The staff is very unprofessional. They were talking loudly and inappropriately at the server station right behind our table in the dining room. The food is mediocre. Service very slow for a restaurant that was mostly empty.

Great food, service and atmosphere. Outside seating is close to Bull Street, which is busy and loud. We will go back, however we'll sit inside from now on.

The beer is good, the service is good but the food is below average. We got nachos that had frozen avocado on it. The other burger I ordered had zero flavor. Just not great.

What a great place, perfect location, wrap around porch, large bar and seating area, fantastic food quality, quantity and options, plethora of beer options some of which are available to purchase in packs to take home, and the best flights in town because you can select from any beer on tap instead of a pre selection!

Newer restaurant that needs time to figure everything out. Food was average, beers are good bit definitely need more time to perfect. Wait staff looks stressed, and not properly trained. Kitchen staff needs more experience and an expeditor that can maintain standards and food presentation. Overall, not horrible bit will wait before going again for a couple months to see if there is improvement. Restaurant looks great though.

If you are looking to have a conversation, I would not recommend sitting inside on a buys night. The acoustics are terrible and make it difficult to have a conversation with someone at your table. We waited about 5 minutes before seeing the waitress for the first time. Drinks were VERY slow coming from the bar. Our appetizer showed up at the same time as the meals and it was ordered with our first round of drinks.

The atmosphere is fun and urban. Appetizers are super. Beer is unremarkable. Good wine choices. The meal we just had was not good. My turkey burger was about 1/4" thick and the sweet potato fries were mushy.

Service poor, food cold, manager response great, maybe because they are relatively new and still working the bugs out. Might give them a few months to figure it out and try again, but last night was a big disappointment.

You really need to hire more staff to wait on customers. I love your place but it should not take 16 mins to get beers from bar and 15 mins to pay our tab to leave

The patio is VERY loud being right on Bull Street. The brunch was good, not great. Obviously a great selection of beer. I prefer the regular menu over the brunch menu for sure.

Service was extremely slow. We constantly had to remind our server that we were still waiting for both drinks and food. They were out of the featured beer. We were there at 1:15 in the afternoon. Food was decent and beer were good it just took forever to get them.

Went there on a Saturday afternoon about 3pm. The restaurant looked to be at maybe 30% capacity at most. However, the service was very slow. Also, one of the two plates that were already on the table when my wife and I sat down was dirty, as was one of our knives. We just ordered a couple of appetizers which were pretty good but a little pricey.

We waited over 20 minutes, even after asking for device twice, before we actually were helped by a waitress. They were very busy and apparently had not planned ahead for USC Parents Weekend. They ran out of many things we attempted to order. Wait time was over 30 minutes. Our entrees were overcooked but we ate anyway as we were starving. The manager was very nice, as well as our waitress. We were comped appetizers due to long wait!

Very nice establishment and the wait staff is great, our waiter had a very pleasant attitude. My only feedback is it seems like the staff is overwhelmed. We had a 12pm reservation didn't get seated until 12:30 and we didn't get our food til almost 2pm. There was a family seated 20 mins or more behind us that got yheir food before us. My food came out cold and wasn't prepared how I requested it.

I took my husband here for his birthday dinner. The food was actually good. The only thing, if anything I would say is I would love for my wings to have been cooked a little bit longer because some of them still look a little pink around the bone, but other than that the food was amazing the service was good. We will go back again.

We liked the atmosphere and our server was great, but the food was a mixed bag. The chicken tacos and pub burgers were good. The calamari had very little calamari in our order. It seemed like just a few pieces with a whole basket of broken off batter pieces. The salmon salad could have been good, but it was drowning in the balsamic dressing. It looked more like soup. I ate the salmon, but left the greens. Our food took forever otherwise I would have sent it back. Lots of potential with the place but the kitchen/food prep needs some work.

This was our fourth visit and it was not a great day. They were very busy, but it took forever to get our food. Then, entrees came before the appetizers arrived. Our drinks came one by one for a party of 5. The food was not all correctly made - everyone has a bad day I guess. We’ll definitely give it one more chance, and hopefully yesterday was just a fluke.

My husband ordered the hamburger salad-requested the meat be cooked medium. The patty was cold and bright pink. I ordered the fish tacos. Never got my rice. It was parents weekend and maybe they were overwhelmed with the crowd. The manager was very nice and apologetic.

I brought my three boys here for my birthday last night. While our waiter was great, it took over an hour for our appetizers to come out. Also took a long time for my drinks to come from the bar. We ended up being there over two hours. Not sure where the problem was whether kitchen or overpacked etc. I’m from the Philly area and I’ve been to many iron hills. Ambience was great which distracted from how loud myself and my three boys were being laughing and cutting up trying to make the time pass while waiting. Overall we were happy, however if we were on a time limit it certainly would have been frustrating.
