Steak & Eggs
grilled flat iron steak, two Hen Pen Farm fresh eggs, breakfast potatoes, local mushrooms, toast
What a delightful peaceful place to find. Food was great--we had the halibut, smoked salmon toast, and eggs benedict. Oh and the bloody mary was fantastic as well!
Food is really bad. We tried all the dishes, vegetarian, fish and pork chops. Uncooked food. Salad had no dressing. Quantity was so less, we all had to eat food outside after a full course dinner.
Very mediocre food. Wait staff very pleasant. Vacuous atmosphere. Did not have wines on wine list.
Mushroom “tartine” was very small piece of toast with mushrooms on top. It was tasty. We asked for 2 more which we got and we were charged $30 extra for those.
Food was good. Fixed menu so bot very much selection.
We have previously been to Harvest Table and enjoyed it. This night the food was just mediocre and less food was served. The kitchen was very slow in delivering our food. They have changed their way they deliver food from a family style to individual portions.
Food is ordinary, we love the service and the quite place.
The service was impeccable and the location in Napa is nice. However, the food was disappointing for a Michelin Guide restaurant. We had the flat iron steak, halibut and the Wagyu burger among us. Only the halibut was passable. The flat iron steak was unbelievably tiny and not tasty at all. Overall quite disappointing.
Nothing like their online presence. Cannot recommend.
Honestly….about the strangest dining experience we’ve ever had. Everything, with the exception of the food, was just off. We weren’t greeted for drinks etc… for a very long time. Then it was fast & furious to get our order. The menu that was sent to us in advance was not the menu that they offered. They were adamant that there was no additional bread to be had (even though they served a tartine). When they finally got the “ok” from the chef to allow us to have some extra bread they brought us 2 tiny pieces . They wine list was over priced . It was all just very discombobulated .
This restaurant is on the grounds of The Harvest Inn. We sat outside on a pretty, atmospheric terrace. The appetizers and entrees each consisted of two dishes that were served sharing style. The dessert was served individually. Everything was attractively presented and tasty. While not huge portions, it was just enough to leave us full at the end. It was an elegant, upscale meal. We had the Priority Wine Pass, which saved us $30 so it was a good value.
Nice service, quite place
Limited menu with low quality ingredients. Not tasty, small portions. Inattentive service.
Incredible food, beautiful presentation, amazing experience. Definitely will return
When we ate here a few months ago it was amazing.
We felt rushed as soon as we sat down. The food was not great. The soup was ok. The Halibut & steak were cooked perfectly they just did d not have any flavor! The dessert was terrible. I don’t want peanut butter with wine…it was inedible.
We made a last minute dinner reservation because we finished our wine tasting earlier than expected. We arrived at the restaurant to learn it is in a hotel. We noticed there we were the only diners. Turns out that was a telling sign. The food was a price fix menu. We could not do a la carte. So it was $60 per person. Unfortunately the food was not up to the standard we come to expect from this area. We recently had a superb meal at another place in downtown Napa so we had some expectations. Fortunately, The staff was friendly and provided adequate service. However, we are only going to remember the peanut butter mousse dessert which Gordon Ramsay would have said looked like a pile of poo poo. It was a total fail. We were all thinking of the strawberry tart we recently had at another Napa restaurant made by a former French Laundry pastry chef and wished we had that to finish off the meal instead.
We had the prefixed menu and it was delicious! The salmon was buttery and fresh, and the chicken was tender and flavorful. The desserts were also amazing! Incredible service and a very romantic ambiance.
Nice pre fix menu , our server was fantastic as well as the rest of the staff. Location is perfect with calm ambiance.
Saturday brunch/lunch. Very pleasant and professional staff provide solid service. Appropriately attentive. Our appetizers were terrific (salad and fries). The entrees were…ok. The avocado toast was good but undistinguished. The Wagyu burger was over cooked and the meat was crumbly. The other entree (chilequiles) was very flavorful, well prepared and plated. We had one glass of white wine at the table which was ok in flavor but only slightly cooler than room temperature.
Great food, great service
The food was horrible and insanely overpriced for what it was.
Lovely breakfast; came specifically for the peanut butter smoothie. Had eggs, steak breakfast. Nice ambience! The service was polite, but dry. Would go back!
Wonderful experience. We went for breakfast. Food was great. Our server was adorable. The area is beautiful and quaint and quiet.
The property is beautiful but the outdoor dining area doesn't make you feel that you are in the nature. The tasting, family style menu served a lot of food, large portion but chickens were very difficult to cut and share.
Celebrating our anniversary this week. Loved everything about our experience. The only drawback was the salmon was a little overcooked, otherwise, an awesome experience.
as always outstanding food and service - great brunch menu with options from toast to pasta and steak frites to please every taste in the party.
We were not expecting a fixed menu, but it was excellent. The food was very fresh. The portions were very large so we had leftovers!
A wonderful restaurant with a very relaxing patio setting.
Food was well prepared and both the scallop and duck mains were excellently prepared.
One set menu which included medium rare duck breast. Not my favorite meal. Flies all over our food while sitting in the patio.
Our first visit to Harvest Table and I do not believe we will be back. The menu is prix fixed and although not expensive, it was very limited.
We waited over 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive and that set the tone for dinner.
Very grateful we were with fabulous friends, which made the waiting go by fast.
What a fantastic dinner! The service and food were exceptional.
Beautiful space. Lovely service. Food was basic and unappealing. Lacks the level of sophistication I would expect of a tasting menu in Napa.
Service and food were very good. Entrees were scallops and duck. We felt that was very limited. Both of these are not appreciated by all. A meat protein would have been more middle of the road. We were fine and both were delicious. We wanted the outdoor dining and the gardens were beautiful. We were plagued by bees and flies, Maybe covers for family portions would help or a more powerful fan. To their credit we could have moved indoors and other tables did move. We felt welcomed and valued. A complimentary drink was brought out for birthday.
We dined on a week night and were told the only option was price fixed 4 courses. The food was nice although a bit limited menu considering the difference in people's tastes. Additionally I saw people sitting at the connected bar that were served food other than the 4 course price fix dining. We would have preferred to order.
The restaurant itself is really romantic and beautifully appointed.
Since it is a set menu make sure you see an accurate menu before you go. The one I saw online was not correct and we would not have chosen the restaurant had we seen the correct menu.
Great service but very much over salted food from start to finish (and we love salt). But manager was very gracious and credited us part of the cost. Assume it was a one time mistake but it was wild.
It’s was very basic the food was good but for the wine country expected excellent nothing special.
it was amazing!
Great fresh, seasonal, innovative cruise. Very good value. Great low key vibe.
