Servers were inexperienced, many walked by our table empty handed heading to the kitchen but refused to remove our finished plates, even the manager walked by said nothing, did nothing showing a great example to his staff as to why it will be a very long time before I enter his establishment, hudsons, again. Food was ok except for sweet potato fries. The cook should have just brought the box of salt out and left the fries behind. I asked for them to be replaced and eventually they were, basically tossed on the table in front of me by another random server and yet again they should have left the potatoes in the kitchen and just delivered a box of salt. I could not eat them and I have had their sweet potato many times in the past, they will not be in my future. I asked that they be removed from my bill, yes they were but in good customer service the dinner meal which was truly ruined should have been removed, but they took $4 off. You have many options, for me Hudson's Shawnessy is off the menu.

For some reason today was very noisy. A couple of groups all trying to see who could talk the loudest. Service was ok. Bartender messed up wife’s drink. She ordered a Caesar with just two ice cubes and drink was loaded with ice and no salted rim. Unusual for here. Was informed today the Riblets no longer come with dipping sauce for before 6:00 pm appt special Waitress said it was always this way but we come once or twice a month for the past 9 years and it’s the first time it’s happened. A little disappointed Same thing with yam fries. Gave us ketchup which we did not use and paid the extra for the dipping sauce. The food was great as usual. Looking forward to the St Patrick’s day menu. Love the burger on that one. They do the same with there wings also. No more ranch or celery when on special. We order our wings plain so have to pay extra for ranch dip but you don’t have to pay extra for flavoured wings. Guess will have to order ranch flavoured wings next time.

requested music to be turned a bit as we couldn't even talk at the table. doesn't make it fun. and the music was not adjusted so we could have a conversation at the table.

A very nice dinner with family. Appreciate the excellent service provided by the server and management. The food was great and menu quite diverse.
