Lamesa Filipino Kitchen - St Clair
One of my favorites, a must try in Toronto!
Try as much as you can, I try and leave with leftovers.
Food was wonderful, service was great. Only criticism is the music was turned up pretty loud, and with a noisy table next to us it was difficult to hear each other.
This was our first time at the St. Clair location and we were not disappointed. Having been a patron every other month on Queen St we were familiar with the quality. We tried squid adobo and pork bbq skewers for the first time and they were so good we had a 2nd order of them! Two in our party were there for the 1st time and will be returning.
First time in Toronto and decided to try this restaurant. Friendly atmosphere, quick service and food was delicious.
Food was so delicious and the service so friendly. They are licensed now! We loved the Gising - Gising, Squid Adobo and Pork Rib Sinigang - just awesome. A fun spot and totally reccomend!
We confused Lamesa Kitchen with another Lamesa Filipino restaurant we visited in 2017 (at another location that I thought had moved). Lamesa Kitchen was more casual than that other restaurant, however the food was very good and a great variety of flavours that my guests enjoyed. We were all happy with the dining experience.
My wife had been to Lamesa before with family and had raved about it. I had never been so this was my first time. We had 4 sharing plates and each one was exceptional. We also had the Ube desserts. I would highly recommend this place and I can't wait to come back again. Good Value
Great value. Delish food. Fantastic service.
The food was good. It can get quite busy on a weekend. Reservation is a must. Price was a little bit on the higher side. There is Green P parking next to the restaurant.
Amazing Filipino food and super friendly service!
The staff were extremely friendly. We went for the Sunday Kamayan dinner and it was excellent. The portions are huge and the service was top rate.
Sorry, the food came in small quantities. And the quality were not what we expected, the kare kare was too dry, the fried chicken were salty and stale. etc.
