Ambience and service was great. Dan liked his club sandwich very much. My Caesar salad was okay.
Expensive for essentially eating in a hotel lobby. Not planning to return.
Food was good however the noise from the bar area was terrible. Would not recommend at all!
Great food… horrible noise…couldn’t hear yourself think…
The service was exceptional despite the packed restaurant.
The staff were nice, the food looked pretty on the plate, but taste-wise really bland. The space is pretty noisy during the peak hours.
Such a bummer. It was a special birthday dinner, hostess acknowledged, waitress didn’t. Service was poor. Would not visit again.
Very noisy as the lobby, restaurant and bar are all open to one another. However, happy to see that they were busy after everything the hotels and restaurants have been through these last many months. Dinner was good but the flank steak was a very small portion and the amount of pomme frites was enormous.
I will return someday..
The food and the drinks were really good and our server was outstanding. My husband loved the beef stroganoff with filet mignon tips. Our server brought us extra cherries for our drinks when asked and remembered the next time as well.
Steak was super tender and the warm garlic bread was the best!
It’s a hotel restaurant nothing special. We took our toddler here and it’s nice and quiet place in a touristy area.
They pushed two tables together but they were too high and not the same level as each other so there was an uneven ridge of nearly 2 inches where the two tables met making it difficult to share appetizers and generally awkward.
My steak that I ordered medium came out medium rare but the french fries were very good My husband's hamburger was flavorless and uninspired. Sweet potato tots tasted like they had sugar added.
We liked our cocktails and the calamari and seafood chowders were very good.
Service was fine except for the issue with the tables that apparently was not fixable even though most of the restaurant was fairly empty. I noticed that the round wooden tables were lower and could better accommodate 4 or more diners.
We like the feel of the space overall because it's open with high ceilings and the trees are very pretty.
Excellent server … sorry, can’t remember her name.
Samantha was our server and she was the MVP of our evening. Food was generally good but an average experience became a very good experience because she was extremely good.
Got seated quickly. Dont know about the food as we never got to try it. Waited an hour and still no food so we left.
Promptly seated and excellent server. Food was fabulous!!
Great location, noisy as in technically an extension of the lobby bar. Good cocktails. Menu was varied for a wide group. Garlic bread was off the chain. Chicken was very dry in sandwich, service was challenged.
There was a screaming kids running around at first and that was annoying, but they left.
Jack's recently reopened and don't have full menu established so offer about one third of what they used to.
The wait staff informed us the menu should be fuller soon which we'll look forward to.
The chowder was bland but the rest pretty tasty. As with all restaurants post pandemic the prices are higher but we expected that.
All in all an okay experience because we like the ambiance, the wait staff was very good and we were with good friends which adds alot.
They had a limited menu. 4 sandwiches and one entree.
The hostess recommended another restaurant that was fantastic. She said due to COVID it was a limited menu. But my thought was, if you’re opening up the kitchen then anything could be cooked.
Our server, Casey, was excellent. Our dinner was very delicious- we had an enjoyable visit. I would dine here again! Thank You!
Unfortunately food and ambience was disappointing.
They have a limited menu, If your looking for fine dining might want to give them a call and check. Service was good relaxed atmosphere. We were just a bit disappointed in the menu
Food OK. The sauces for the temporo calamari need some work.
Great location to nearby tourist destinations. Awesome food and staff!
Excellent service experience!
Wharf has so many options restaurant to choose from, Scale restaurant highly recommended for Fish and chips reasonal prices
Its nice to eat with nice view
Definitely need to get the clam chowder and a side of the fresh sourdough bread!
Everything was great but the kelp flies were just awful!
Covid has taken a toll on this place. Menu was limited to breakfast and dinner only.
The hotel is not a good place to stay either.
Our server was very knowledgeable about their beers. We had the burger and fries. This is the best burger! I had a side salad it was nice sized.
The service was absolutely impeccable! The food of course was good as well. The only drawback is that this restaurant is located mostly in the lobby of the hotel - which means it can get very loud. It also means that if you get a table by the doors you get hit with freezing temps quite often
The food was better than expected and the service was great thanks to Colleen. Ambiance is poor. You are eating in a hotel lobby with people coming and going. Doors to the outside continually opening force you to eat with your coat on.
The gnocchi and salmon dishes were delicious. Hope they bring back their cauliflower steak with romesco sauce soon. The service was gracious and welcoming.
Great hotel , food and service! Would like to come back sometime!
Overall, adequate but disappointing; better food, ambience, and value can be found elsewhere
Dinner served in a high-ceilinged atrium with a door to the outside that was often opened, letting in cold air Out of prime rib by 6:30 PM, food barely edible (almost raw Brussel sprouts, canned green beans, very poor quality cake, watery halibut). Way over-priced for the quality--poor value
Stay away. Poor food and worse service
We made a reservation 3 weeks ago for Christmas dinner they had a set menu with 3 different entrees to chose from .
We sat down and looked over the choices then we were ready to order then we were informed no prime rib. The reservation was for 6:15 and they were out of prime rib for Christmas dinner so that left you with a choice of turkey or fish or o veggie substitute if you wanted. The manager informed us that we could order a steak but only one of us could not both of us for the price it was not worth it especially when you cant honor the menu choices.
Awful experience. Would not recommend would not go back
