Table was sticky and dirty.
Booked the table for 9:30 not knowing the breakfast finishes at 9:30. Didn’t have half the menu available.

Unable to order food-staff shortage
People who are asked to isolate mixing with people due to go on holiday

Firstly the restaurant area was full of people walking around with no masks. I understand this isn't a requirement in England, but still wasn't great to see so many people not caring.

Other than some berries and (hopefully) some oats, and some non-dairy milk there wasn't any plant based options. Some yogurt, dairy free spread, and some fruits wouldn't have gone amiss.

Staff were very helpful and attentive given the current limitations. The breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Stairs were available if you didn’t want to use the lift. Overall a pleasant stay thanks.

This was a breakfast booking as we stayed at the hotel.
The cooked breakfast was barely warm served on cold plates.
Service was slow with plates not cleared promptly.

Couldn’t book a table for dinner which was partly our fault due to check in at 4pm. But wasnt pre warned of this when booking the room. The breakfast well no wonder it’s included in the price. It was horrid! Plenty of choice though.

Absolutely awful stay at the holiday inn!! Booked a stay through paulton parks holidays for 2 days in peppa pig land and an overnight stay. Arrived at the holiday inn just before 7pm with my husband and 4 young children to be told that we didn’t have interconnected rooms instead we had two rooms down the corridor to each other when I questioned this the receptionist was rude and basically said that’s just how it is! Asked to book in for tea to be told you might get a table about 8 try booking on the app! No such luck all fully booked I tried to book a McDonald’s to be delivered but Uber eats wouldn’t deliver, not that I blame them I would not come anywhere near the place ever again!! I was so fuming with how we were treated the ‘front of house’ staff were very unhelpful and very rude. So we retired to our rooms on empty stomachs ready for the new day. I had booked a table for breakfast at 9.15 the following morning but why I bothered I’ll never know! There was no space in the breakfast room so they seated us in the bar! We had to search for cutlery and cups there was barely any cereal or sugar for coffee left but I’d lost the will to live by this point so we just packed up and left!
I find it disgusting that this hotel is mainly used for the paulton park holidays so it’s mainly full of families with young children and they can’t accommodate my requests. I paid £650 for this overnight stay and it was absolute hell.
My advice is to stay welll clear of this place and Paulton Park holidays should take this place off they’re recommended places to stay it’s a dump with utterly rude staff!!

Really surprising breakfast for the family. Not sure we had high hopes but we actually loved the breakfast laid out before us. Really friendly and courteous staff, wonderful options across continental, dry and cooked foods which were really tasty. Lovely interior decor set the scene. We came away ready for the day and with a smile across our faces at what we had just experienced - a surprising gem.

Pizza for £12.50 was nothing more than a frozen pizza you can get from a shop.
One towel for 3 people wasn’t acceptable.
