My fiance, parents and I went in for my birthday breakfast. Waiter was extremely nice, gave us a free cinnamon bun and made sure to warn my stepdad of anything that might get in the way of his dairy allergy.

We will not be returning. We have been several times. A few years back it was pretty good. It’s gone hill each time since. We are finally done after giving it a lot of chances, we often have had good servers which have made up for poor food and rude hostesses. Hostesses have turned us off w their attitude. But this last time was two of us at 5:00 pm on a Sat, not crowded. Burger was terrible. My chicken pot pie had burnt top crust and uncooked potatoes. And server could have tried to handle it better. She got me a new top when I was almost finished and just didn’t do anything about potatoes. I should have asked that our meals were comped but I just didn’t have the energy and really the server should have offered something…a new meal..free dessert or at least told the manager. The place just doesn’t care. Too bad cuz the ambiance is absolutely lovely.

My favorite brunch place. Everything I had was delicious- I don’t eat red meat or pork but my friend loved the ham and bacon. Our waiter was so nice and efficient.

Cold food , waited ages for drinks ! We had to send one of the 3meals back. So did the table behind us . Ordered another drink never got it . And when we went to pay they charged us for an extra meal!! Very under staffed so it wasn’t the server’s fault. 3rd time at the restaurant 2out of 3 were under standard.

First timers and from out-of-state and had an enjoyable dining experience with a friendly waitstaff. We were there on Thanksgiving night with a well-planned dinner menu offering a wide variety of choices. Our table chose the soup, salad, roasted Turkey, ham, fried chicken and all the traditional sides such as dressing, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, green beans, cranberry sauce, sweet potato with cinnamon pecan glaze, corn bread, biscuits, rolls with fresh butter and jam, and from the long list of dessert choices, we enjoyed apple pie, salted caramel cheesecake, coconut cream pie, and apple cranberry pie. Would definitely return.

We were in the area for Thanksgiving and I found the restaurant through Open Table. A very good choice - we had the special Thanksgiving Day menu which was multiple options but went with the Butternut Squash soup and Turkey dinner options. Desserts were prepared for us to go and we finished later. All plentiful and defintely worth booking if we are in the area again.

I was surprised the food wasn’t that great for Thanksgiving as it normally is any other time I’ve visiting. The meat was dry and the food was cold.

Service was great. Food was good. I do not appreciate being hit with a “wellness charge” of $4.25 on my bill. Pandemic is over. Would have rather given the $4.25 to the waitress. She was lovely but I gave her $4.25 less of a tip due to principle. Won’t be back until this practice is stopped.

The service was good, staff were helpful. The main issue was that with a reservation we had to wait 30 minutes for our table. I think I heard the hosts say the wait was 2 hours without a reservation. So I guess it's good that we had a reservation, but I don't think it should have been a 30 minute wait with a reservation.

First timers. Server was lovely, but quality of food was average. Desserts delicious and tuna appetizer tasty, other than those I believe we ordered items that just weren’t their specialty. The entrees and apps largely did not have the elevated feel of farm to table. Food seemed very processed.

The cheeseburger, sliders, and fries were good. However, the coffee was lukewarm and not fresh. Plus, I had to ask the waitress for a saucer to put my silverware on so they would not touch the table.

Founding Farmers is a staple favorite for consistently delicious food, great drinks and a lovely atmosphere. Chose it for my birthday dinner with family but honestly was a little disappointed this time. The 6 of us were seated at a booth table by the bar that would comfortably seat 5 ; it was a bit tight and we aren’t big people. Also, the kitchen forgot to make my son’s side dish. After an explanation and message from our (fabulous) waiter, Edson(so?), we were told it would be out in 15 min, after which time we were told nevermind, it was too late to make it. The mistake certainly didn’t rise to the level of ruining the meal but it was a bit of a bummer how it was handled. We will definitely return but will make a specific table request if dining with a larger party.

The server came to our table and provided wine and then did not return for 15 minutes, we had to flag someone else down to take our order. The steak frites was about 4 oz of steak, very thin and dry. The French fries were in a tiny basket. And they charged $24.95 for this?? A glass of an ordinary Reisling was $15. Then they charge a "Wellness Fee" of 5%. We asked what this was and they said it was to pay towards the staff's health benefits?? The restaurant should be responsible for the staff's benefits, not the patrons. This was a horrible experience, and I will not be back.

Good morning. An hour into dinner we were told that our food was going to take another hour to be served because of a large party that was being served before us. We were told that we could not cancel our order because it was already in the system. Ultimately, the food came out in 25 minutes and everything worked out. Thanks.

Our waitress was outstanding. Never missed a beat, attended to us while being extremely busy. There were four of us, one fellow got this enormous burger and said he was surprised he ate the whole thing, but he couldn’t resist, another got the grilled cheese and tomato soup he made no comment but how do you ruin that while the other two got the fish and chips. The fries were ice cold, the fish was lukewarm, obviously it was sitting without any heating lamps, but the potato chips were good. A bit pricey for average choices but prices do keep rising.

Food is always good. Striped bass was perfectly prepared. Deviled eggs were very tasty but not inexpensive. Server was excellent. Seating by the window line suffers from a cold draft.
