Food was good, previous reviews indicate that there is an issue with the service, and we had the same experience. If you have time and don't mind, then you can go there anyways and have a good time, they were not unfriendly or anything. Examples:
One drinks order was forgotten, no apologies from the staff, just a "I will check on it"... as if a tea can somehow take an hour to be made.
Did not get extra glasses for a bottle of water that was for the table..
They did not have enough glasses for a second round of drinks, so after we waited a long time and asked, the staff said "can we take your empty glasses before we bring out the next round" rather then just saying straight away that they need the glasses.
Waited for the main course for 1.5 hours.
Food was Russian in the widest possible sense beyond the standards. The service Berlin style on the friendly side. The neighbours noisy.
PS The Opentable reservation did not work
Schönes Restaurant, gutes Atmosphäre und beste Service! Alles war lecker und das Dessert (Malinka) war unsere Highlight.
Auch kinderfreundlich, mit Wickeltisch und Hochstuhl da.
They didn’t know about the reservation through OpenTable. Seems a bit like a joke, to me.
Für Berliner Verhältnisse ist das Preis Leistungsverhältnis sehr schlecht. Das Essen ist zwar lecker, aber sehr kleine Portionen und hohe Preise.
