child sitting next to us which is never conducive to a good meal (not restaurant's fault).
Great brunch menu with some regular and some unique items. Friendly and attentive waitstaff.
New summer menu has lots of good selections. Staff and service are top-rated.
Best lox and bagel in Chicago
This is always a go to spot for me when I am celebrating an occasion, have people in from out of town, or just need a delicious brunch! It is a Lincoln Square gem with a great atmosphere and incredible menu. I have been here more times than I can count now and I have never had anything here I didn't care for.
If they have a homemade pasta special GET IT! It never disappoints.
And check out their special stone fruit dessert for summer.
Monday nights are my favorite night at Fork!
A favorite brunch place!
Always great. Be sure and check out the daily specials for fine dining at very reasonable prices.
Great place for cocktails and dinner with friends
Excellent food, drink and staff. Gazpacho special excellent.
Beer and wine selection was exceptionally good. Food presentation was excellent, but the taste didn’t match. Kind of one-note (which was a surprise given how interesting it looked). For the price, I’d much rather go to the Warbler across the street.
Okay, but too pricey for what you get. Won’t go back.
Amazing experience. Food was fantastic and the service was awesome. We will be coming back again!!
Home made pasta special was phenomenal.
Four of us went, and decided to share a bunch of the small plates. They were all very flavorful and well presented, and the staff was attentive without being overbearing. We truly enjoyed our evening - in large part, because we were actually able to hear each other and carry on a conversation - which is what going out with friends should be about - in addition to dining well. This is a restaurant, well worth a visit.
It seems Fork has upped its game.
The food was very, very tasty!
Fresh doughnuts daily!
Homemade English muffins!
Great bloody Mary’s
I love Fork
Excellent location in the heart of Lincoln Ave with outdoor seating.
Reasonable menu. Had the salmon entrée twice there, excellent both times.
Fantastic food made from scratch, perfectly executed, super tight!
Going back for sure!
Came back two nights in a row for more delicious mashed potatoes and outstanding service.
It was sooo DELICIOUS! Best girls boozy brunch. We sat outside on the patio and drank frozé! Unreal. The service was fabulous.
The special tonight was homemade pasta with asparagus, mushroom and peas. Tasted as if I was in a fine dining restaurant in downtown Chicago. Instead I was at a friendly and creative neighbor gem, with very reasonable pricing. Dessert special was a strawberry parfait.
My meal and service were so great on Monday, I did an encore on Tuesday! Ordered exactly the same.
We went on a Tuesday so it was not too noisy or crowded. The staff was extremely nice and just the right level of attentive. My friend and i split the duck club and it was amazingly good. My husbands salmon was ok but a little dry. They had a great beer/ wine selection. We’ll be back.
The salmon with eggplant croquette was phenomenal and accompanied by delicious mashed potatoes. Service, as always, outstanding.
