Good place for breakfast. Low key
I have eaten at Labriola many times. The food is delicious!
Fun place casual wide variety of menu choices
We LOVE Labriola! Everything about it is perfect! We wish they'd open one in the Woodfield area. PLEASE open one near Woodfield!!!!!
Cafe service was excellent. The guy taking my order was very friendly, I appreciated being signed up for the rewards program. The bus boys were also very friendly and were great at helping keep our table clean as we went through our many dishes. Unfortunately the girl on the bakery side wasn’t in a very good mood and it showed. With so many options, we had a few questions before making our selections and she was obviously very annoyed. The food was very good, the desserts were just ok and so we thought overpriced. I would still recommend and return.
This is a stand in line restaurant, which I knew. Not sure what point of reservation was.
Soup had 1 shrimp. Pizza slice was cold. Napoleon pizza was swimming in grease. Fries were undercooked and cold. Beer took 20 minutes to bring out.
I really liked the place and the food but the noise level was high other then that I will visit again. My friend and I stayed 5 hrs fellowshipping. The gelato though a bit expensive was delicious.
Thank you!
I had Chicken Parmesan for my dinner and I have to say it was delicious.
The employees were friendly and constantly checking in on our table, was great to see the employees able to communicate with my family in Spanish making communication easy. The food was excellent, everyone loved there dishes. Would go back again soon.
Delicious food, very casual atmosphere, pricey, worth it
Casual atmosphere and great selection of food
I always like the food but i booked on open table as a reservation but that was not the case. It was order at the counter and find your own seating so wondering why you are set up with reservations. Was told the kitchen was behind by 30 minutes since it was busy for Father’s Day but food came 50 minutes after ordering.
Food was great! All the food came out at different times, but it was Fathers Day!
Excellent coffee and you can't go wrong with the Belgian Sugar Cookie Crepes! Wow, they are so unique and surprising. Labriola Cafe-Oak Brook has a casual ambiance where you order at the counter and the food is delivered to the table, but the food quality is excellent. The staff is attentive and friendly and the location is very clean. I highly recommend Labriola Cafe Oak Brook!
This was my first visit. I thought it was a sit down restaurant but it's a "place your order and they bring it to your table" place. Which is fine, I just didn't expect it. Servers were great. It was Saturday morning and they had a bunch of catering orders going out that look really tasty. I would return but I would like to visit the bakery side as well.
Had breakfast for the first time. It was really good.
Excellent menu choices, delicious food. Casual dining with an incredible bakery.
The food was good, I'm glad I tried the restaurant but I'm not sure I would drive to Oak Brook to return.
We loved it
Overall, good experience. Was somewhat disappointed and surprised that we had to place our orders at the counter. I don't believe the listing on Labriola mentioned that full wait service is not available. However, great food and we will return to Labriola in the future.
Good for somewhere quick and casual between errands or a quick bite after work.
I have no idea why making a reservation is even a thing. Customers order at the counter and the photo is delivered to your table like Panera or Corner Bakery. Except the prices are quite a bit higher here. The food was tasty, but quite expensive. For four people we spent nearly sixty dollars. Seems high for what we got. The dining area is very worn, and desperately needs updating. Our table was wobbly, and very ragged looking. don’t know that I’ll be rushing back anytime soon.
Not really a restaurant, but a carry out with tables. Made a reservation on Open Table. When arrived the order taker at the front counter, like McDonalds, said they didn't take reservations and we should seat ourselves after ordering/paying and they would bring the food. Food was below average and the place was loud, like a zoo. What a disappointment. Will never recommend and suggest Open Table remove them from their Open Table Reservation Program as they don't even know what it is or use it. Geez. $93 for a small pizza, two salads, a bowl of plain pasta, 2 cokes and 2 beers. Totally aggravated and will pass the word.
Love the fries, margarita pizza, pistachio gelato
The food was very good and the service was quick and efficient. However, it was difficult to find a table because many of them were not cleaned off and still had food on them from the previous customers. In the section that we ended up sitting in, there was an unpleasant odor that we think came from the wood (it was not present in other parts of the restaurant that we noticed on our way out.) It appeared that the restaurant just needed a good cleaning.
The food was wonderful as always. Everyone finished their meals. I tried the breakfast food for the first time. Outstanding. Their soup is the best around.
Great place ... the pizza is one if the best in the Chicago area.
Try the pan pizza , with the Barretta cheese or the sausage one.
Great crust with a little burnt cheese around the crust !
Excellent
