Love this place. Their attempt at outdoor dining is working pretty well. Could crank up the heaters about more on colder nights. Terrific service (attentive and friendly) and wonderful authentic French food.

Very good. Quite authentically French in my opinion (their jambon blanc, leek soup, and French onion soup were all characteristic) but they do have some random all-American dishes too

I met a new colleague for lunch at La Sirene last Tuesday. Everything was perfect. The food was great, the service was perfect. The skies were blue and it was about 50 degrees. We had a wonderful lunch, a great conversation, and a lovely afternoon. The price was reasonable and I left about a 25% tip out of gratitude.

The food and service were outstanding, as always. All dishes were perfectly prepared and paired well with the house wines. We can’t wait for our next visit!

Truly the best dining experience on the UWS - the service is friendly, the ambiance cozy, and the food is absolutely sublime. The outdoor seating feels warm and safe (no frozen fingers or strangers sitting on top of you!).

Escargot and the filet mignon were insanely good. We sat inside and it felt very safe and spread out. Great Valentine’s Day date. Would 100% go back.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was tasty and the bottle of house wine was both affordable and went well with our meal.

The menu was outstanding and the quality of the food we thought was exceptional. The derivatives of some classic dishes were interesting and delightful. Unfortunately due to COVID dining was outside with heaters but it turned out to be very comfortable.

The ravioli was soooo good. I enjoyed the mussels as well. They were so delicious the first time I had to return for more. The butter was cold and hard so I couldn't enjoy it on my bread. I will go back again and again, each time trying something different.

During COVID, this has been a great venue with outdoor dining. Food is great, prices reasonable and service outstanding.

La Sirene UWS has the best outdoor dining experience. They are super nice and accommodating, even bringing you a blanket if you request. The food is delicious.

Good outdoor setup with heat lamps. We enjoyed our wine-cotes de Rhone, burgers and delicious frites and potato leek soup. Very enjoyable lunch and appreciate 30% discount on wine by the glass for lunch.

Food was excellent, and the outdoor dining was great. We were in a single tent, open on the front, with a heat lamp overhead. Service was attentive. A great neighborhood spot.

La Sirene is one of my and my wife's favorite restaurants in NYC. They have the best escargot we've ever eaten by far.
We had only ever been to their Varick st location until the other day when we went to the UWS location for my birthday. Just as superb as their downtown spot, and their outdoor seating was cozy and warm.
Can't say enough great things about this restaurant. They even let you BYO (limit one) bottle of wine, and I don't think in the past they had been charging a 'corking' fee. (don't quote me on this but it's how I remember it).

One my my favorite UWS restaurants. The food and service are superb

La Sirene had little tents outside with heat lamps. We had a delicious lunch, with great service. I will certainly return many times to this excellent restaurant.

Booked a table inside, got there and sat down before being told we had to go outside. Manager didn’t give us an option to leave and reassured us it was warm under the heaters, which it wasn’t . Food was fine but experience ruined it.

This is a great neighbourhood place. Great for date night or just a wonderful meal. The service is great, the food is delicious and priced accordingly. The bar pours were generous.

Always yummy! The popovers just out of the oven with strawberry butter are delicious. The staff are nice. It’s like being with a French family!

You can't go wrong at La Sirene when you want (need) some good French food! It's just wonderful! I highly recommend it!!!
